To this day the houses front entrance of the house is still no painted. Part of the driveway is broken. And the other part is covered in stains. We also have to add water to the pool every couple days because the overflow system is not working properly and the water level gets too low for the cleaning systems to work. One of the sides of the kitchen cabinets is damaged. And part of the wooden trim in the kitchen is missing.

Everything started out normal, but after we moved in we found a lot of workmanship issues and poor quality of labor. Foreman knows about it but he said not much can be done, because right now it's hard to find workers at all. But if that's the case, than the price of the house should be adjusted too...

I like the idea of everything included. Good material but workmanship is not good in this venture. Easy closing process.

Unsatisfactory house for the price paid.

Shotty workmanship - looks like they let drunk people install in my house. Total lack of accountability to resolve issues Excuse after excuse about poor quality Unethical practices including some that are illegal Buy from another builder in the Vegas market. Lennar is building houses quickly and doesn't care about anything but getting your money. Moved in 2 months ago and still dealing with over 35 issues from move in.

We purchase our home after 2 months of looking in Delaware. After our second visit to Walden we fell in love with one of the model and purchased it on the spot. Entire process was easy and simple. The mortgage process was even easier. All were friendly and very helpful.

Clear communication and great customer service

When we were first shown our Lennar home, we were very eager and excited about the home and the neighborhood. We signed our contract in October and we’re told our closing date would be December. I understand that there are supply chain issues and other things out of Lennar’s hands that caused a delay in building, but we did not close on our house until the end of April. Lennar’s communication (or lack there of) with us and our real estate agent was absolutely terrible. We were given 5 different closing dates, yet did not find out until the week of, that our closing date had been pushed with no estimation of a new closing date. This was extremely frustrating as we had made plans to move out of our housing, but then we’re left scrambling at the last minute to figure out housing 3 separate times. Lennar was never clear on when we would close and everything felt last minute and rushed. There was also clearly no communication between the different silos of Lennar (sales, mortgage, construction, etc) because we had multiple people telling us different dates for our orientation and closing. Even after our final walkthrough, we still had some issues that were not resolved. Looking back, the whole process was such a headache and I’m not sure I would ever buy a Lennar home again. ... More

Well let’s see. I have no screens no fences no motion detector only one intake for air that had to be fixed a doorbell that does not ring painting that has not been finished and two awnings that’s have not been installed. What do you think. The home buying process was great! Getting anything done after closing and moving in is where the customer service fails. Don’t be so quick to meet the “demands of building houses”so quickly and focus on a good completed product. Would you allow YOUR family to live in a house like this with so many issues that are not attended to? I’m a nurse. What if the tables were turned and you brought your spouse or child into the hospital in cardiac arrest? When attempting to shock a heart into a viable rhythm, no shock came, only death. Would it be acceptable to you that I “forgot to plug in the machine?”!!!!!! Different situation, same concept. PLY YOUR TRADE!!! ... More

I had a pretty good experience, especially with the Sale associate Morgan. She was very experience and friendly. Also at the walk through Nate the construction manager was very informative on every aspect of the house and explaining with detail the function of all that is required.

Everything was fast, easy, well-explained. Builder's team was knowledgeable, responsive. Thank you

Very easy process, outstanding job by all

My house was dirty when we moved in. The paint look like a child had painted the ininsideCabinets in my bathroom have glue all over them glue on the main bathroom floor. The light fixture in the main bathroom is falling down and no one seems to care. I can't walk on either side of my yard because there is a really bad slope

Lennar staff was very ridged and not very friendly. Mail keys should be delivered upon close, the mail office can’t find ours and it has been over 6 weeks since we closed.

Day of closing home was not ready, all the issues get transferred to Home Warranty, it takes a long time and you buy a new home with things damaged or not finished and now you have to take care of it, make the calls then wait for a video call, then take time off work. I expected to have my home ready but sadly it was not, promised things were going to get done before we came back from our closing and it was not done. The people that work for Lennar are very nice but they are overwhelmed and over worked.

Overall good experience and good builder

Communication from Lennar was excellent all the time. Sales contact Jeff was excellent. Very poor quality on house finishes compare to previous new homes I bought.

One of the best builder is Lennar and delivery was as promised to us when we booked the house. Very happy and highly satisfied with Lennar team

Went very smooth with our buying experience. All the important details were lead by Lennar employees. They lead us by the hand throughout the process. Happy with most of the house, but a couple appliances were less than average(stove and dishwasher). We’ll have to replace soon. Nice community.

From the start, it was amazing. To be able to select what the inside of your home would look like. Picking out all the materials and colors. Creating your kitchen and bathrooms. First and foremost I have to mention Sam… he was so instrumental in the entire process. He worked so hard and included me every step of the way. I have picture from start to finish and have made a album that couldn’t be completed without him. He along with the entire team of professionals, made this process a fun and exiting one. The closing date provided was right on time as well and due to COVID-19. We had to wait 3 weeks later but that was not bad at all considering the unknown and they still made it happen with closing and the timeline. The All-inclusive part is already amazing and if anything need to be touched up after move-in, Lennar does it and that in itself is amazing. I’m still enjoying my new home and it’s my forever home so I appreciate the love Lennar put into it and I am enjoying this beautiful home. I can’t leave out the fact that the neighborhood is beautiful and my neighbors are so friendly. I couldn’t be more Blessed!!! Thank you!!!! ... More

There was absolutely nothing good about the experience with Lennar. Don’t be fooled by having everything from your lender to you insurance under one roof. They are completely inept and unprofessional. Once we moved in we found the quality underwhelming. From crooked windows that make our custom blinds look like crap to the sprinkling system that won’t shut off and or leaks. This experience was horrible and I would never ever recommend Lennar builders.

Overall the whole process was simple. We have encountered issues since moving in but the Care coordinator onsite has been extremely helpful on getting them resolved
