I should not have to go through my Home Owners assn to get my curb repaired. It is cracking and should last more than a few months. It should be handled by Lennar through the HOA.

Within the first week my microwave broke and had to be fixed. The stove drawer is very flimsy and comes off track. Within 4 months 2 door knobs came apart and the screw to hold it together is missing. You can see ripples in the vinyl flooring between the rafters of the flooring. It's like only the bare minimum was done by building code. The cement work outside the patio door is so rough, you need shoes to walk on it. one of my windows has missing film. It was pointed out at the 2 week walk through and I haven't heard anything. I thought we were supposed to get a 2 month walk through, ...

I do like the design of my home and the neighborhood but the workmanship was poor. I believe this was the construction was unsupervised and many things were wrong. Some of the problems were: the painting quality was poor, the tile work was not done properly, the front door was hung improperly, the kitchen cabinets were damaged, the sliding glass doors were damaged, the workman leave trash all over. I must say the builder is trying to fix things but it is certainly a hassle.

My biggest gripe so far is the quality of the paint and surface finishes both inside and out. The interior paint is a powder or chalk type paint, which CANNOT be cleaned. If your kids touch the walls, prepare to repaint. The drywall texturing was cheaply done and has many flaws and clumps in the material, which chip and flake off. I will say that Lennar was honest about this and warned me that they really do slap it together and cut costs on paint and finish. While i dont dispute the overall value and service, i would respect them more if they used better paint in a family home.

Quality of workmanship & materials - this is just my first year, so place for the first year looks good. But who knows what will happen after few years. Value for the price paid - Little bit more pricey for the same area. They have template homes and they keep the same plan across multiple communities, so if you are looking for one in a kind of home, please stay away. If looking for quality construction, look elsewhere. They’re attentive until your house is done, good luck after that. HOA at Florida Properties is absolute worst.

The overall hand off day was disjointed with mailbox keys missing and tool for the door missing. There were door handles on backward, bath wouldn’t hold water, bathroom lock inverted, appliance manuals missing, missing code required electric plugs in laundry - all which should have been done prior to possession. The elevators have been unreliable but the up and down get done. The location and design are superb and home is comfortable

The bones of the house seem pretty good but pick any detail and you will likely find flaws. It appears from the things we have experienced that the actual people doing the work have no pride in workmanship. Also the construction manager we happen to get has been very non communicative. We just go through Lennar warranty for everything rather than the C.M.

Completion date: remember the completion date is only an estimate of when the home will be available for occupancy. Home structure: make sure roof and plumbing do not have defects which could result in leaks. Finishing work: look for cracks in crown molding, drywall, paint on pavers and flooring etc.

Poor quality craftsmanship on a lot of the interior features. The wood floor is a cheap quality and scratches or dents with no effort. Some of the cabinetry was poorly attached to begin with. We had a flood in our kitchen a month after moving in, because the dishwasher was improperly installed and now we need repairs to floor and cabinets. While we were well taken care of during the buying process by the sales team - we have been disenchanted with some of the response from Lennar's warranty and repair team. Overall it was an Okay experience. Our sales rep was phenomenal - thank you Liz!! Jennifer on the lending side was also amazing!! Closing day was great at Lennar. The walk through was good at the beginning and then didn’t continue that way - and the concierge person was not good at any point in time.

The quality of the house is very poor, especially the painting work. Although I had many things corrected later, after moving in I still found many quality issues. My friend also bought a Lennar home, but their construction team did a great job, while the team that worked on my house was terrible. In addition, the paint quality is very bad. If I had been told at the time that I could choose better paint, I definitely would have paid extra for it.

I paid 250k for a 1600 sq ft 4 bedroom house with the tiniest backyard I've ever seen. I'm a first time home buyer and after the first 2 months here I can now confidentially list numerous things that were done shoddily. 1. EVERY door frame in the house is just the tiniest but bigger than it should be. I recently purchased a home with Lennar, and overall my experience was pretty lukewarm. Despite being the buyer, there was little flexibility on the timeline, even when I had legitimate scheduling conflicts that prevented me from attending key events. My experience with the mortgage process was largely positive. The team was very responsive and quick to address any issues, and the approval process was smooth. However, the escrow phase was confusing due to a clear lack of communication between the escrow team and the loan officer. Had a problem with AC unit and the reaction time was not quick. Lived here for a few months always finding issues. You make a ticket to get it fixed and they only fix it if your home. So that means you have to take off work. So I been fixing it myself.
