Seller doesn’t care about you the second paperwork is signed. Lender is not very clear about the closing process. Triple and quadruple check the loan paperwork because there potentially are many mistakes in it that you will make decisions based upon then they change it and blame you for not noticing. They love to mention the purchase agreement you signed so make sure that is perfect before you sign. Over priced for the quality of the craftsmanship. Sod is put in haphazardly with many gaps. This was my 3rd Lennar home purchased. Sales team was great, had 3 walk thru and still incomplete. (Just did the problems myself). The building team needs improvement. My other 2 Lennar homes where fantastic and was treated very well. I have pics from the 3rd party inspector that will shock you. Thanks for listening.

It was an average experience the whole way through. Throughout the process plan to experience slow response time to questions you may have and since there are several people working with you it will take longer to find the right person to actually the question. Problems due get fixed and questions will get answered it just takes longer than expected. Interior and finishes are fair. You can tell some install and items were rushed and quality is not the best. Overall it is good price for the size of home.

I've had to call a repair person out 3x. Where both toilets were not tightened. The dryer wasn't connected. Still haven't filled in the holes in the cement for the driveway.

Even though we did a walk through on the home most of the items on the list really didn’t get fixed. I’m pretty sure the paint in the home is only primer. You can not wipe down the walls at all or the “paint” wipes right off. The finish work in the home I would give 5/5. Most of the joints in the finish carpentry do not line up and nails holes are partially filled. Basically if I ever want to be able to wipe my walls clean if they get dirty I’m going to need to pay a painter to actually come in and use a quality paint that is able to be wiped off. The buying experience was fine. The actual home is very disappointing. We have been living in the community for two months and have had to submit seven different requests for repairs (on a new home)! The repair request process is not very efficient. You submit the request which include pictures of the issue, they send an email for you to schedule a virtual visit (which is a waste of time because you already sent photos of the issue). At first Lennar seems like a great company to work with. That quickly disappears once they have you under contract. They expect everything under the sun from you at a moments notice. Yet, when you have questions or concerns they take their sweet time. There were a lot of small issues we found during our new home orientation. They had 8 days to fix them yet most of them were “fixed” during the final walkthrough. We are mostly happy with our home but I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. It was a stressful experience.

Overall quality is OK, but we had some bad experience with HVAC Furnace keep on troubling after closing and delivered bad quality of Landscaping while closing the home, no proper caring of the Landscaping by Lennar homes, and also observed some electrical ceiling lights design issues, even not addressed by Lennar, Lennar team is responding well before closing, once closed your home, construction team is not that much of responsiveness with home buyer. so i had mixed feeling of home buying experience with Lennar. Thanks!

Door bell isn’t ringing, there is a power short in the master bedroom and bathroom that needs to be fixed . When I put in a warranty ticket it takes forever to get an answer .

Michael was our sales person. Amazing experience. Professional and accurate execution. Lennar Mortage…was almost perfect but they didn’t pay all of the HOA yet so we are having to be the middle man for it. Warranty after the buy…big ZERO. House layout is perfect and also de location. But builder just made lots of silly mistakes. First and most biggest mistake was electrical breakers and wiring’s were badly installed so after two weeks of moving in power went off very 15-30 minutes. Second big mistake done by builder washer water hoses were installed wrong. Only hot water was coming in. Overall, our experience with Lennar was subpar. The number of issues found during our inspection was alarming, but the worst part was the pushback from Lennar when it came to fixing or addressing these issues. I had to create a punch list and consistently follow up with the construction manager to ensure things were getting done. Yesterday the construction guys accidentally splattered cement on our newly constructed swimming pool and the deck around it. A construction guy came but I didn’t hear the doorbell because I was in the shower. 10 min later I found out what happened and I texted the construction manager (Gerry). He didn’t even respond. I have to get someone to clean the deck and repaint the affected areas. I believe it was the responsibility of Lennar.

Heavily implied sod and trees would be delayed until I was able to arrive at the home. Told it would be documented. Neither happened and there was no follow up on the matter. Trees were replaced but sod left to me, which will cost me $8k out of pocket to replace. Multiple breakers keep popping and have to keep submitting work orders. Garbage disposal never worked. We had a house already with Lennar that was great quality and a great buying experience. We chose to upgrade and it has led to a great deal of disappointment although the house is exactly what we want. The amount of sloppy work that was done is highly disappointing. What was even more disappointing was being charged $16,000 for delaying a closing when the house was done earlier than anticipated and yet almost nothing on our punchlist was completed. We recently purchased a unit at Eagle Ridge. While the process of purchasing the unit was fine, the experience after escrow closed was very frustrating. While our customer service rep, Jessica, deserves at least 5 stars for all she did to take care of the items that weren't completed by the close of escrow, the trades were less than responsive and often didn't complete their work properly. I have a villa on Gable Dig loop. The single car garage could have been bigger. Drive way could have been bigger. Few guest parking spot could have been done for villa owner.its a 55+ community. No one would like to go to clubhouse to park the car for guest in Florida’s hot weather. Still builder can help building few guest parking spots on every street. These looks small issues but it’s not for 55+ people.

Alot of things went wrong during the move in process like no mail boxes were established for almost a month and once our mailboxes were assigned the only communication was made on facebook? this is a retirement community and many do not have social media accts the work in the house is sloppy due to timeframes set forth

Felt like an old style three bedroom apartment. Sharing bathroom especially. Your architect Do not know how to use the space smartly wasted a lot of space . 1.
