We love our new home. I think that once we moved in the builders are more worried about completing the homes than taking care of what the should have done right in the first place.

They build their houses fast and rely on the fact you have a 1 year warranty to fix the things they messed up on. That is only the things you find. The workers try to cover up mistakes even when some are obviously wrong. POOR integrity on the workers and PM building the house.

They are responsive but make sure you get a new garage door. They are currently trying to make us keep our temporary used door which is in terrible condition.

The only thing that kept the overall home buying experience from being lower than 3 stars was the terrific attitude, approach & demeanor of the salesperson Noreta. She was truly a blessing to work with. It is probably a bit too early to rate the experience as we are just 2 months in and still trying to settle some workmanship issues. However, this is the third home we've built (First with Lennar) and we have more issues in this home than the previous two combined. There are numerous gouges in trim wood work, flaws in vinyl siding, unfinished paint trim, gouges in kitchen cabinet shelves, ...

The builder's sales team did not respond to buyer needs and concerns. The construction manager was only interested in getting home to close, not in correcting any problems, raised by buyer. Attitude of sales staff was "take it or leave it, too bad."

Lennar advertise that you get a smart home. Well the only smart technology I have is what I had to buy myself. House came with no door bell, no garage door opener, no peep hole in the door, very cheap appliances. You will also need to buy shower rods are have shower door installed at your expense. If you want the sprinkler system to be a smart device you will have to purchase the wireless device yourself as well. Even though they advertise there homes are smart homes that is not true. To me don't advertise something if it's not true

We started the home buying process with Lennar in June of last year,we were excited to buy a new build home here in Vegas for our relocation from N CA but things started to go south between my private lender and Lennar real fast, it was alot of things done that definitely should of been handled more professionally. But anyways did our walk thru was advised items that were found to be broken would be fixed prior to move in, it didn't happen, things got fixed a month or so afterwards. Then we never got our new garage doors we have old temp doors and ours are the worse in the whole neighborhood ...

It seems that these homes are being built too fast and the workmanship is suffering for it. When you report a problem, it seems everyone is too busy building more homes and you have to wait to have your problems taken care of.

Lennar has been telling dates that they themselves know they can't achieve. They have been changing dates after signing the purchase agreement. This is a malpractice. They still don't have nay control on their supply chain or vendors. They have been cutting corners on quality.

Their inability to give us a choice in many things in our home. From interior paint color, to external brick, the choice was made for us. Never in my experience of buying a home did the sales guy have to say, "I'm sorry, no" so many times. If it weren't that Lennar had the floor plan we wanted (Next Gen home) we would have built with someone else.

Not even 3 months owning the home and a leak from the upstairs vanity ran down through the downstairs ceiling and caused damage. Have been under repairs for over a month and still not completed.
