Make sure you take your time with your walkthrough. I felt rushed and some issues where never fixed.

We love our new home. I think that once we moved in the builders are more worried about completing the homes than taking care of what the should have done right in the first place.

my experience was not the greatest...

Unfortunately the quality of the materials used to build these homes has gone down significantly.

Quick build. Sloppy job site. Not enough info about hoa or builder.

They build their houses fast and rely on the fact you have a 1 year warranty to fix the things they messed up on. That is only the things you find. The workers try to cover up mistakes even when some are obviously wrong. POOR integrity on the workers and PM building the house.

They are responsive but make sure you get a new garage door. They are currently trying to make us keep our temporary used door which is in terrible condition.

Moved in with some issues and also quality of the work are not really well

The only thing that kept the overall home buying experience from being lower than 3 stars was the terrific attitude, approach & demeanor of the salesperson Noreta. She was truly a blessing to work with. It is probably a bit too early to rate the experience as we are just 2 months in and still trying to settle some workmanship issues. However, this is the third home we've built (First with Lennar) and we have more issues in this home than the previous two combined. There are numerous gouges in trim wood work, flaws in vinyl siding, unfinished paint trim, gouges in kitchen cabinet shelves, missing USB receptacles and several other deficiencies. While our list of deficiencies is being addressed our trust that these will all be taken care remains low as how these matters could be accepted in the first place is not easily understood by us. In addition to those issues we decided to use Lennar Title Co., Mortgage and Insurance partly because of seller incentive but also thinking it would provide a more seamless flow. Nothing could be further from the truth! Chaotic, error prone and not seamless. Yes, it all worked out in the end but not without irritation & annoyance. Add to that the fact a manager from Lennar Mortgage called us on a Sunday while I was driving to talk about why we rated our mortgage experience so low. I told him a little bit but suggested he call back the next day after I reviewed my notes and was home. I called him later that evening & left voicemail with more detail. Never heard from him again. I still have items that need to be fixed - warped cabinet door. Horrible customer service. I have to constantly track and follow up.

The builder's sales team did not respond to buyer needs and concerns. The construction manager was only interested in getting home to close, not in correcting any problems, raised by buyer. Attitude of sales staff was "take it or leave it, too bad."

We have issues with practically everything in our house.

Overall not happy with the quality of the work.

Lennar advertise that you get a smart home. Well the only smart technology I have is what I had to buy myself. House came with no door bell, no garage door opener, no peep hole in the door, very cheap appliances. You will also need to buy shower rods are have shower door installed at your expense. If you want the sprinkler system to be a smart device you will have to purchase the wireless device yourself as well. Even though they advertise there homes are smart homes that is not true. To me don't advertise something if it's not true

I passed on the first request to do a survey. I am tired of waiting for the drain to be put in. I am the one hounding your person because she does not get back in a timely manner. I NEED TERRI TO GET THE JOB DONE. ITS BEEN MONTHS. I AM TIRED OF EXCUSES.

Lennar is like any other big corporation once they get your signature they don't care.

It appears all they want to do is sell houses and once you buy one you are put on the back burner. Enjoy the community and the neighbors.

We started the home buying process with Lennar in June of last year,we were excited to buy a new build home here in Vegas for our relocation from N CA but things started to go south between my private lender and Lennar real fast, it was alot of things done that definitely should of been handled more professionally. But anyways did our walk thru was advised items that were found to be broken would be fixed prior to move in, it didn't happen, things got fixed a month or so afterwards. Then we never got our new garage doors we have old temp doors and ours are the worse in the whole neighborhood they paint is coming off one they totally are different colors,by the way its a 3 car garage. We noticed ppl who moved in after us had matching doors or at least same color scheme, we found out theirs was taking from the model homes here and when questioned Lennar,reply was they needed those so the home buyer could close on their loan. I don't want to call them out but it's been a joke since we moved in. Our break box kept tripping do food went bad over Christmas holiday,this was reported way b4 that time no one fixed it til after the holidays, free washer and dryer also broke within a months time GE appliance the cheaper ones of course. Several things wrong, even now after 2 months.

Recognize they are a production builder and volume is key, not workmanship or quality of finishes.

It seems that these homes are being built too fast and the workmanship is suffering for it. When you report a problem, it seems everyone is too busy building more homes and you have to wait to have your problems taken care of.

Lennar has been telling dates that they themselves know they can't achieve. They have been changing dates after signing the purchase agreement. This is a malpractice. They still don't have nay control on their supply chain or vendors. They have been cutting corners on quality.

The home is not up to the standard that I expected from Lennar. We have lived here for 3 months and are still waiting on things to be fixed that we told them about before we closed.

Their inability to give us a choice in many things in our home. From interior paint color, to external brick, the choice was made for us. Never in my experience of buying a home did the sales guy have to say, "I'm sorry, no" so many times. If it weren't that Lennar had the floor plan we wanted (Next Gen home) we would have built with someone else.

Not even 3 months owning the home and a leak from the upstairs vanity ran down through the downstairs ceiling and caused damage. Have been under repairs for over a month and still not completed.
