The overall home value is okay but could be lower in price. Lennar staff has been helpful.

Better communication would go a long way in making satisfied customers. Our closing was delayed over 2 months with absolutely no communication from Lennar as to reason. House was still not ready / completed at walk through.

We've had many warranties since moving in and it seems that the home was rushed for moving date, which most areas marked weren't even done on moving day. Communication was never there since the beginning from start to finish. The obly good thing about the process was the guy who helped from Customer Care team.

i'd like other home buyers to Lennar does not keep to their word. There is still no amenities and we have been told for almost a year they were about to start and now at the beginning of 2022, we still have no amenities.

Home was behind build schedule on date of walkthrough, several unresolved issues with the home still need addressing even after 4 months living here.

Kyle’s was great. Outside of the great service he provided we’d never buy or recommend a Lennar home. Sloppy craftsmanship, poor communication, bullying sales leadership,

Knowledge and support from staff left something to be desired.

We are enjoying our new home and neighborhood and did have some positive experiences with Lennar. However, since we moved in 3 months ago we have noticed some problems with the workmanship. The paint job was especially sloppy. We also had problems with the Lennar Title Company giving us incorrect information at closing, and they would not respond to our emails requesting assistance concerning this incorrect information. These are some of the reasons that our overall rating is just average.

They make a lot of promises they don’t deliver! It took me 4 months to get our ice maker and dispenser to work after 3 service calls. It finally works. I still have blue tape on 3 of my cupboard that have not been addressed, after several emails and text. They sell your home as a “smart home”. However nothing is set up in your home so you have to do the leg work to make it a smart home that you purchased. Garage floor is bubbling up, painter never returns your text to schedule. Washer has had issues spinning. Waiting for warranty work January 5.

In good faith, I wouldn’t use Lennar as my home builder again. I’ve been in my home for four months and I’m still waiting to have construction issues resolved. Too stressful.

I think the workmanship is very poor quality I have had way to many problems to be in a brand new home it’s a nightmare but I can say that everything is being taken care of but if it was built right from start I would not have to be writing about it I came to Lennar for quality and I am disappointed.

Make sure you follow through when you receive work orders. This builder does not follow through, warrenties managers give you lots of lip. They don’t care. We still have several items in our 5 month old house not complete and or fixed. So far no one follows through. They don’t care.

Beware! If issues aren't addressed prior to closing, they may never get resolved! We have outdoor faucets that don't function, garage outlets that can't be used, and a front window that was cracked by flying construction site debry that we can't get fixed!!!

It was exciting watching our house be built.

Poor build quality and craftsmanship

Not a pleasant experience with Sales and quality in construction and addressing the issue not good either.

Lennar is building too many homes too fast and utterly lacking in quality control. All the homeowners in our neighborhood are having to chase after them for multiple items with the homes. Warranty response can be very uneven. Four months into the home and I’m still waiting for a replacement cabinet doors owed us from prior to close. Paint on floors, dings and walls, crappy paint job in places, their installers put the wrong cabinets in the wrong bathrooms ( one is bigger one is smaller and they had them swapped Impacting use of the toilet in one of them ). Lennar’s‘s move-in ready campaign, things like blinds on the windows are one nice point but their connected home package is left to you to install and figure out. We didn’t even get our full package and had to chase after Lennar for a few months now to get all the pieces that were promised. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Workmanship and quality is terrible for the price.

I was disappointed in the overall workmanship in this house. At one screw in every hinge was stripped and was told you don't fix that. You can see seems in the crown molding but was told that is a homeowner's problem. All interior doorknobs were loose. Poor paint job.

Responsive to warranty issues, however, not responsive to living conditions in the neighborhood. Previous construction manager John made sure issues in the neighborhood were addressed immediately. That is no longer the case since he left. Construction trash, early construction noise on the weekend by subcontractors ( before sunrise) is completely unacceptable and construction workers and subs race out the streets at a very high speed.

I have had a number of issues with extremely low response time. Anything from 6 weeks for garage remotes, missing support clips in the panty, paint touch up, ring and flo don't work, etc! The latest is the pump in the washer broke 10 days ago! The service person came yesterday and it needs to be ordered. Probably looking at another 2 weeks without a washer!

So many things don’t work or break so quickly. I’ve been waiting forever to get my front door fixed because I can’t unlock it so I can’t even open my front door. It’s ridiculous.

Sadly I spend more of my time discovering things around the house that need to be fixed rather then simply enjoying the house itself

I was so excited to buy another Lennar home. I had a gorgeous 3 story home in Charleston SC. After closing on this house I was highly disappointed. Everything is cheap looking except granite. Cabinets cheap, carpet cheap, roof cheap! Would not let me change anything. Even if I paid cash up front. No lights on front porch. Cheap stick tree in front yard. This house was $360,000!! They forgot a linen closet upstairs until I told them. Then busted out the ceiling downstairs to reroute A/C ducts. Vents put on backwards and no caulking or thin caulking throughout the house. My doorbell already broke have had electrical issues. Rushed work to make more money at the buyers cost. Quantity does not equal quality!! ... More

Careless workmanship and lennar is unresponsive to the issues once title is turned over.
