Never heard back from anyone on a 30 day check up. Some of the paint issues were not taken care of. It seems like they hurry on a lot of things. Cheap work around some of the woodwork. The pool is way to small for this size of a neighborhood.

Its not worth to buy. Lots of challenges and pains.

We have a lot of issues in different areas including electric and flooring issues, currently are in getting repair but takes too long since report is done to got an response

We signed our agreement at the height of the housing boom and it wasn't a great experience. You had no choice in model, colors, or anything except the lot. Also, was constantly told the price was going to go up if we didn't sign right away. By the time we moved in the housing market was plummeting and the experience changed to be more pleasant. The folks at Lennar were more responsive and seemed to care more about our issues/questions. It's sad that high inflation, high interest rates and a mini recession was what it took for Lennar to provide a better customer experience.

Sales: Bobbi, the sales agent I worked with was excellent and knowledgable. Warranty: Heather and the virtual warranty team seem to be proactive with reported items, although several that were reported over the last two months don't have appointments scheduled and other trades scheduled their appoinments quickly. Some warranty repairs were not made properly, very disappointing. Lennar needs to hire another pool company to make the warranty repairs and charge back to Holiday Pools since they aren't interested in repairing my pool/spa issues.

The people we worked with have been great, the process of getting into the house was smooth. Then we moved in and discovered very poor workmanship throughout myriad details in the house, details that will ultimately cost us a lot of money and time to fix and/ or affect our resale value down the line. We had a few things addressed in the beginning and then have been ignored. Our neighbors have communicated similar issues. You cannot spend what we did and then be given a house like this with poor customer service. This is not tolerable. This was the worst experience in building a house I’ve ever had. Closed on my house at the end of July, it’s now September 14th and my house still isn’t finished. If I could give zero stars, I would.

From the lack of sales support, to the purchase agreement to the mortgage process to closing and service after closing HORRIBLE experience. The home is poorly built several structural issues, flooring issues. Worst real estate decision I have ever made.

Our journey with Lennar was a bitter sweet one. Our first visit to a Lennar office was met with a very rude and unprofessional agent who was very excited to sell to us and when he saw our DOB on our IDs quickly returned them and told us there was no home available and will be none anytime soon. We left and returned some other time with our agent to be greeted and welcome by an absolutely amazing Lennar agent, Ty. Tyrone walked us through the process and assisted in every step of the way until closing. We had a little bit of hiccups with the closing agents and loan officers over constantly requesting for the same documents over and over again. Of course, the military wasn’t making it easier for them either. When we moved in, the AC was not working and we contacted Lennar warranty service and until today, they have not shown up, we fixed the problem. Overall, everyone we met did their jobs but Tyrone went above and beyond to represent the Lennar brand while recognizing we are buying a home not a pen. It was a long process but worth it in the end

My new home is very basic for what the cost was. I did not have any options I had to take whatever they offered due to "COVID"? The best thing about my purchase is the location of my home, that is priceless. I am not impressed with this Lennar home, finishes feel really cheap.

Lennar makes the home buying experience easy. However, after moving in to my new home, I discovered that it seems like hired contactors do not pay attention to details. Poor paint job....drips everywhere.

5-10 experience in over all

Overall a good experience and we love the size and plan of the townhome. Sales and finance teams from Lennar were outstanding! Construction team delivered on-time but there are some differences from other builders to be aware of such as no semi-gloss paints in wet areas. Also no bathroom hardware provided, and no option for appliances or colored accent walls. I mention these as it makes the home not exactly move-in ready so plan accordingly. Little things like counters, tile, and wood decks aren’t sealed by builder so be prepped to do those as well. Soundproofing between units is acceptable but not as isolated as we’ve experienced with TM. So far warranty has been responsive, no complaints there. Would not recommend Lennar unless no other options. Too big business and corporate pushiness.

I’m very disappointed in the way they handle homebuyers .

The quality of materials and workmanship is not that good. The construction was mostly rushed to finish up in the last 2 weeks with lot of open issues. 2 months after closing, we are still chasing the warranty team to help fix items that were open during closing. Compared with other builders (like Richmond or Toll Brothers), quality of home and service is inferior.

This review is a redo of the previous one. The system did not like that I said the truth about the transaction. All my words were decent, grammatically correct and in formal tone. No bad words were used. Lennar is not the best company to buy a house from. They are border line on breach of contract for the product that they give. Complaints are never satisfied.

Bad bad bad. Issues with cement and grading of property. I can’t even walk between my house and neighbors. I lost a sneaker in the mud and lawn mower gets stuck. This was brought up at the last walkthrough and said it would be addressed. Never was and now it might cost me thousands to make right. I have 8 kids that are all adults and home buying. I have told them all to look elsewhere

Lennar is great company and produces beautiful houses. Maybe it’s just the market and material shortage that drives the houses prices. Overall I did have a great and awesome experience with the Lennar sales team.

Overall. 3/5. House quality seems like they just wanted to push these houses out. Freezer has been inoperable since day 1. Havnt been able to et fixed or replaced. Followed all recommended steps from Lennar team to get fixed. Point blaming between builder and appliance company. Master closet shelving collapsed on itself first week of puttting clothes on it. Carpet nails sticking up at edges of liners. “Was told to step over nails” I’m like “I have kids” I can’t even get them stop running around the house let alone try and tell them to never step over nails sticking out of the carpet. Tried to get me to sign DocuSign documents on incomplete tasks. DO NOT LET THEM PRESSURE YOU INTO SIGNING ANYTHING! ... More

From the misinformation given to us about our purchase, by the sales associate, to the ridiculous lies told to us by the mortgage people and the astonishing lack of quality workmanship that is out into these homes I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to buy a LENNAR home! There were so many things wrong I can’t list them all! LENNAR and all who are affiliated with this company should be ashamed of themselves!

There were many things missing and this very expensive house was sold too quickly. The build quality was not up to par for the value. The escrow finance and buying process were extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Nothing was connected to local utilities and solar which it was supposed to be...

Build time was longer than usual due to COVID but quality is good and they fixed all issues found before and after closing. I like Lennar’s everything’s included and that’s lots of value that you would need to pay extra with other builders.

Lennar allowed us to switch our deposit to a second home when we ran into problems selling our existing home. However, when we were able to switch back to our original choice three weeks later, Lennar increased the price by $5,000. The engineered wood floors showed buckling when we moved in; however, the Customer Service team agreed to replace the.floor where it was damaged.
