Absolutely terrible. Haven't been in two months and we have massive cracks in the walls. The doors don't shut or latch and they have fixed them 5 times already and they still don't work. We don't have running cold water. I have called over and over and I just get the run around and nothing happens. We still have things broken from our initial walkthrough that should have been taken care of when I moved in. Ive asked to get someone else to be put on the case and nothing happens and the same guy Rene doesn't help or schedules and no one shows up. Stay away from this company.

This is the most unprofessional thieving company I have ever done buisness with. I bought a house with lennar and during the process before they get their money they were responsive and helpful, after I closed on the house in just a couple of weeks during warranty they dont pick up calls, they don’t answer texts or Voice mail, they just ignored us completely as we were calling them about issues they made in the house that only showed after a couple of weeks To top it all- we had a leak and it was the builder’s fault and the technician that came in to look at it lied on the report to make it sound we had something to do with it and now lennar is asking us to pay thousands of dollars to fix it while we only had the house for three weeks- we literally lived in it for a few days as it took us some time to move in. They are a bunch of lying THIEVES that will do anything to get out of work they should do. NEVER buy with lennar and do the same mistake we did they will ruin your house and their warranty is a joke. Excellent and smooth service provided

I listed 6 things wrong and they have only addressed 1.

For half $1 million Dollars, the home wiring is all messed up. I’m trying to get it completed.

I had issue with my gutter directions. I complaints about the issue to lennar but they just manipulate my concern and instead of taking my request just said buy gutter extension but that is not a solution of my request i have paid about $500k for my home and there is big mess of mulch on my walk way to main entry after every rain . Resolution asked is to change the direction of gutters. As i dnt want to put extension because it doesn’t look nice and make my home mess.

Once you've moved in, Lennar doesn't really care about addressing issues: 1.We have no internet service with no ETA provided despite our neighbors having service (we moved in 2 months ago). 2. I've been asked to check the box and mark requested warranty work as complete before it was finished, and it then gets ignored by the warranty team. 3. House was dirty in many areas upon move-in, and that was even with a further move-in thanks to Lennar messing up the closing date. This has been the worst decision of my life. Be careful.

I found the perfect retirement home at 3Roots. It was expensive but exactly what I wanted. Loan and escrow were fairly simple compared to my previous home. Had a few problems with various items but they were all attended to by Lennar.

Lenner make promises during the walk-through that has not been fulfilled!!!! We are still waiting to get the outside door painted along with touchup work inside. This experience has been very frustrating!

Compared to other builders Lennar is superior in all aspects.

Tricia was the associate who worked with us from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the process she kept us up to date on the progress of the build, giving us realistic timeframes and statuses. She us put in touch with the appropriate people for whatever was needed. Larry, the Construction rep who did the walk through was also very thorough. Taking any issues we had seriously and quickly addressing them. We have bought new build homes before but this was the first time we felt the builder (Lennar) really cared about the home quality and doing right by us the buyer. ... More

You get what you pay for and its on you to make sure things are good before the warranties are over. I like the house but I knew what i was purchasing before I bought it. I have seen people complain about what is included with the house. You have to understand that this is basically the bare minimum new build. So don't expect garage door openers, ceiling fans, gutters ect... In the end its my own home, its comfortable and I love improving it myself with DIY projects. These homes are great for first time buyers.

The home looks good, but 2 weeks after the close of escrow the toilet of masters bedroom that has been clogged during construction erupted and poop was was all over our toilet, shower and bathroom. Though Lennar manager responded on time but we were displaced for 2 weeks. We were promised compensation, we left message for the person who was supposed to compensate us he ignored our call and Lennar never call us. It was such a disappointing experience.

Response time to issues is not good.

Many details in the Townhome and very poor effective attention

We are extremely thankful to the LORD for this beautiful home. Moving from out of state was hard, but finally being here now and enjoying this home was well worth the wait. Due to supply and demand issues, our closing date got pushed out a few months. Lennar came through and covered the extensions of our locked in interest rate, so we are very thankful for that.

We liked the floor plan and community services and quickly signed the contract after our first visit of Venue at Monroe in New Jersey. John, our sales contact, is extremely helpful from the beginning to the end in timely answering our questions. He was quick in understanding the issues and acted to help or provided useful suggestions. Our closing was delayed by a month due to the shortage of electric meter at the power provider, which is an issue in the 2022 summer affected many new home closings in center New Jersey. With many scheduling issues for moving from out of New Jersey, we had our moving day on the closing day. It was made possible with Lennar's help in arranging a remote notary process for us to sign the closing documents online. After moving in, we feel two things Lennar may do to further please the buyers. One is have a floor material that is not too sensitive to moisture. Another is having backsplash included because it is hard to install one with the hood fan already on the wall. ... More

The warranty service is poor and so much of process even for the small fix.

Over it is ok experience to work with Lennar, the final walk through by construction manager and customer care rep, they are not that knowledgeable any question asked it is pretty much "i think so " and "i am not sure " answers.

We had Suzett as our sales consultant. She is the best. Responsive, honest, determined, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. She made our experience great.

Horrible experience. If it wasn't for the good Floorplan we would have walked away! Very very poor workmanship. There isn't a wall straight in the house. No craftsmanship. Don't buy Lennar!

Lennar is prompt with service and very responsive. However, we were not offered some of the items we requested in the house . Our choices of some items or materials were not offered. This gives us some apathy about the house !

We moved hoping to have a peaceful retirement home. While our Salesperson was very knowledgeable and did her best with purchasing, Construction was terrible. Our cabinets were installed crooked, cracked, broken due to lack of skill which caused our Stone to be unlevel. Our hood vent never showed up so they borrowed one from a different model that didn't fit. Our light fixtures were cracked and broken along with our bathroom mirror and we had a broken window for 4 months. Our Ring Doorbell was installed broken, our Pentair Motherboard for our pool was installed broken, our AC condensor fan was installed broken, our garage doors were crooked and wouldn't close or lock, our tree in front yard was planted with broken support and leaning, we had a hole in our lanai. Our construction mgr Tim was suppose to handle alot of these items but he lied, didn't return phone calls, and avoided us. We've been in our house 2 months and still have unresolved issues. We are very happy with our new Lennar home. The floor plan, design of the neighborhood, and and design elements inside and out are very nice. The energy efficient features are great. We would do it all over again.
