The back light in the patio doesn’t work. They never put the shutters that goes above the garage, still sitting in the garage in a box. Looks like the spill the light grey paint on my dark brown floors did a bad clean up and you can tell.

Everything started out normal, but after we moved in we found a lot of workmanship issues and poor quality of labor. Foreman knows about it but he said not much can be done, because right now it's hard to find workers at all. But if that's the case, than the price of the house should be adjusted too...

Unsatisfactory house for the price paid.

Level of quality is much lower than what I feel the value of what I paid.

During the purchasing process, information about expected closing date from the selling agent was not clear, causing thousands dollars of extra cost in financing. Water leak was found soon after moving in, caused water damage.

We moved in April 22 and from the we still waiting for our ICE MAKER. Details door paint with different white, area unfinished still open. From Lennar care they want to close all WO immediate even it’s no complete and open another (no agree)

The experience with Lennar was great until I received keys. After that scheduling was like pulling teeth. Personnel not available and unapologetic. After two months I finally contacted the people who were to contact me for the first month’s walk through. I’ve emailed a few times to schedule for my first week off and it’s Sunday, June 5th and tomorrow starts my week off And there is no proposed schedule or communication. Last email was 5 days ago. Before that probably a couple of weeks with list discussed on walk through. Grass dead when moved in, still looks horrible. Bath fixtures pitted. Mirror in Master pitted. Paint and cement in front all over the place and home needs touch up paint. These are just a few of the items. Overall, it seems Lennar was interested in selling but not interested at all in servicing home and cleaning up messy, incomplete and damaged work where needed. ... More

Between the dead grass, bad concrete (stains and dried mortar) and 32+ interior items I’m not sure I can give a positive review. When the poor workmanship items are addressed, they’re still not to the level Lennar is promoting.

I purchased my home 2 months ago and I fell in love but there were steps taken to make sure I would continue being happy in the home and those were not completed. Walkthrough items never touched and ignored and here we are 2 months later and I can not even operate master bedroom blinds from a walkthrough item unacceptable I work hard to make sure I could afford a nice new home.

Back up to the beginning the features listed on the liatature and what the sample houses had is not what we received. You cannot show crown molding, Waynes coating, Perfect thresholds quality paint, paint colors outside of the stock colors and not make them available. Also we do not get a response from the warranty person. And we still have outstanding issues to be addressed after 45 days and counting. On the final walk thru so many major items were not working that we did not see the simple things like hinges pins missing from doors. Our needs repainting and not one has showed up the fix it it. Also our thresholds were built with scrap lumber. There is not enough insulation in the attic. Also we were told that our cracked and stepped on sidewalk would not be fixed. We will not recommend Lennar Builders to any perspective home buyers. We will recommend Lennard to any of our friends or persecutive home buyer. ... More

I bought inventory home from hills of crown ridge, until sales and contract signing I have no issues, but walkthrough and finishing the issues reported will not be honored and builder just say he fixed everything.. due to the market craziness we have to accept everything, even after closing if any issues are reported they will not fix them, customer service is so pathetic

Since I've moved in, calls are not returned.

A week prior to close out the mortgage agent lack of knowledge brought aggressiveness, anger, inconvenient and tears.

Overall it was a below average buying experience with a few bright spots (personnel) alone the way. Home was delayed four months and quality was subpar. Upon completion, it seems lennar took many shortcuts on these homes. They didn’t provide basics for homes such as doorbells, lights in the front of the house and basic countertops. This is our second lennar home and our first was way better at a much lower price point. This will probably be our last.

House is very nice, but I’ve been in the home about two months and I’m having issues. Too many to list. I’m waiting for lennar to set up “warranty” services. Which these should have been addressed at a QC phase.

The beginning process of building with Lennar was overall good. Heather at the model was very responsive and helpful. Once we secured the lot, the building process went pretty much on time and smooth. My HUGE problem with Lennar and probably other builders at this point is that they are building these homes so fast and with crews that are just paid to come in and do a job and not pay attention to details, that the workmanship is terrible. I would Never recommend building with Lennar due to this issue. I paid A lot of money for my house and after 6 weeks of being in my house, have had multiple people out to fix things and things continue to show up on a daily basis. Examples would be carpet coming up, wood trim chipping, cabinets not closing, doors that constantly do not close or open, door handles that stick, AC that was tripped outside, etc. Things have been addressed by the Lennar warranty team however I have Heard too often “due to how fast these houses are going up, it’s not uncommon for this to occur.” I think That is a terrible excuse and certainly wouldn’t let my home buyers know that it is true. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations in every room upstairs. I have stopped putting in requests for things to be fixed because I am Tired of having to constantly have people come to fix them. That is another thing…sometimes people will show up who can’t speak English and don’t even know what they are really coming to fix. Example is someone that showed up Monday morning without any confirmation of time stating that his boss sent him to paint/caulk one door. He had to show me on his phone because he couldn’t communicate that to me. Then he came in to fix one door when I was Told that they would be painting/caulking all doors that had to be adjusted/fixed the week before. Dont feel we received enough communication with timelines during the build process. We had to reach out many times. Would not use Lennar Mortgage company ever again. Our Mortgage rep was very difficult to work with and made the whole process very stressful. Mixed communication received on final walk thru between our CM and sales rep. Still working on getting some building issues resolved. It just to bad that the builders didnt take a few extra mins to take pride in their work we wouldnt have to have many different contractors to come back and fix their mistakes. (misalligned garage doors which also have to be repainted, front door gap at threshold, cracked mirror, sloppy texturing on walls, grout missing in many places around tile, misaligned cabinet draws, broken garbage can draw, two different style pendant lights in kitchen, poor wiring on electrical) These are nice designed houses - take pride in your work! ... Tatum and Oscar don’t do what they say they are going to do they tell you what they think you want to hear and that’s all.

Many issues were informed during our last meet up but they were no fixed when we moved in.

I have plenty of picture to show the poor craftsmanship put into the construction. Seems like attention to detail was lacking. My wife and I had to wait 3 months past our original closing date with little to no contact from Lennar. We had put our trust totally in Lennar and even went to Lennar Mortgage. As a matter of fact, it was our Mortgage Consultant that informed us that our original closing date of 1/14/22 was not going to be met. We had to scramble to find a place to live till our actual closing 3/25/22. Not only did this create a financial burden to rent, but we lost 1.5% on the mortgage rate. We are currently in the 45 day warranty period and have submitted our list of corrects. Hopefully this aspect will not be the same poor survive we have received thus far. Should I have to live 11 months with a crack in the ceiling, that was pointed out a week before closing, because that is the walls policy. ... More

Many variances from house to house. Initial finishing work not to standard. Punch list process is confusing and not very efficient. The bones of the house are great. It's taken over 40 days to get the needed corrections taken care of.

Betsy in sales is responsive and patient. She was very helpful. Unfortunately I needed to bother her often because the construction side of things was a 0.5 out of 10. I actually needed to contact lennar customer care after closing because my punch list was never completed but I was asked multiple times to sign off on these items. Very disappointing and stressful. I felt pressured to close on an incomplete home and had to strongly advocate for myself.

When I'm told something is going to happen by the job supervisor and then make excuses that it is not happening on that date. BE HONEST HONEST HONEST.
