The back light in the patio doesn’t work. They never put the shutters that goes above the garage, still sitting in the garage in a box. Looks like the spill the light grey paint on my dark brown floors did a bad clean up and you can tell.

Everything started out normal, but after we moved in we found a lot of workmanship issues and poor quality of labor. Foreman knows about it but he said not much can be done, because right now it's hard to find workers at all. But if that's the case, than the price of the house should be adjusted too...

During the purchasing process, information about expected closing date from the selling agent was not clear, causing thousands dollars of extra cost in financing. Water leak was found soon after moving in, caused water damage.

The experience with Lennar was great until I received keys. After that scheduling was like pulling teeth. Personnel not available and unapologetic. After two months I finally contacted the people who were to contact me for the first month’s walk through. I’ve emailed a few times to schedule for my first week off and it’s Sunday, June 5th and tomorrow starts my week off And there is no proposed schedule or communication. Last email was 5 days ago. Between the dead grass, bad concrete (stains and dried mortar) and 32+ interior items I’m not sure I can give a positive review. When the poor workmanship items are addressed, they’re still not to the level Lennar is promoting.

I purchased my home 2 months ago and I fell in love but there were steps taken to make sure I would continue being happy in the home and those were not completed. Walkthrough items never touched and ignored and here we are 2 months later and I can not even operate master bedroom blinds from a walkthrough item unacceptable I work hard to make sure I could afford a nice new home.

Back up to the beginning the features listed on the liatature and what the sample houses had is not what we received. You cannot show crown molding, Waynes coating, Perfect thresholds quality paint, paint colors outside of the stock colors and not make them available. Also we do not get a response from the warranty person. And we still have outstanding issues to be addressed after 45 days and counting. On the final walk thru so many major items were not working that we did not see the simple things like hinges pins missing from doors. Our needs repainting and not one has showed up the fix ...

I bought inventory home from hills of crown ridge, until sales and contract signing I have no issues, but walkthrough and finishing the issues reported will not be honored and builder just say he fixed everything.. due to the market craziness we have to accept everything, even after closing if any issues are reported they will not fix them, customer service is so pathetic

Overall it was a below average buying experience with a few bright spots (personnel) alone the way. Home was delayed four months and quality was subpar. Upon completion, it seems lennar took many shortcuts on these homes. They didn’t provide basics for homes such as doorbells, lights in the front of the house and basic countertops. This is our second lennar home and our first was way better at a much lower price point. This will probably be our last.

The beginning process of building with Lennar was overall good. Heather at the model was very responsive and helpful. Once we secured the lot, the building process went pretty much on time and smooth. My HUGE problem with Lennar and probably other builders at this point is that they are building these homes so fast and with crews that are just paid to come in and do a job and not pay attention to details, that the workmanship is terrible. Dont feel we received enough communication with timelines during the build process. We had to reach out many times. Would not use Lennar Mortgage company ever again. Our Mortgage rep was very difficult to work with and made the whole process very stressful. Mixed communication received on final walk thru between our CM and sales rep. Still working on getting some building issues resolved. I have plenty of picture to show the poor craftsmanship put into the construction. Seems like attention to detail was lacking. My wife and I had to wait 3 months past our original closing date with little to no contact from Lennar. We had put our trust totally in Lennar and even went to Lennar Mortgage. As a matter of fact, it was our Mortgage Consultant that informed us that our original closing date of 1/14/22 was not going to be met. Many variances from house to house. Initial finishing work not to standard. Punch list process is confusing and not very efficient. The bones of the house are great. It's taken over 40 days to get the needed corrections taken care of.

Betsy in sales is responsive and patient. She was very helpful. Unfortunately I needed to bother her often because the construction side of things was a 0.5 out of 10. I actually needed to contact lennar customer care after closing because my punch list was never completed but I was asked multiple times to sign off on these items. Very disappointing and stressful. I felt pressured to close on an incomplete home and had to strongly advocate for myself.
