Before we moved in we pointed out a problem with the kitchen cabinets and a drawer in the bathroom. Parts had to be ordered, then an appointment made in early July was made to fix them. Nobody showed up for the appointment. We discovered we have no key for the back door in the master bedroom or to the door leading to the garage from the house. Waiting for keys. Weren’t told about bug spraying company that comes out monthly? Something about putting our front door on Wi-Fi? No thank you.

I had a great expectations based on the previous reviews from the homebuyers, team and support was great but the carpentry was no where near the expectation, hope they change the carpenter or ask the team to improve the work and get the things done perfectly rather than going with a workaround fixes. There are a lot of places where we can't see unless if we bend, those are the places where they wantedly skip the work or if it is done, that is just a work around! I have raised a lot of carpentry request post moving in, its been more than a month, there are no fixes applied yet!

House is pretty good, only problem I get is the electrical issue. The light switches and electrical outlets do not work in most of the areas in the house

The process was ok, compare to the first Lennar property we purchased. Window coverings, fridge, washer and dryer was not provided, unlike the previous Lennar condo we had. Other than, the house is nice.

So many problems and repairs needed to a brand new home. Quality of finishes is horrible. Still waiting on repairs 2 months after moving in.

Will holdup on this for awhile . We were told it will take 2-3 days to fix and then I will write my review . Lennar has a very good reputation and that is the reason we brought in a Lennar community .

Our home buying experience wasn’t bad at first but the closer we got to closing the worse the experience was. The mortgage company told us they couldn’t lock our rate when I asked and then when our payment jumped up $400 in a matter of two months, they finally locked our rate. We were told we would close mid June so we scheduled our family vacation for the last week or May. Only to be told, that we’d close on 5/31/22. We checked the house before we left and it did not look ready for closing. We were correct. Lennar forced the closing with many items incomplete. Upon arriving back from vacation and trying to move in, we found the AC upstairs wasn’t working and the power in the master suite wasn’t either. We had drywall spray cover trim all throughout the house. We had exposed screws in every room. The back door wouldn’t lock and an upstairs window was damaged. We had various plumbing issues and tile issues. Our front entry was a disgrace. Words cannot describe the magnitude of issues the home had when we moved in. Yet, we were forced to close and were repeatedly told that if we did anything to stop the closing that we would lose the $24k we put down and would lose the home. They told us if that happened we could buy the house back for even more than we signed for months prior. We had no option but to close on a home that was not ready for people to live in. ... More

The good: I like the floorplan and love the neighborhood we moved into. Enjoyed working with the sales person that helped us buy the house. The rest: The finish quality in the home and the materials used are appalling. The kitchen cabinets are the cheapest cabinets I've ever seen. The ready made cabinets at Lowes or Home Depot are better than these. The electrical work scares me. I had to install a couple of new fans and it looks like a high school shop class put the electrical in. Our water coming out of the faucet in the Texas summer is beyond warm, it is downright hot. I recently found why, the water line runs directly over the garage with a minimum of pipe insulation. This is something that is going to have to get revisited. Overall we had a great buying experience with Lennar. We did go through a less than attentive sales person early in the process, but that was resolved by the regional sales manager stepping in and picking up the slack towards the end. I would recommend Lennar for any future buyer.

I would recommend other builder. Experience was horrible. Supervisor checking finish product is horrible then they get mad when you complain or ask things done correctly. I have told my coworkers to find other builders those that are looking to buy. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Lennar to my worst enemy.

We have had issues ever since we closed on the house and it was like pulling teeth getting them fixed. The only person that actually helped us was Derrian and he was/is awesome, as he is still helping fix the last remaining issue. We never received our 30 day TLC that we were told would be happening, we just received an email asking how it went but nobody came for it nor was it scheduled. I understand these are homes going up really fast but I at least would like everything to be working/minimal issues for the price we paid.

There really doesn’t seem to be quality control. The contractors review their own work and the construction managers take them at their word until the perspective owner comes and looks at the work. The toilet wasn’t level, the stairs were out of plumb, a few walls weren’t square, and they missed the electrical outlet needed on the island, the decking where the AC unit was installed wasn’t not level and the AC unit was installed anyway. The AC unit was installed anyway and actually was missing a recirculating valve. This cause the unit to sweat immensely and water to run off into the insulation and back of the sheet rock. There were other small issues like paint missing, trim was missing or poorly installed. ... More

Was told walk thru was on a certain date and closing to follow , but after 3.5 weeks of rescheduling and stories we finally closed, there was no consideration or reimbursement for staying in a hotel for that period of time as the building was no wear near finished upon our arrival in Florida,

The sales office was below average at best. I had to constantly chase sales for status updates and information. Was supposed to close on April 1st. Finally closed on May 31st which was very inconvenient for us. It was apparent the closing was rushed and the unit was nowhere close to being ready. Bo, the construction manager, was excellent. Very responsive and helpful in getting repairs completed as promised. Overall experience was a 2 on a scale of 1-5. This is our 3rd property in BN. Had a similar experience with the first 2. Rush to close to prop up their earnings for the quarter. There's something to be said for "Doing it Right the First Time" which wasn't the case for this property nor the previous 2. ... More

Our sales person Kacey was amazing. She communicated with me and was just short of being our loan officer as well because I could not get any communication during the loan process. Communication with our loan officer was little to none. He would not answer or return phone calls and the only emails he would respond to were the ones our sales person confronted him on. What even more frustrating is when we reached out to our loan officer to lock in our internet rate we got no response and then the interest rates went up. Super frustrating. Luckily the last 3 weeks before we closed on our home we got a new loan officer who was super helpful and took up the slack from the old officer but too little too late I guess when it comes to locking in the lower internet rate. The house is great with the exception of the trim around the doors. The trim around the doors is all cut a half inch above the ground and the caulk isn’t put in well enough to hide it. Overall a good home some issues were had but were resolved in a timely manner.

I’m loving the new home.

My fourth home with Lennar but this one was the worst experience from home buying, Lennar financing, materials, workmanship and customer support. Will never go back to Lennar specially in Central Valley.

Impressed with the professionalism and wanting to please new home owners. If there were any issues, warranty handed in a timely manner.

Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Basement has leaks as we started water sprinklers just think water is coming into basement just from water sprinklers that are used to water garden. Still don't have mailbox for the house. So have to go to USPS to get the mails. Bathroom tab started leaking water when made complaint in warranty still haven't scheduled to repair it. When asked who will pay bill for the water as it is continuously leaking and the answer was that is normal the bill won't be that big. No one wants to answer their phones and keep avoiding you. ... Cindy from the sales team was amazing! Troy was wonderful in assisting us with resolving credit issues. The quality of the workmanship was subpar and the fact that I had medicine cabinets linen closets, and ample storage space in my 2 bedroom apartment and not in a $300,000 home makes the value for the price paid less than great!

We have lived in this since 1 June. The craftsmanship is average at best. Very cheap paint on walls. You can’t even brush up against them because you will leave a mark. Caulking is chipping a long with the cheap paint. Driveway is already chipping concrete and upstairs has spots where creaking sounds are heard while walking. Lastly if you want to have a nail poke your foot, just come walk on our carpet, especially when entering or exiting a doorway. You’ll put shoes on! It’s unfortunate that it would seem profit is priority over quality because people just want to chalk it up as being “ a home owner” expense. If it’s done right the first time with the proper materials, I believe in the long run they make more money, but there inline is the problem, people want there money now and have no loyalty. People at a company for an extended amount of time is just not the case anymore. . I gave the overall buying process 4 stars, because it was very good. They people of this organization are respectful and talented professionals. Lennar has that process down for any one to understand and feel comfortable buying a house. ... More

Charles and Elizabeth have been fantastic. Very responsive! The inevitable "fixes" for the house are taken care of quickly.

Lennar went all the way to make sure l get into my new home! The service was awesome!!!

The paint job mostly on the inside of the home was the worst I ever experienced. There are whole strips of wall not painted. They missed along the base boards, corners and doors. I tried to get it touched up by they still did a sloppy job missing most areas. During the walk through the Lennar rep used blue painter tape to also mark missed areas. It appears the painters just took down the blue tape and didn't touch up all missed spots. Every neighbor has complied about the interior painting. Even your own reps said it was poor. But they had no control of the painters, it was common knowledge how poor the painters were. Very frustrating. Also, the open shower enclosure just floods the bathroom. Poor design.
