I was asked to close on the house that was not ready, i was told that everything would be fixed within a couple days however after two months the house is still not ready as multiple issues reminds unsolved and no one at Lennar homes will give me a straight answer or timeline.

The experience is real bad,first the sales person woman was rude ,after complaining to her supervisor it became good. The loan officer lady Rachel Davies is real pain and very rude. After closing the house we observed multiple issues.including door and cabinet needs to be replaced and it is almost 45 days still the doors and cabinets not replaced. Over all it is a very bad experience with Lennar.

Overall experience was great. Home completed on time and very happy with the work The only issue I had was, when I chose an outside lender ( instead of lennar mortgage) because there was significant difference in the rates offered, I felt a retaliatory attitude which made my whole home buoyant experience less than 5 star.

We have purchased several new homes from different builders. The quality of our Metro Walk condo is the best of all.

The process during our walk through before closing was very rushed therefore not being able to catch things that needed to be addressed. Now that we have moved in there are still things that weren’t done correctly and remain poorly done.

This is the 3rd New home I’ve purchased in the past 20 years. As a Military Veteran this was by far the worst attention to detail home I have owned. Wall outlets not all equal, carpets were dirty and full of saw dust. Professional cleaning not done. Walls have curves, windows not equal widths, air vents not in an enclosed bathroom, no air vent at the top of stairs where there’s a window. Pretty much these construction managers are slapping these homes together and not ensuring every detail is correct. For a $500K home, I expected better. Definitely not my forever home. Quality of workmanship & materials are sub par

Not a great overall experience. Our New home consultant Ainsley was amazing! Everyone/thing else has just not been great. Unorganized, a lot misinformation. This review is after 2 months living in the home and still dealing with issues.

The builder rushed to build my house. I’m still finding things wrong. Hard to get someone to respond to my concerns Gas stove want installed correctly which is very hazardous. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly either. Several electrical issues that had to be fixes 2 weeks after moving in. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased our brand new Lennar home 2 months ago. Our new home is beautiful & exactly what we were hoping for until….. After being in the home for a week we noticed the A/C was having issues keeping The house cool. After several warranty calls/visits the issue is still not resolved. Hoping we will come to some kind of resolution soon.

It’s been 2 months and there’s no scheduled time for my touch up painting to be done and they are now no longer working with the painter they used and don’t have a new one

I closed on my property before the construction was completed, I was assured by the builder that I would have access to the property 2 weeks after closing, This didn't happen. Fortunately, the builder compensated me for the delay in completion.

This is poorly built home. There are multiple issues. The builder has been responsive, most of the time but not all the time. I have been given excuses as to why the air conditioner upstairs is fine, even though the 2ns story is 5-6 degrees warmer in summer than the first floor. End result is that the builder has said "tough luck and under the RWC the A/C works fine. The plumber voided the warranty on the first floor tub due to improper installation. Builder refuses to rip out the tub and re-install properly. I was given a band aid solution of inserting foam. The manufacturer said they cannot support this remedy. I can go on and on but I won't bore you. The house is pretty and the designer made fine selections for cabinetry, tiles and flooring but quality of installation leaves something to be desired. ... We absolutely love love love our home

For the price I was expecting better appliances and ability to make changes, the guy who came to cut the grass which wasn’t cut ,never rings to let me know that he was here and did it a crappie job and the appliances guys had attitude, Overall I won’t recommend LENNAR to my family.

GREAT! JUST BE PREPARE , AND CHOOSE THE RIGHT HOME . I WILL DEFINITELY BUY WITH LENNAR AGAIN .

Very bad experience, when buying the house the construction Manager Bob when to do a walkthrough in my house we did a list of what we need to by finish and repair, one moth later he says is not going to do the list that I have to do everything thru guarantee, I’m been living in my house for over a moth and my driveway is missing paver is not done yet the sidewalk is broken cracks all over, my shower enclosure is not installed, all the appliances are broken I have to call Frigidaire to apply guarantee because lennar don’t want to replace my appliances, I can’t use my dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, gutters leaking, house haven’t been paint yet missing paint in doors, wall, baseboards and ceiling. Also my land is washing away to the lake I’m still waiting to fix problem is been a nightmare ... More

Closing was a nightmare. The first closing appointment was cancelled without notification. I was at the second appointment from 12:00 to 8:15 PM. All I heard that day was "we're waiting on paperwork. Then the house keys were not available and they weren't sure where they were so I was unable to go to the house that day as planned. I had to go to the model home the next day to get the keys.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend a Lennar build to anyone. If, however, you choose to go with a new build, please lower your expectations. The workmanship throughout the home looks incredibly rushed. The paint job is poorly done, some of the kitchen cabinets are not level, rubber seams on doors damaged, framing on outside window facade falling down, wood chipped throughout the home, floor trimming around baseboards not flush, paint/spackle on carpet, lighting not flush with the ceiling, etc. It's incredibly disappointing to see your investment look so poorly thrown together. It is evident that there's a very poor attention to detail that Lennar has with building homes. Granted, these are production homes that are built rather quickly. However, at the end of the day these are homes that people invest their hard earned money into and it would be nice if Lennar ensured that each home was built to a standard of excellence. Furthermore, it's disconcerting to know how dismissive Lennar is when you raise concerns about issues that you find. Overall, I am not as happy as I had hoped to be. ... More

A lot of things are not in good shape when closing home. Staff members push you to close a new home, with a lot of things are missing or unfinished. Home was finished with low quality.
