We bought our Lennar home recently, we did the blue tape walk through yet most of what we taped off was never taken care of. We were told that the paint on our windows would be gone as well and that we would get the extra screens we were missing which didn’t happen until recently paint still there and the screens don’t fit. We have had some issues with the way our laundry closet was set up by the builders we put in a ticket and the plumber who came out flat out said he wouldn’t take care of it even though it was their company that messed it up. Workmanship Could Have Been Better

I had two significant plumbing leaks after moving in. Customer service was very responsive but it was especially inconvenient to have contractors in and out of home for over three weeks for repairs. That was in addition to basic paint/cabinet repairs to address poor workmanship. I was expecting better quality for the price.

Lennar town home buying experience.

Over all I am disappointed with the experience so far. There has been little to no communication regarding the outstanding items. Many of our neighbors are all so frustrated with the lack of progress and communication. There seems to be more emphasis on starting a home than finishing it. There is garbage all over from construction, I was picking it up but after several black trash bags a week I am done picking up after the construction crews. We (us and neighbors) are very concerned about how the area will look when and if they get it complete.

Sales person was difficult to get a hold of and the process was a bit chaotic especially at the end. Wish things were a little more customizable, like adding a walk in/stone shower, a covered back patio, different backsplash choices etc. Those options are VERY limited but for the price we got more home than with other builders. Overall happy with the home and Lennar has been responsive to a few issues that have popped up since we moved in.

We overall like Monroe Parke and our new townhouse. We had quite a few issues before moving in and after (paint was sub par with lots of missed areas). The major issue was the rain that leaked into my office. It was a pretty big deal and even now, I don't know if there's already damage done. I wish the development has more open space, park, field space. Not much outdoor space considering this is a new development and built in an open field.

Our customer service experience has been disappointing. The home was not clean when we did our walkthrough nor was it clean when we signed off although we were promised it would be. The floors were covered with dust and dirt and paint spots throughout when we moved in. We had to call our customer service rep - he never responded. After reaching out that evening and including Donnie, he responded first thing the next morning and he himself came over to inspect the situation. I absolutely love my tiny home! Of course there will always be issues because it’s a new build. Just a few things… 1. The fire alarms are way too high to reach even with a ladder. My father got up on a ladder and he could barely touch the one in the living room. 2. Overall I wouldn't recommend a Lennar community to others. You are inundated with so many different people during the buying and closing process, who knows who anyone is and why are there so many different titled people to handle this process. They don't all communicate together and it shouldn't be my job solely to keep everyone up to date, especially if I'm not receiving answers for issues. I felt like there was a lack of communication between title company and construction manager, and sales person, I was off and left wondering who was going to contact me regarding closing and final walk-through. Title company had me closing before final walk-through.

Most materials and products are nice, not typical builder grade. Much of the craftsmanship is also well done. In our house the prep on the millwork was very poor, not the same as in the model homes. Many repair attempts were poorly executed. Unfortunately it is a poor representation of the rest of the house however it is highly visible and runs through the entire home. This is our second home, which was built by Lennar. We continue to have problems that have been outsourced for replacement or repair. The reports and updates we are getting reflect on Lennar as uncaring if we do not sign off on service tickets. Twice now a ticket has been closed without a completed repair. Where is the care in that?

This review is for the Dolce Homesite Lennar Sales (Eileen and Carla) - Our first Dolce sales office experience was with Anastasia and she was great. The buying process was fairly smooth. The home itself is beautiful, but definitely disappointed overall in the quality now that I am moved in. Issues arising as time goes on - major one being electrical work. An outlet in the garage was not working right off the bat - it was installed improperly. The notified closing date changed multiple times. We were given an original closing to be October 2022 and based on that we planned for furniture delivery and for us to move in by November. Lennar missed the October closing and we had to pay rent until we could get into the house. We were notified of next closing to take place in January but we found problems with construction that had to be corrected before we could close and get into the house. We discovered some damage a week after closing and brought it to Lennar's attention. The Lennar customer rep took the info plus our assurance that we did not cause the damage, and then got back to us that because we didn't discover the damage prior to closing it was on us. I believe lennar is priced competitively in triple creek. You will miss out on some upgraded features but if your not afraid of some diy projects you can make it what you want and save a few bucks.

The experience went well for the most part. Our first point of contact (POC), Nicole, was OUTSTANDING! She was friendly, personable, attentive and resourceful. She communicated with us at every turn. Megan, our finance POC was also on point. She was resourceful, quick and responsive.
