I have friends and family that brought homes in this community. After months of living in it they say their workmanship or how they build the home it’s cheap. Doing walk through the home many many blue tapes to the home. Some of the items they take the tape off or on closing they will try to get it done before we come back from closing. Then items are not and they leave it there as if the Buyers forget. This builder has cricked exterior bricks, and bathrooms are cricked tiles (some corners are sticking out and the other sticking in). Months of moving in no landscaping just left with dirt. The last thing is the window screens, when it arrives they put in the front door and leave it there. Then sends you an email with a YouTube video of how to put it on. I would say this builder hires all the new workers who has no experience and put the home together. After buying the home the response and home warranty is not good either. ... More

Lennar used pressure sales techniques - it was clear very early on in the process that it was about moving product for them - they cared very little about whether the buyer was having a positive experience. they approached each piece of the buying process as " do it now or we will just replace you with the next buyer" at one point they sent over a 45 pg document at 11;30pm on a Sunday night and expected it signed by 9am the next morning - classless, ruthless & purely profit motivated

We are happy here. But I need to have my front door painted and the trim on the front of my garage and on top. Also I need a new draw… the draw I have is damaged.

Kevin and Darrel were great! Kept me informed at every stage of the process. I had a wonderful experience working with them!

Lennar was NOT flexible and at times rude regarding reasonable requests. Lennar consistently switched positioned on construction issues that had been discussed and presumed resolved. We would recommend perspective Buyers avoid Lennar at this time. We would be happy to discuss our experiences.

I will speak of my home experience only. When I did my walk I notice on even doors closet door’s needed adjustment.kitchen cabinets are not self closing looks cheap. Had to add 1 extra light in the guest bathroom was to dark. Kitchen patio-doors. Needed to buy a screen for the doors separate did not come with the doors.. I believe Lennar homes needs improvements ..in for that they get 3 stars .thank you I hope everyone does a walk around before purchasing they home..

The builder doesn’t care about Quality just quantity

During the process of building the home there was no communication. We did the walkthrough and everything was in a hurry as we were closing in few days . The detail terminations of the house was done also at last minute . I think quality is always the key in building a home ! Thanks

There was a lot of turnover of staff in the beginning which overall delayed our spot on the list to purchase. The floor model options were listed as options on all the paperwork, when it came down to being able to get a floor plan option they were no longer an option, specifically floor plan 2 converting the dining room to a suite. The cosmetic options were very limited (counters, backsplash, floor & window covers). The cabinetry is very cheaply made, definitely a low value. The home was built to be rushed, Lennar clearly focuses on quantity not quality. We had AC unit issues day 1 of move in. We have had electrical issues since day 1, the electrician even stated his crew did a poor job with grounding the lighting. Some items we pointed out during the walk through are still issues today. We have not heard any updates on when the garage doors will arrive. George is very friendly for the walk through being overly stating he could stop by later to quickly adjust/fix things if needed. Nobody ever mentioned that you have to submit a fix it ticket request via Lennar portal and wait several days/weeks for issues to get taken care of. The entire team was easy to work with and made the purchase process a breeze. weekly update along with pictures was very helpful. And the last minute updates during the final walk through was very professionally handled.

The Continued updates thru out the entire process

The experience with Lennar was great until I received keys. After that scheduling was like pulling teeth. Personnel not available and unapologetic. After two months I finally contacted the people who were to contact me for the first month’s walk through. I’ve emailed a few times to schedule for my first week off and it’s Sunday, June 5th and tomorrow starts my week off And there is no proposed schedule or communication. Last email was 5 days ago. Before that probably a couple of weeks with list discussed on walk through. Grass dead when moved in, still looks horrible. Bath fixtures pitted. Mirror in Master pitted. Paint and cement in front all over the place and home needs touch up paint. These are just a few of the items. Overall, it seems Lennar was interested in selling but not interested at all in servicing home and cleaning up messy, incomplete and damaged work where needed. ... More

Lennar has done a great job addressing some minor items that needed to be fixed post purchase. Immediate response and quick scheduling of the specific sub contractors needed.

The craftsmanship is very poor and when I brought it up during the walkthrough they made it seem like it was normal. When at the office to sign closing documents the lady was so rude and felt very rushed. She didn't even introduce herself.

I would love to, but I do not have the time being that I am constantly repairing the pitiful house that Lennar has built.

We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

The sales associate was very helpful and courteous thru the buying process and still is involved after the sale.

Overall experience is good; sells person and team are very responsive; some final assembling jobs could be improved. Most of designs are nice; inside of kitchen cabinets should have all pulled out drawers. Aldo wish have more spaces/storage in laundry room.

We are very happy with out Lennar home. Our new home sales consultant Jeff was always there for us every step of the way. As closing approached every Lennar employee we interacted with was nice and very professional. Everyone worked hard for a successful closing. We've wanted a Lennar home for years and every expectation has been met. This is our forever home.

We made a deal with one Lennar agent, later on he left Lennar and somebody else took over. We didn’t receive the same attention but finally everything went OK. We’ve had previous experiences with Lennar which had been amazing. We understand that the pandemia and shortage of everything caused delays and many problems but this time less quality was evident and less things were included in our home. Regarding the Construction Manager, we can say she was the best, always ready to listen and so executive! Always taking action to fix every problem. Congratulations to her!

When it rains rivers run next to and behind my duplex. Half of my yard is taken up with a mound you can barely walk up due to poor excavation. HOA will not answer our calls. Stephanie and Chris have been responsive. The mortgage process was over the top and painful.

Lennar has figured out the home building process to make it very efficient and easy for the home buyer! We have had a few hiccups since moving in, but the Lennar customer service team (Peg specifically) has been really great at getting those minor problems resolved quickly. We love our new home!

Sales people were outstanding. Construction people left a lot to be desired after closing and repairing imperfections. Quality of construction was poor.

Very happy with the size of the rooms and the interior layout. Only thing is I wished that there is an option to get the same wall paint color the same as the model home
