everything was good. anything at the walk through that was wrong was fixed right away. Then we did finial walk through. everything was fixed that was wrong. We have had 4 other houses but this is our first new home. It feels really good.

Overall good experience. Following items can be improved- 1.Use Blink security systems instead of Ring. There is no subscription associated with it. 2.Most of the Door locks are not properly tightened to the door. 3.Provide coaxial and LAN cable ports in all bed rooms. Mesh WIFI is not that great sometimes.

Very professional staff. Great customer service.

Lennar uses the lowest quality materials available. The granite counters were not sealed properly so stains appear from the slightest drop of water. The stove top had been repaired and on initial usage a large chip appeared. The washer and dryer are the cheapest GE has. The dishwasher stopped working after 4 runs and had to be reset. The irrigation system was a disaster, watering the neighbors yard. Large patches of grass were dead and we have had to do replace the grass.. The porch and back stoop were rough and filthy. The garage floor was filthy. The fridge was filthy. Every shelf and drawer had to be removed and cleaned. The bathrooms are disgusting. Builders grade tp holder and towel bar. No hand towel bar. The bathtub is tiny and dangerously slick. The house cleaning crew is worthless. The construction supervisor made so many promises that were unfulfilled. The house is still incomplete 2 months after closing. It is costing us a small fortune to make the house barely livable. Over 30 issues so far. The sales woman only cares about the sale. Lennar Mortgage only cares about getting a loan that they sell off after closing. There is no pride in anything that Lennar touches. There were many signs along the way warning us not to close on the house. We did not heed the warnings and now have to deal with an incomplete, fixer-upper brand new house. ... More

The title company and loan portion of Lennar were better.

On time delivery, reliable builder keep up their words. Only downside is after signing the doc, very difficult to get their help.

My Lennar dream home turned into a nightmare. Drain lines backed up into the house . Had to have them cleaned out 3 times in the first month. Electrical plug-ins and light switches are in the wrong place on the walls. Cabinet doors installed wrong. Stove is unlevel. I could go on and on but I'm running out of room to write.

Too many issues for a new build. Rushed through to close homes without paying much attention to delivering a quality product for the homeowners.

From the first day I entered the management office and discussed options to fit my need the caring, kindness and attention to detail was outstanding! The project manager addressed all concerns, making suggestions was with us every step of the way. We are very pleased.

It started with Jennifer, she's the best ! Our home was suppose to have been built by Nov 2021. Due to the supply shortage. It was built by 3/31/2022. They kept us up to date about all the delays. It was out of there hands. Our home was built beautifully minus little fixes here and there. Overall, they did a great job. Home also came with things at no cost that we would have paid for with other builders.

I like the model we bought. The curb appeal is nice. I was a little disappointed with the communication. We got the house with dirty windows and stains on the patio concrete. We asked for them to power washed and nothing was ever done even though Grant said he put request in.

The underwriting process is a bit extra.

Overall we're satisfied. Things I would change is cheap plastic handles to open, close windows, cheap plastic handles on toilets for over a $500,000 expect more quality overall. Wasn't happy with tile work in Kitchen or area where furnace was stored was a mess and super dirty.

The entire process was very smooth. From getting pre-qualified to the closing stage, everything was done efficiently and any questions I had were promptly answered.

Lennar is a poor builder that is full of excuses. They contract with cheap trades who do not respect that this is someone’s home nor do they care about their workmanship. Many of the trades have cut corners and did shotty work, including crooked doors, ceilings, and general crappy cover ups. Lennar should be ashamed of themselves.

Our realtor was fantastic and was the best part of the experience. She sent us pictures and kept us updated throughout the process. However the attention to detail was not as fantastic. Paint on the tiles, appliances not hooked up, missing ceiling fan because they just “forgot “ to install and no bath mirrors. I definitely think more attention to detail is important. They did correct the issues we had over the first 3 weeks it just takes a lot of phone calls and time.

Lennar could not have made this process any easier. As a first time homebuyer, there are naturally a lot of questions/concerns buying a new build home. Between the title company, builder, and sales rep, all parties were incredibly helpful throughout!

The construction managers: Mike, Phil, John are great. They make up for shortcomings in the building process.

Perfect house in every way

Megan is the best she processed my loan other than her my experience the 2nd home purchase with Lennar was horrible he closing walk thru along with the new home orientation things were requested to be fixed and here we are o we a mother in our home and things are just being attempted to be fixed I would never buy form lennar again and hey forced a $10k on me for granite only in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances with I had no option on never again!

Tatum and Oscar don’t do what they say they are going to do they tell you what they think you want to hear and that’s all.

Salesman didn’t help. Wouldn’t comp anything messed up that was their fault that constantly delayed my move in dates. Concrete poured just days before close and cracked. Couldn’t even park in my driveway or garage. Wood work was sloppy and cut short. Drywall had lumps in it where the wall was left uneven. Stairs creek after only a week in home. Didn’t even clean the home floors weee covered in dried dirt from sloppy mopping. Definitely not worth 560k. I wouldn’t recommend this home builder to my worst enemy. They just don’t care about the customer it’s all as fast as can be and write up a warranty claim if something doesn’t work upon move in. Sad how bad the pride in work is these days. As it is our first home, we are very happy and grateful to see our dream come true. It is a beautiful and excellent work and quality of construction. We recommend everyone looking for a home in Orlando to visit and buy at Lennar

Everything was first rate quality-- our home was turned over to us in a timely manner with no outstanding repairs needed. Construction crew and Lennar consruction representative were courteous and very helpful.

The expected construction time was way off time (almost 4 months earlier). I had to pay over $4,500 as penalty to my previous renters/realtor. I rented based on initial estimate giving by Lennar. I felt I was rushed to close the house. Even when I asked, I never was invited to see house while constructed (most of my neighbors where able to see and experience along their hose construction). I was only given pictures of the process. Houses in the neighborhood were received with welcome balloons, congratulation signs as well as a welcome gift which I never received. Now I been living here for a month or so, absolutely love it but my sidewalk is constantly flooded with dirt, sand and water making it very frustrating because it seems that all the neighbors water gets stuck in front of my house. It is very annoyed when you want to enjoy your front house with small children's and a dog. I am very concern about them playing safety as well as all the bugs population growing drastically in that area. The house sidewalks is and looks dirty an uninviting.
