There were a few things that needed to be addressed after closing that was not taken care of after the final walk through, but it was not completed even after several follow ups. SMH.

Seller doesn’t care about you the second paperwork is signed. Lender is not very clear about the closing process. Triple and quadruple check the loan paperwork because there potentially are many mistakes in it that you will make decisions based upon then they change it and blame you for not noticing. They love to mention the purchase agreement you signed so make sure that is perfect before you sign. Over priced for the quality of the craftsmanship. Sod is put in haphazardly with many gaps. House was not very clean when turned over to me. Warranty is nice but it’s a negotiation when you make a claim. Ultimately the work gets done but there is a definite attempt to avoid it from lennar. ... More

This was my 3rd Lennar home purchased. Sales team was great, had 3 walk thru and still incomplete. (Just did the problems myself). The building team needs improvement. My other 2 Lennar homes where fantastic and was treated very well. I have pics from the 3rd party inspector that will shock you. Thanks for listening.

It was an average experience the whole way through. Throughout the process plan to experience slow response time to questions you may have and since there are several people working with you it will take longer to find the right person to actually the question. Problems due get fixed and questions will get answered it just takes longer than expected. Interior and finishes are fair. You can tell some install and items were rushed and quality is not the best. Overall it is good price for the size of home.

I've had to call a repair person out 3x. Where both toilets were not tightened. The dryer wasn't connected. Still haven't filled in the holes in the cement for the driveway.

Not caring, no following up.

Even though we did a walk through on the home most of the items on the list really didn’t get fixed. I’m pretty sure the paint in the home is only primer. You can not wipe down the walls at all or the “paint” wipes right off. The finish work in the home I would give 5/5. Most of the joints in the finish carpentry do not line up and nails holes are partially filled. Basically if I ever want to be able to wipe my walls clean if they get dirty I’m going to need to pay a painter to actually come in and use a quality paint that is able to be wiped off. The buying experience was fine. The actual home is very disappointing. We have been living in the community for two months and have had to submit seven different requests for repairs (on a new home)! The repair request process is not very efficient. You submit the request which include pictures of the issue, they send an email for you to schedule a virtual visit (which is a waste of time because you already sent photos of the issue). Our last issue was or is very serious . During a bad storm the house develops a leek. Water was dripping onto the bed my 92 year old parents were sleeping in through the ceiling light. Not able to provide level floors and will only fix to a certain extent. Super noticeable. Very unhappy.

At first Lennar seems like a great company to work with. That quickly disappears once they have you under contract. They expect everything under the sun from you at a moments notice. Yet, when you have questions or concerns they take their sweet time. There were a lot of small issues we found during our new home orientation. They had 8 days to fix them yet most of them were “fixed” during the final walkthrough. We are mostly happy with our home but I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. It was a stressful experience.

Overall quality is OK, but we had some bad experience with HVAC Furnace keep on troubling after closing and delivered bad quality of Landscaping while closing the home, no proper caring of the Landscaping by Lennar homes, and also observed some electrical ceiling lights design issues, even not addressed by Lennar, Lennar team is responding well before closing, once closed your home, construction team is not that much of responsiveness with home buyer. so i had mixed feeling of home buying experience with Lennar. Door bell isn’t ringing, there is a power short in the master bedroom and bathroom that needs to be fixed . When I put in a warranty ticket it takes forever to get an answer .

Michael was our sales person. Amazing experience. Professional and accurate execution. Lennar Mortage…was almost perfect but they didn’t pay all of the HOA yet so we are having to be the middle man for it. Warranty after the buy…big ZERO. I’ll just go straight to the big one: neighbor had drainage issue in backyard, James from warranty told her she needed a french drain (she did not, it hasn’t rained), Lennar hired a sub contracted party to install this drain. (what appeared to be) a non licensed non certified irrigation professional). These guys broke my neighbors irrigation in back yard…ran that French drain through my property breaking my irrigation lines running it along my sprinklers so now that water goes directly in the drain which then drains into a hole in my front yard where all our electrical is for me and my neighbor. The worst part…the tried to pit me against my neighbor saying it was an issue for me and my neighbor to work out. Four days later now after I discovered the drain (it was installed three day prior to this) I HAVE GOT INE MESSAGE FROM WARRANTY FOR DAMAGING MY PROPERTY. No apology, no nothing…message said warranty manager was gonna come look at it yesterday. Contacted me? Nope. So today I’ll be filing a police report on them damaging my property. House layout is perfect and also de location. But builder just made lots of silly mistakes. First and most biggest mistake was electrical breakers and wiring’s were badly installed so after two weeks of moving in power went off very 15-30 minutes. Second big mistake done by builder washer water hoses were installed wrong. Only hot water was coming in. Third mistake and as of today I am still waiting for a response of the builder; drawers and cabinet doors are cracking up and master bedroom bath drawers were in bad conditions since previous inspection and have not been replaced. Forth mistake the grass was not properly maintained and now after 30’days of me watering and trying to make it grow it is still turning yellow. There were other little things that also needed replacement but they were addressed rapidly. ... More

Finishing the new home isn’t good. Lot of stains left behind

Overall, our experience with Lennar was subpar. The number of issues found during our inspection was alarming, but the worst part was the pushback from Lennar when it came to fixing or addressing these issues. I had to create a punch list and consistently follow up with the construction manager to ensure things were getting done. During the final walkthrough, numerous issues were discovered, yet I was assured that Lennar’s QA process would leave the house practically turn-key. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. I even had to argue for a large section of drywall exposing the strike plate to be fixed and went around the neighborhood to gather proof that my house was the only one with this issue. Outlets were not installed at the same height, and I’m not sure there’s a single 90-degree corner in the entire house. Under the carpet, you can feel nails and debris as you walk. Every door’s trim is chewed up but simply covered with paint to hide the blemishes. The overall craftsmanship definitely needs to be reviewed. The only positive experience I’ve had in this entire process was with the sales agent, Mike, who unfortunately no longer works in this neighborhood, and my warranty representative, Martina. Martina has been working tirelessly to make things right when issues arise, and it’s clear she’s advocating for the homeowner rather than Lennar, which is a relief. Yesterday the construction guys accidentally splattered cement on our newly constructed swimming pool and the deck around it. A construction guy came but I didn’t hear the doorbell because I was in the shower. 10 min later I found out what happened and I texted the construction manager (Gerry). He didn’t even respond. I have to get someone to clean the deck and repaint the affected areas. I believe it was the responsibility of Lennar.

Heavily implied sod and trees would be delayed until I was able to arrive at the home. Told it would be documented. Neither happened and there was no follow up on the matter. Trees were replaced but sod left to me, which will cost me $8k out of pocket to replace. Multiple breakers keep popping and have to keep submitting work orders. Garbage disposal never worked. Dishwasher stopped working. Wasn't told there wouldn't be window screens. Multiple areas still need touch up paint. Multiple areas weren't cleaned from paint droplets. Overall feel I was taken advantage of and not properly assisted throughout the process for my first ever hone purchase. Very disappointed in Lennar. ... More

We had a house already with Lennar that was great quality and a great buying experience. We chose to upgrade and it has led to a great deal of disappointment although the house is exactly what we want. The amount of sloppy work that was done is highly disappointing. What was even more disappointing was being charged $16,000 for delaying a closing when the house was done earlier than anticipated and yet almost nothing on our punchlist was completed. We are now we are having to open warranty tickets for punch list items, have our workdays disrupted when all of this could’ve been done off our punchlist prior to closing on the house. The house sat empty for 3 months and punchlist items were barely touched. It seems strange to me that the house was done 2 1/2 months early, we paid an inspector to come walk through with us, we provided a punchlist of items to be fixed and yet we were pushed to close, charged when we didn’t and nothing was done. My workday is now continually disrupted, and I’m having to restart efforts that require my attention at work because of the disruption. ... More

We recently purchased a unit at Eagle Ridge. While the process of purchasing the unit was fine, the experience after escrow closed was very frustrating. While our customer service rep, Jessica, deserves at least 5 stars for all she did to take care of the items that weren't completed by the close of escrow, the trades were less than responsive and often didn't complete their work properly. I believe there is a serious communication problem between the trades and Lennar. Now that we are more than 2 months post-closing, I believe that work is almost finished. I have a villa on Gable Dig loop. The single car garage could have been bigger. Drive way could have been bigger. Few guest parking spot could have been done for villa owner.its a 55+ community. No one would like to go to clubhouse to park the car for guest in Florida’s hot weather. Still builder can help building few guest parking spots on every street. These looks small issues but it’s not for 55+ people.

Alot of things went wrong during the move in process like no mail boxes were established for almost a month and once our mailboxes were assigned the only communication was made on facebook? this is a retirement community and many do not have social media accts the work in the house is sloppy due to timeframes set forth

My house was delivered with front lock not work. And the manager was not friendly to work with.

Baseboards were coming away from the wall in several places

Felt like an old style three bedroom apartment. Sharing bathroom especially. Your architect Do not know how to use the space smartly wasted a lot of space . 1. For the price we paid it is not worth I felt 2. Agents pushed us into it when I was away from the country 3. For two bedrooms one bath room 4. 2.1 mil house and no pantry 5. No compensation for the buyer agent Overall my experience with you guys is very unsatisfactory
