Disappointed in Salesman responses of what we were supposed to get and didn’t. Then he dropped the ball onto a “concierge” who never showed up, supposedly “never leaves his desk”Crappy door locks. Dead sod put down. Broken trim. The fact that I have to put my appliances register myself. The drive in and out of subdivision is nothing but a dirt and debris from construction trucks and very muddy when it rains.

The Worse Home Buying Experience

I’ve purchased a couple of homes prior to this experience with different builders and I can say this was hands down the worse home buying experience for me and my family from beginning to end. Lennar’s lack of communication throughout different departments and with me and my realtor when making inquires caused us to have to spend unnecessary money and Lennar didn’t take anyone’s time but their own into consideration. This experience was unpleasant, depressing, and stressful. Based on this experience I wouldn’t buy another home with this builder and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Well, I should start from the beginning, Sale team was very good, working with Todd was our pleasure. Building manager Dan was also very good but building contractor did not meet any expectation.so many issues, workmanships of the contractor Lennar is using are terrible they don't know what a good quality means. Starting from framing and ending on painting. So far this is our second month to live here and problems ready starts. This is our third Lennar home and it will be the last! The quality of workmanship is very poor. The response to our issues is slow. A lot of promises were made. Even the mortgage side was a bit disappointing!

Home is wonderful. However, the sales agent was terrible. Answers to questions changed from day to day. No clarity. You CANNOT trust sales agent. Please, read that contract carefully before you sign it. There is NO going back with Lennar. Sales agent had all the wrong utilities listed on sheet she gave us. When we trried to contact her to get the correct information: No answer- even going up the chain. How can people be so ignorant of the service they are suppose to provide! I was a cash buyer. I wasn't happy with working with Title company. Customer care after purchase was very disappointed. There was fuse breaker issue with Refrigerator. I requested 5 times and ask sales rep then they finally contact me to fix it. My wooden floor got water damage due to late fix. Water filter in refrigerator leaked due to fuse keeps pop out and ice maker turned off and leak waters on the floor. I have been purchased new home more than 5 times, Lennar was very unprofessional.

This has been a heck of a ride. The Lennar salesperson is great to deal with. Very charismatic and attentive. Unfortunately, as the salesperson, his work doesn't continue up to actual ownership and that is where the problem with Lennar lies. I highly suggest that if you buy from Lennar to get your own third-party inspector involved in the building process as soon as possible. There will be issues, trust me. Many of those will have already been singled out by the time if their New Home Orientation, where they promise that everything identified then will be fixed by the closing date. That ...

The product Lennar offers includes more than other builders. But I can’t believe that we got cheap hollow doors, builder grade mirrors and closets and other base level options for a 1.5 million dollar house, and no option to leave them out if you want to upgrade. Plus, we have had water damage and a leak over a month and it’s still not fixed. Not terribly impressed.

House looks great. Quality lacks in many aspects from poor electrical wiring, poor workmanship for ejecutivas outlets, poor workmanship for nailing especially in garage, painting lacks quality, and so on. Then to get things fixed you wait for several weeks, if they get fixed at all. You also get offered things in the community that never happen. Just don’t believe what Lennar states.

We knew upfront the home was overpriced, but found its size and views very appealing. However, many defects were detected during our “blue tape” walkthrough — way too many for a brand new home, which should have been a red flag to us that workmanship was a big issue. After moving into the home we quickly learned how “sub-standard” most of the appliances, fixtures, and workmanship were. Could be a lot better if the Customer Care personally inspect the actual situation of the issue instead of using the "Visual" check. This way the issue will be corrected immediately and effectively. "Visual Check" step creates more over head expenses and wasting time for Lennar Homes process.

Frist off my Loan officer wea great as for everyone else so disorganized there’s details in the house that we see that we live there now that are not so great tape and flows. Not so great they laid the grass they didn’t put topsoil. You could see underneath my concrete pad for my condenser AC unit outside now I have to put top soil my paint is peeling on my siding. It is so many things that should’ve been done a lot better and they didn’t do good job on

We have no cable like we were promised they never ran wires in the wall. They were not truthful to us one showing us through the house . Wi-Fi is very weak. Hard to speak on your cell phone because of that problem that they refuse to address.
