Sales person- Anyelyz was good. She was professional and approachable. Construction Manager could monitor workers more directly, so the end results matches expectations. Quality requires direct supervision.

Although the overall experience is average, the new house customer managers at walk-through and 1st month after closing were responsive to issues. Sometimes the corrective works were not done in the time as promised, with our persistence it got done.

Our experience was OK at most. Did not receive much of communication throughout the stages as we received on our last new build with another builder. A few things were promised, then changed in the end. The excuse was COVID. The lennar lender was horrible to work with. She said we were approved before signing the contract on the home and then did not receive any information until 3 months before closing letting us know that we were not approved and at the same day selling our current property. So we had to go with another lender in a hurry and received a higher interest rate because of it. ...

The design is great. However, the lack of a thorough inspection by Lennar construction team and/or contractors have masked a lot of obvious issues. HVAC room not sealed properly, gaps in door framing, lumps in carpet, nails sticking out, uneven tiles, to name a few.

We closed on home 2 months ago and still require over a Dozen repairs to be addressed and one is security related. Have made numerous requests to have these items repaired. Seems that Lennar is focused on mass production instead of Quality. Overall, we love the neighbor's and facility attributes.

Once our sale was completed sales representative was disinterested in responding to our concerns. Very disappointed in his performance. Initially construction supervisor was reluctant to meet with us. However he has been very helpful since our first meeting. Punch list staff (new home owner orientation, etc) was not particularly knowledgeable about appliances, heat system, eero system, ring system, etc. Warranty mamager has been great to work with. Communication was not clear during the process. Had to chase down contacts. Continuous pushbacks with no explanation of why. Overall, I would not buy another home from the builder based on that part alone. I was so glad to be done with all reps in every process during the process. Nice home but stressful process to close. Not worth it

While we love our new coach home, we were disappointed in the construction. The quality of the work need to be upgraded. Paint sloppiness, busted front door, miter joints off, not cleaned before we moved in. Why install screens if you have to have them replaced with noseeum screens at a 750.00 cost? The staff is very friendly though. I do think they want to make things better.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, The most frustrating thing was the home wasn’t ready when the closing date came, Everything was rushed to get the certificate of occupancy, I still have things on my check list that needs to be completed, I paid cash for my home and complied to all the things that was ask of me, I expect the same from Lennar. My overall experience purchasing a Lennar home was not the best it could’ve been but not terrible either. There were items that I asked if were included and was told yes to only be told later it’s not included with the collection. I didn’t get an apology of incorrect information only an unfortunately which is not an apology. Nothing offered because of the incorrect info either. This new home buying experience was different from any of my previous. I was told no "we don't" "we can't" "we won't" too often to remember what was able to be done. For the price of the house materials and finishings are so basic. (Painting, Cabinets, Floors, Carpet, Etc.) I closed feeling like I overpaid and have so many upgrades to do.

Over the course of construction we had seen things being done two and three times. The paperwork side also flawed with many errors. Things are starting to get dealt with as long as we initiate our concerns. Our sales agent Jonathan was very responsive. Our concierge is not. The workers have no respect for the property or the security as they come and go and leave the gates open and big messes. We’ll see if our furnace issue is resolved to determine our ultimate review.

In general, the purchasing process was straightforward. So I'll give you kudos for that. But hand-off was handled very poorly. Promises were made that things would be fixed that are still pending over a month later. Most items should not have been allowed to pass initial inspection the first place. For example, I have an interior door that doesn't close, stair balustors out of order, a plastic water bottle visible in the foundation, mismatched ventilation screens and so on! And to have a representative state that this is not a "class 1 build" as an excuse is just not acceptable.

Our experience with a lennar has been a roller coaster. The agent that helped us from the beginning has been very helpful. She was especially helpful right at the end. The frustration comes with the construction manager. When we did our final walk-through, there was no power, so there were things that we missed. When we were able to walk through the day that we actually purchased the house, we found a number of things that need to be fixed. He assured us that these would be taken care of. Where I can start? Beginning the mortgage process was a nightmare, they always give me a different number than the first time, at the end we agreed in the condition but was not that I expected. Then, the house build, they make me close my house end of November, the house was finish end of December, that’s crazy. The neighborhood is great and the house is beautiful, however the process was a nightmare and they could be better with us.

Being that we spent over half a million. Things felt rushed. Materials used were cheap. Lots of mess ups that after we move in aren’t covered. Bathroom shower tile is horrible. Master shower casing is losing its color. When you do a walk through and only thing you hear is I have another appointment I have another appointment we got x amount of time left. Process was just the worse. Still don’t have proper doors and other main fixtures for the house. Nightmare! For the amount of money this should of been a non rushed professional set up process. It was a pretty tough experience. Our sales girl quit in the middle of building. Bounced around to a couple others that didn't help much before being handled by the manager. First walk through was scheduled when work wasn't complete yet. Final walk through when there was still workers working on the house. Was promised issues we found would be taken care of. Overall we're happy with our Lennar home at roughly 2 months of living in it. Quality of the finish work leaves a lot to be desired though. Lots of little things that are somewhat hard to catch during inspections that need repaired or replaced. If you can avoid closing until every little thing is fixed do it, much easier to get it fixed before you close.
