Disappointed in Salesman responses of what we were supposed to get and didn’t. Then he dropped the ball onto a “concierge” who never showed up, supposedly “never leaves his desk”Crappy door locks. Dead sod put down. Broken trim. The fact that I have to put my appliances register myself. The drive in and out of subdivision is nothing but a dirt and debris from construction trucks and very muddy when it rains.

Lack of construction communication. Very pushy to close the deal. Awful workmanship.

I would have liked to be able to upgrade appliances before closing, have a fence put in before closing and have my lanai put in before closing. The only response from the sales rep was NO,

I am not much satisfied with the purchase of the house because I was out third buyer but I got the high price compared to now.

I’ve purchased a couple of homes prior to this experience with different builders and I can say this was hands down the worse home buying experience for me and my family from beginning to end. Lennar’s lack of communication throughout different departments and with me and my realtor when making inquires caused us to have to spend unnecessary money and Lennar didn’t take anyone’s time but their own into consideration. This experience was unpleasant, depressing, and stressful. Based on this experience I wouldn’t buy another home with this builder and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Well, I should start from the beginning, Sale team was very good, working with Todd was our pleasure. Building manager Dan was also very good but building contractor did not meet any expectation.so many issues, workmanships of the contractor Lennar is using are terrible they don't know what a good quality means. Starting from framing and ending on painting. So far this is our second month to live here and problems ready starts. Kitchen Cabinets doors are loose, HVAC system is not working properly paints are pilling, all the windows are collecting so much moisture and damaging a wall hardwood floor are squeak and etc..., etc. I hope all those issues will be resolved. ... This is our third Lennar home and it will be the last! The quality of workmanship is very poor. The response to our issues is slow. A lot of promises were made. Even the mortgage side was a bit disappointing!

Home is wonderful. However, the sales agent was terrible. Answers to questions changed from day to day. No clarity. You CANNOT trust sales agent. Please, read that contract carefully before you sign it. There is NO going back with Lennar. Sales agent had all the wrong utilities listed on sheet she gave us. When we trried to contact her to get the correct information: No answer- even going up the chain. How can people be so ignorant of the service they are suppose to provide! So, they do not tell you but the first water bill is outrageous. Our first water bill for 20 days was 500 dollars. Internet was supposed to be installed and able to be connected by calling AT&T. Yup, that is in the contract. But internet company said they had no knowledge of our home and we can't get serice. Lennar said "that is your problem" Would not answer our calls and kept giving wrong information. Refused to get the issue fixed! Told us we would get washer and dryer; then halfway through said no do not get one!!!! Then one showed up at the home after we went out and bought one!!!!! Sales people CANNOT be trusted and the company does not stand by the "word" of their sales people. So READ the contract and make sure everything you have been told you are getting is in writing!!!!!!! Workmanship was good. However, folks that hung wallboard did a sloppy job. Drips and bubbles on the walls and corners that show the tape!! Just painted over it. We are used to the the workmanship from the northern part of the country- wallboard in decent shape. Beside all ot the above we love the home. Just make sure you DO NOT trust the sales people and everything is in writingand ASK ABOUT THAT WATER BILL!!!!!! ... More

I was a cash buyer. I wasn't happy with working with Title company. Customer care after purchase was very disappointed. There was fuse breaker issue with Refrigerator. I requested 5 times and ask sales rep then they finally contact me to fix it. My wooden floor got water damage due to late fix. Water filter in refrigerator leaked due to fuse keeps pop out and ice maker turned off and leak waters on the floor. I have been purchased new home more than 5 times, Lennar was very unprofessional.

This has been a heck of a ride. The Lennar salesperson is great to deal with. Very charismatic and attentive. Unfortunately, as the salesperson, his work doesn't continue up to actual ownership and that is where the problem with Lennar lies. I highly suggest that if you buy from Lennar to get your own third-party inspector involved in the building process as soon as possible. There will be issues, trust me. Many of those will have already been singled out by the time if their New Home Orientation, where they promise that everything identified then will be fixed by the closing date. That didn't happen. It's been over a month, and there are still outstanding issues. The most frustrating one is how we informed that there were issues with the sod during this New Home Orientation process and the Lennar Warranty rep assured us it would just settle in and be fine, and that the sod would not be covered by warranty. But it was improperly installed, and that was identified before closing! So now I have to deal with dead grass, HoA citations because of it, and even though Lennar had been informed about it before we closed, they refuse to fix their improper sod work. We also have a grading issue that's been reported for a few weeks now. They insist that the construction manager will be in contact with us to assess it and fix it. No contact from him. We had a pretty attentive construction manager before closing, but they swapped him out after we moved in and the new one is non-existent. A whole bunch of things that should have been done in the period between the New Home Orientation weren't done. We're still waiting for a CO2 detector that they never installed. An unpainted wall that was identified during NHO took them about a month to get to, I'm still waiting for them to send their external painters to handle walls that were not properly covered outdoors. Their builders continue to build houses close by and they carelessly move their equipment around, which caused them to punch a hole in the curb on my house and Lennar refuses to do anything about it. This isn't even going into all the small defects such as broken cabinets, gaps in the walls, nails sticking out from the kitchen island, the incorrectly installed washing machine. Seriously, it seems like Lennar hires builders and contractors that are doing this for the first time in their lives and their warranty department will do everything in their power not to help. The product Lennar offers includes more than other builders. But I can’t believe that we got cheap hollow doors, builder grade mirrors and closets and other base level options for a 1.5 million dollar house, and no option to leave them out if you want to upgrade. Plus, we have had water damage and a leak over a month and it’s still not fixed. Not terribly impressed.

House looks great. Quality lacks in many aspects from poor electrical wiring, poor workmanship for ejecutivas outlets, poor workmanship for nailing especially in garage, painting lacks quality, and so on. Then to get things fixed you wait for several weeks, if they get fixed at all. You also get offered things in the community that never happen. Just don’t believe what Lennar states.

We knew upfront the home was overpriced, but found its size and views very appealing. However, many defects were detected during our “blue tape” walkthrough — way too many for a brand new home, which should have been a red flag to us that workmanship was a big issue. After moving into the home we quickly learned how “sub-standard” most of the appliances, fixtures, and workmanship were. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer were mediocre at best, and all had to be replaced due to being loud and annoying. All 3 toilets were replaced. Light fixtures are cheap and their placements are not logical. Most faucets are cheap, with some (kitchen faucet and laundry) being chrome over plastic. We have now spent an excessive amount of money just to bring the home’s quality and workmanship in-line with its initial advertised value. Bottomline: our biggest concern is workmanship and value for money. Our future NEW home purchases will not include Lennar. ... More

Home inspection personnel were not helpful and comprehensive during the inspection. Too much in hurry to get it done Much left unexplained.

Things could have been made and done better in the home plus with landscaping and finance side.

well the quality of home is good but NOT great hat carries Lennar and signifies name. also responsiveness towards issues report after moving is pathetic .

Could be a lot better if the Customer Care personally inspect the actual situation of the issue instead of using the "Visual" check. This way the issue will be corrected immediately and effectively. "Visual Check" step creates more over head expenses and wasting time for Lennar Homes process.

Frist off my Loan officer wea great as for everyone else so disorganized there’s details in the house that we see that we live there now that are not so great tape and flows. Not so great they laid the grass they didn’t put topsoil. You could see underneath my concrete pad for my condenser AC unit outside now I have to put top soil my paint is peeling on my siding. It is so many things that should’ve been done a lot better and they didn’t do good job on

We have no cable like we were promised they never ran wires in the wall. They were not truthful to us one showing us through the house . Wi-Fi is very weak. Hard to speak on your cell phone because of that problem that they refuse to address.
