Mike was awesome in doing the walk through and explaining the house hardware and installations.

There is an obvious conflict between the sales/finance team and the construction team. Sales/finance wanted to move ou closing date two weeks earlier to achieve some goal. The construction team was not ready. Many poor quality issues were left incomplete at closing. It took many week to correct most of them and one is still outstanding six weeks after closing.

Lennar is the Number 1 home builder!

Worst experience ever. From purchase to resolving issues

I was moving to a Lennar home from out of state and my new home rep and construction manager kept me updated throughout the home building process. They were both very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The home itself is great, tightly built and has lots of cabinet space (I wish I had a linen closet, though). I’m very happy with my new home!

Barbra made the home buying process so easy. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Whiteny is very kind. She takes care of business. I do appreciate her. I had issues with the construction team. They forced their way into my home without my permission. They told my carpenter they had an emergency and needed to go in. With was completely untrue. They took pictures inside my home without my permission. I reached out to head of construction via email. I got no response. I contacted Whitney and she arranged a meeting with head of construction and myself. I am not happy with them. I wanted to have theses individuals arrested. I contacted lennar costumer service. This experience was not one I would recommend. After all the trials and tribulations I still had work being done on my home the day I settled and it was like pulling teeth to correct what was identified was wrong. Not from just me but also my paid professional inspector. My upstairs primary bedroom makes popping noises as we walk across the “brand new floor” as does the steps. Feels like I’m in a old home. The workmanship is terrible. The walls are not straight and so are the ceilings. If I could attach photos I would. My guest bathroom had a crack in the tub, the baseboards are not completely covered. I’m more happy than unhappy overall, but there are significant items that really soured the home buying experience, including inexplicable delays in closing (not supply chain or COVID related, just disorganized), skipped final inspection due to the time crunch, bubbled paint/missing paint/splattered paint in numerous spots (all minor, but noticeable), failed low voltage electrical component problems, and insect problems immediately upon move in. All of these can be fairly easily corrected, and for the warranty-covered items they are being fixed without any push back, so that is good. Also, the sales and customer service folks are knowledgeable, honest, polite, and all-around pleasant to work with. But the bottom line is that even though I can look passed these because I can see the house for what it will be once these things are addressed, it is frankly embarrassing to bring over friends and family (for at least the first 2 months it takes to fix these) to a new house with all of these issues. ... Overall experience has been good.Only issue is there has been a couple of damaged things that have taken a little longer to get taken care of.But besides that no more problems.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience! Kevin was our Lennar realtor. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions (I had a lot!). Missy was an amazing construction manager! She was patient with us and made sure the building process was smooth and kept us up to date on the progress. We’ve now been in our dream home for 7 weeks, and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the entire Lennar team!

Awful I moved two months ago and bathrooms did not have towels racks I notified the people in charge and a month later still waiting.

Denise was very easy to work with, her customer service is exceptional and she will go extra length to help and answer all questions. Will buy from Denise (sales manager) again and again.

Great experience overall! Fourth home, second new construction.

First off , this was my first home and I was very excited . I began noticing workmanship problems throughout the building process with half done work . I noted several things like literally a slanted front door install, slanted kitchen window and framing . Leaking dinning room window, hole in stairs and carpet placed over . Those are just the things that presented before closing. I have been in my home now 8 weeks and recently discovered in the building process a giant nail was stabbed into a drain line in my laundry room which leaked for 8 weeks before it showed itself . I have had nothing but warranty request after warranty request since moving in . As soon as the housing market gets better I will be selling this lennar home and moving elsewhere with a better builder. ... More

Overall experience is good. The house was left with few imperfections that we are still working on.

My builder was always courteous and prompt whenever I had questions. Many things went wrong that were out of his control. One thing Lennar needs to change is offering a way to get prompt service for appliance issues since they are providing the appliance package with the home. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a repairman to come look at my ice maker and I had to call him myself through GE.

Terrible workmanship materials are cheap no response on issues that need to be addressed

This home was not built for me. I ended up buying this house but shared the issues with the home. The simplest issues where fixed partially. They caulked and painted the split door frame. When they painted they closed the doors so when I opened them the paint came off the doors. The cleaning crew was horrible. There are paint specs all over the quartz. The bathrooms and shelves are covered with paint and saw dust. The joint compound for the drywall on my ceiling has bubbled up. These are the things they need to fix and haven’t. We really love our Lennar home. We were very thankful for the weekly updates as the home was being built and our questions were answered promptly. Overall we are very satisfied with our Lennar home.

Cheryl and Jarrod are awesome. They helped from start to finish and made the experience great. The communication from everyone at Lennar was very timely and always kept us appraised on the progress. My only wish (and I understand why not) was that we could have changed a couple of things and also had the lower level finished before moving in. I would highly recommend Lennar to anyone.

I feel the workmanship and some of the materials were shoddy and paint was not done properly. The excuse of having to paint in the dark was an embarrassing statement.

Corners were cut in many things while delivering the townhome. While buying there were no options provided to pick and choose options available. Call me if you want to know further about the experience and journey. Thank you.

My wife and I purchased our new home and from the first contact until we moved in the Lennar folks have been great. They are responsive, knowledgable, and willing to do what it takes to make our home look its best.

Our home buying experience with Lennar went very smooth. Unfortunately that’s where the happy story ends. I am appalled with the workmanship and what we were presented with as a “final” and supposedly “new” product. Wood is split all over…there are chunks missing from my cabinets, and the paint job quite literally looks like it was completed by amateur middle schoolers. There’s paint all over the carpets and floors…railings…light fixtures….it’s horrendous. We were also assured that the wifi is suburb and the home was crafted to allow wifi to reach all areas of the house with top speeds. The wifi sucks and only reaches about 1/2 of the house. Our biggest issue to date has been the noise coming from the house on top of ours. Again, we were assured that the insulation was amazing and noise would be minimal. We can hear every conversations, TVs, footsteps, whenever they run their appliances, we hear it all. I’m living in the most uncomfortable conditions and feel I was conned and lied to by Lennar. I get buyers remorse every day I wake up, and needless to say I cannot wait to get out. ... More
