Once you sign your contract, you become just antother number to Lennar, from the Sales Center to the Construction Foreman. They are not forth coming with information, progress updates are elementary at best. The management team is more concerened about the "sticks in the air" than they are about your home. Also, tell your buyers agent to read their contracts too, make sure they get paid on the whole house and not just the "base price" of the ho,e The sales contracts and all the addendums ore to protect the seller, not the buyer. Overall, we had an amazing experience. Everything went smooth and everyone we dealt with were fantastic! We couldn’t be happier and could not recommend Lennar enough to anyone. Job well done :)

Building process slow due to supply issues. Minor quality issues upon moving in, but soon to be resolved. Lennar Mortgage company a waste of tone, very poor Customer relations and constant requests for more and more data . Even required my Wife’s initial Naturalization papers after being a US Citizen for over 50 years ! Supposed to gain access to community website after a short time, but already here for 7 weeks and no contact. So very poor community relationship.

Overall, house is solid. However, towards the end of the build, a person could tell it was rushed. Windows not shutting right, pocket doors rubbing against screws, kitchen faucet not retracting, a bent bar connected to garage door to the garage opener, etc. The good news the warranty’s service people are quite prompt and very professional. Truly appreciate their completeness of at least 12 items needing to be corrected.

They closed home without fixing all the problems I mentioned. And now I'm struggling. Their responsiveness to issues are really zero. Also, the material they build is not so good. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Lennar.

Was Not a Warm Welcome, treat like I was not a person or my wife as if you don’t care. Everyone room was decorated but we was put in a plain room with the notary and had to yell to Lennar person across from the room if we need questions answered so unprofessional all the way even when key was put on table not out hand so wrong in so many way not even a picture like the other people was doing and ringing a bell . Plus the Townhouse was not clean did not do what we ask on list so rude.

There were a few issues with the new residence. The team helped as much as possible. But sometimes it's a little tough to get ahold of them.

My experience with Lennar has been quick and smooth. We closed pretty quick and everything still didn’t feel rushed at all. Once I moved in the minor issues we did have our home Customer care rep always helped out and reached out quickly as possible. Overall experience has been good.

It has been one thing after another We had a leak in our wall our tile and baseboard is ruined I had to fight with them for a mold inspection our vanity in that bathroom is cracked and they don’t want to replace it but fix it. The quality of materials is awful our inside door hinges are rusting after living here for less than a month They put do much drywall around my outlets i could not even use them an electrician had to remove outlet cover and chisel away excess drywall in order to make it usable I have paint chipping off my kitchen cabinets already because such cheap quality we also had a leak under our bathroom sink and because of the material being Cheap MDF the cabinet warped still waiting for it to be fixed The trades also got concrete all over my driveway ruing my pavers they have been here 5 times to power wash them and it’s still there We bought this house and all I do I cry I can’t even enjoy it the list goes on and on There are big gaps in my tiles in all bathrooms for not putting enough grout they didn’t caulk in many areas they hung the junction box in wrong place in my living room and list goes on and on ... Very bad experience, with everyone at Lennar Homes. I have been calling Lennar Corporate telephone number for weeks , I even sent a email and have not got a response. Today is August 29, 2022 and I have only two days left before my 60 day home warranty expires. During my closing walk through there was so much I saw that need to be fixed, the builder supervisor said don’t worry you have 60 days. Well my 60 days expire in 2 days and guess what I can’t get anyone to respond to my request. I will never build or purchase another home from Lennar or refer any of my friends and family to Lennar builders. The one big mistake I made during purchasing a home with LENNAR Builders was I thought that the sales person was helping me, when she is solely out to help the builder. Please let everyone of your buying a new home, please take a realtor with you, they are your true help. Also the other big mistake was not hiring a Realastate Attorney, if it had not been for a outside mortgage I used. I would have lost my earnest money and my home. This experience with LENNAR Homes have taught me a lot about making sure you cover yourself. I know we had a pandemic but this type of service and work is no excuse. Where do I start... We purchased a new home by Lennar while it was still under construction and there's been countless issues. They are non-negotiable on closing dates. We were out of the country on their proposed closing date and they did not care and did nothing to help us out to get the closing date moved by a few days. We have only been in our house for a month and a half and have had to put in multiple work orders for loose floor tiles, a tub being clogged from construction materials, our closet shelving literally falling off of the wall, etc. They work with companies that don't show up on their scheduled days and that will not work around the homeowners schedule AT ALL for warranty repairs, causing us to have to take time off of work as if it is our fault that our brand new house is falling apart. Time will tell how the house ultimately ages, but this many problems so soon tells me we are in for an expensive future. We had a very positive experience during the process of purchasing our new built home at Ravello, Estancia. Sales Representative Kimberly was very knowlegeable, friendly and helpful from the start to finish. She guided us through the complex process of purchasing a new built house. She always kept us informed and updated. Construction Manager Tim was highly experienced and knowledgeable. He was courteous, professional and personable. He kept us updated and addressed all our questions and concerns during the entire process. We feel that both Kimberly and Tim represent the best of Lennar/WCI. Where do I start. I bought my house in January got the keys in July. 1 week before closing Lennar decided that they were going to send off my loan to another loan company without even calling me first to notify me that I didn’t qualify. I was never even told that I wasn’t qualifying for my house loan so I was blind sided when I got a call from another lender. We did a walk through of the house to mark things that needed to be fixed. Couple weeks later We did the final walk through and nothing repaired. The contractor told me with an attitude that we weren’t there to find new flaws. Cracked paint in the closets, missing paint. Windows missing caulking and paint, carpet cut to short from the wall, vynol cut too short at the door and FIXED with caulking instead of being reinstalled correctly. Door trim with a huge gap from the door. Hole in the baseboard fixed with grout instead of being replaced. Fixtures installed on the wall with stuff stuck behind them so they are not flat on the wall. Hole in the cement floor in the garage. Bath tubs with stains and cracks. When I set up appointments for repairs they repair everything with caulking. No replacing and fixing everything correctly they just patch it all up. Crazy how you buy a brand new house and when you call to complaint about ants being all over the house they state they can’t do anything about it. You would think that the house would be sprayed for insects before keys are given to you. Ants are under the carpet as if coming from the foundation. We have had so many issues with this house that idk if the house is worth what we paid. The contractor didn’t care about fixing anything before handing over the keys, I don’t get how he’s not embarrassed of the workmanship provided by the people they contract. The only person that helped us was our sales rep that went to bat for us when the loan officer couldn’t do her job. He helped us from day 1 when we picked the lot and helped us until the very end and gave us our keys. Honestly I don’t know if I would ever purchase a Lennar home ever again. Buying a new home should be a stress free and repair free experience since we didn’t purchase a fixer upper but at the end it feels like we did which is pretty sad. ... More

good experience to buy a house

Terrible home buying experience. Communication was terrible, little to no follow up. The mandatory inclusion of solar panels was not clearly communicated what the process for set up is and has not been resolved months after closing. Amenities were not fully completed and still unresolved after closing, kitchen water filter and internet equipment were not set up nor will Lennar correct the problems. The Ring system was not the same as the one in the model home. Overall this was a terrible experience and would not purchase from Lennar again. The financing expirence was horrible, the walk through is a joke get the builder to fix issues is like pulling teeth and once you move-in good luck getting them to finish what they promised is a nightmare. They ensure quality and explain that is what you are paying for and it has all been a complete mess

The home has really some really good features, and some bad ones. The finishing isn't as good as it could be, and a lot of areas show that, especially the flooring. The drip irrigation installed was already broken the second day we moved in, and then a pipe burst a couple of weeks later. Have been in the home for about a month now, and have already submitted tickets. The best part is the responsiveness to the tickets. Diana and Moe have been a huge help.

I’ve been completely and utterly unhappy with my home purchase. Since buying a Lennar home, I’ve had a gas leak, my floors seem like they are sinking in, and plumbing seems to be a problem. My home has been riddled with problems. If you're looking to buy a home, I would suggest you do a thorough investigation on the builder before you buy. I wish everyday I could get my money and time back.

Our overall experience with Lennar was excellent! From our initial inquiries with Derrick up to Home Delivery with Kim and John! They were all accommodating, patient and detailed. They made sure we were heard, and they addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. We love our new home! There was only 1 thing unpleasant. We tried to get initial preapproval with one of Lennar’s Loan Officer. I asked her multiple times if we could talk, if I could call her, if she can tell me the things I needed to do to help me with the process since I was a first time home buyer. If she can explain the complicated things I didn’t understand then. - No calls, just short emails like of no importance. Nice home design, but too many flaws in quality and workmanship. These are some of flaws; no space for laundry in laundry room, ethernet and TV cable connection on wrong side of the wall, door bell deflective, garage door don't close evenly, and no room for towel rack in the master bathroom due to shower door hits the rack. It took warranty staff to fix my garage door five times, and door bell twice still not fixed. Waiting for this coming Friday appointment.
