Between the dead grass, bad concrete (stains and dried mortar) and 32+ interior items I’m not sure I can give a positive review. When the poor workmanship items are addressed, they’re still not to the level Lennar is promoting.

Mary was great in the office and helped make this a great home buying experience.

Truly Amazing experience throughout the entire process

Overall great , except title was non responsive , eventually they did it right but communication can be better

First, the villa was four months late. That's not unusual during the pandemic, but the fact that none of the people who said they were in charge were willing to lift an estimate of completion until after it had passed. And all said they were the person to go to with a question, until you went to them with a question. The house was finally completed, and we've moved in. The house appears sound, although the cheapness of amenities is evident, starting with the low-level appliances and the poorly managed cabinetry. Also, subcontractor work on the irrigation system caused an emergency call to the plumber. And the floor tile, while appearing sound, chipped immediately when a dolly bearing furniture was wheeled in through the garage. Also, the recommended cable provider cannot be recommended, and the HOA managers are already clearly clueless. We'll make it work, of course, but right now the experience is certainly not worth the money. Customer care post home purchase sucks! Responsiveness to issues is terrible!

Too much hidden information that you must frantically discover with no help. Attempts at contacting help always fail with no assistance. Most assistance comes from neighbors.

I purchased my home 2 months ago and I fell in love but there were steps taken to make sure I would continue being happy in the home and those were not completed. Walkthrough items never touched and ignored and here we are 2 months later and I can not even operate master bedroom blinds from a walkthrough item unacceptable I work hard to make sure I could afford a nice new home.

Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering our questions about our home from start to finish. The warranty team however is a different story. Trustworthiness, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help with issues needing fixing on the first and final walk-through was very telling. The biggest issue was the damaged smaller condenser unit installed. We brought it to the attention of Rich in warranty. He just blew us off about it. He did the same when we told him of the brick/rocks that wasn’t placed on the outside pillars of our Lennar Juniper. He said we weren’t getting it. This caused me undue anxiety & I contacted Jennifer who said he was wrong and we were getting the bricks like the other Juniper models. This was the first incorrect info given from warranty guy Rich. The second final walk thru on closing day we showed Rich the damaged smaller condenser & he said smaller doesn’t mean it’s not a good efficient condenser. We showed him the dent & he just blew us off. We also showed him three spots on the main family room wall that looked like it was patched up with different color paint without any texturing. He said just to put a large TV in front of it. What kind of professional response is that say to a customer spending over $555K on a new Lennar home? We didn’t want to deal with him after this. Lennar then assigned us to Scott. He said they would replace the condenser with the SAME SMALL condenser. We are questioning this as all the other homes after us, Tule, Pinion, Juniper ALL have LARGER condensers. We asked Scott to move our concerns up the ladder and we received a call from Kelly. He said he would evaluate the condenser and size or our home & get back to us. That has been over 3 weeks ago. We did NOT even get our 30 day walk thru. Needless to say, our condenser has still not been replaced and our wall still needs to be fixed. This whole situation has disappointed our buying this home from Lennar. As a disabled Veteran it has been very disheartening for my me and my wife receiving this type or treatment and lack of customer service, help and action. ... More

Back up to the beginning the features listed on the liatature and what the sample houses had is not what we received. You cannot show crown molding, Waynes coating, Perfect thresholds quality paint, paint colors outside of the stock colors and not make them available. Also we do not get a response from the warranty person. And we still have outstanding issues to be addressed after 45 days and counting. On the final walk thru so many major items were not working that we did not see the simple things like hinges pins missing from doors. Our needs repainting and not one has showed up the fix it it. Also our thresholds were built with scrap lumber. There is not enough insulation in the attic. Also we were told that our cracked and stepped on sidewalk would not be fixed. We will not recommend Lennar Builders to any perspective home buyers. We will recommend Lennard to any of our friends or persecutive home buyer. ... More

In a competitive market, I appreciated how the lennar representative assist me in getting on the list to purchase a home. I moved in the day I was projected to move in, no delays.

For the most part, we are very happy with our Lennar home. We feel it was well built and we love our kitchen appliances. Our biggest disappointment is with the flooring. We were required to choose engineered wood, with only 3 color options. The floor had a bad spot when we moved in and has yet to be resolved. We have no children or pets, yet already have numerous scratches and nicks. It’s very disappointing. The other thing that I found surprising is that they didn’t put a mirror in the powder room and we had to install our own towel bars in the bathrooms. It makes us wonder in what other ways were costs cut that are not so obvious- I guess time will tell. ... More

Buying the home was fine - responded quickly to an opportunity for earlier acquisition. Dealing with the bank was a horror. This is my 11th house so not my first rodeo

Purchase new home from Lennar. So far happy with that. Great customer service always friendly and helpful.

I bought inventory home from hills of crown ridge, until sales and contract signing I have no issues, but walkthrough and finishing the issues reported will not be honored and builder just say he fixed everything.. due to the market craziness we have to accept everything, even after closing if any issues are reported they will not fix them, customer service is so pathetic

Since I've moved in, calls are not returned.

The best is Lila the concierge has been fantastic always answers her phone always helps me, Everton was very good too keeping in touch, Vince is very nice and has come to the house with people to fix things, because we do not live there! Your Lennar mortgage is the worst I've ever dealt with and screwed up so many things they don't call people back you have to hunt them down and then leave messages which they don't return calls, thank God we did not take a loan with them!

A week prior to close out the mortgage agent lack of knowledge brought aggressiveness, anger, inconvenient and tears.

Working with Lennar was a great experience, first of all the great quality of the house and the finishing used. They are fantastic !! Second and most important the warm attitude of the Lennar team was a key decision making for my and my family the whole process was really smooth and they guide me every step of the way... kudos for Lennar Team

We have had problems from day 1. Some to be expected, some not. Immediately upon move in, we found foundation issues, painting that needed to be done, light fixtures that fell out of the ceiling, broken air vent that shouldn't have been installed, broken dishwasher, new cabinetry cracked, broken tiles, shower doors with no weather stripping, front door you can see right outside, not installed properly, garage double door bending in half, missing parts/hardware. Broken sprinkler outside, Most recently just this weekend, we lost AC. Just not what we expected in a brand new home. Me and my friends are great fan of Lennar! But by buying experience was terrible!! I completely understand that pandemic has changed everyone's lives but shouldn't have impacted the buying experience. The sales team was rude, mortgage team was impatient and construction manager was contactless! Just that we need a house to stay close to friends, we have continued with the purchase if not would have quit.

I have had several issues with the home that have made me unhappy with the experience. All the breakers in the kitchen blew right away and had to be replaced. Told quality of breakers not good. Also major gaps in garage door that they want a two visit process for. Make it easy for home owners!!! Too difficult to resolve issues.

Realize at present it is a sellers market, but we were given very little imput into what we would like in the property. Advised there would be a “few” steps leading to them main entrance & ended up with 16!!. Width of steps 36 inches, we requested they be widened to 42 inches enabling easier access for our furniture (damaged when being delivered) but advised not possible only to see properties being built now have 42 inch steps. Sales rep. advised she showed every prospective purchaser picture of properties showing steps, unfortunately not true as we & certain neighbors were NEVER shown, in fact the pictures we received prior purchase as advised by construction department was of houses not actually built in our subdivision. Even entrance from garage to house has 10 steps & garage ceiling 19 ft high, how do we change the garage light bulb when requires changing? Garage had to be extended by 2ft to accommodate 2 cars, house advertised as 2 car garage then sales rep. advised it was a 1 x full size car + 1 x compact car, no mention of this in the Lennar literature. Closed on property 04.04.2022., 8 weeks ago & still waiting for glass shower screen to be installed in Master Ensuite Bathroom, internal stairs wrought iron work to be rectified to meet building code & correct installation of dish washer. Every time it rains yard flooded from property at rear, advised when property at rear “sodded” this will rectify problem, but not certain this is the answer & believe a retaining wall is required & agressive grading. Actually an accident waiting to happen as young children could easily be swept away once the water breaches the plastic sheeting presently installed. We have previously purchased new properties & never ever experienced a purchase so one sided in favor of the seller & information provided by the sales rep. proving to be so inaccurate & then actually denied having been said when queried! You obviously should have gathered we have not been impressed by the whole property purchasing process & would definitely NOT recommend anybody to purchase a Lennar built home. Remember it won’t be too long before it switches from a sellers market to buyers market & if Lennar’s corporate office/sales team don’t change their ways of dealing with future purchasers can’t honestly see them selling many homes!! ...
