I would encourage any other home owner to get a pre-dry wall inspection and a final inspection. Also, don't move in until things are complete. There are alot of quality issues regarding the quality of the materials especailly the cabinets. The Customer Service Rep and Sales Person was the greatest experience of our purchase.

My 3rd time building second time building a Lennar home, this has been the worst one by far. From the lack of communication, to the 9 week closing delay, the quality of work, missing items, incomplete items, no walk through etc. I would not recommend Lennar as a builder.

Builder dodnt use the quality materials

Very poor communication from our sales person, always evasive about when our home was going to be released for purchase as it was a model. We were forced to put reservation on home after we were told it was available to purchase. The day it was being released for sale we suddenly had another reservation, we then had to offer more money to get the home. All a game to get more money. We felt we were not treated as a valued customer but more like an inconvenience.

Still waiting on front steps to be replaced due to incorrect way they were installed. Had my final walk thru postponed 2 and wasn't notified, pushed my closing to December 3 and that cost me $450 in rent money. House is built good, alot of inconveniences since house wasn't completely ready on closing date...

The mortgage process is absolutely ridiculous - the homes are missing insulation - the appliances they put in are sub-standard old - they take away items that should be included every time they raise the price & the houses for age restricted communities are Not Senior friendly I.e. they put cold air returns on the 10 ft. ceilings & not where they can be changed!! Only good thing I can say is in my community the team responsible for repairing little items is good!

Most of the walls and window casing are crooked.

Workmanship was disappointing. The subcontractors are paid by the house so they are incentivized to move quickly to maximize how much they make. This does not result in quality work. In our house the ceiling is out of plumb by at least two inches, the windows are scratched and gouged, appliances dented, cabinets defective, trimwork cracked and poorly caulked/painted and the list goes on. We are still waiting four months after closing to correct many of these issues. It appears that Lennar has little concern with customer satisfaction and is only about closing and moving on to the next house. ... More

Love the community and how is becoming. Unfortunately still dealing with issues my house have no empathy at all to fix issues

Extremely disappointing! Would not purchase another home by builder.

Our salesperson, Donna, was exceptional. It made our home buying experience painless and less stressful. She totally understood our situation (buying and selling our home). The aftersales is a totally different experience. Doug, our Customer service rep, is good but can only do so much. The vendors we dealt with (GE-ref issue and AC issue) were rude, not very understanding and total opposite of Lennar's sales team which sort of negates the good experience we had from the start. Quality and responses not as good as expected

Clearly lennar is trying to crank out as many homes as possible as quickly as possible. These homes are budget built with premium price tags

Sales office does a great job of pushing the product, but final product lacks in professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. Be prepared to pay and fix things yourself the right way or accept a less than professional job at each service request.

One-stop service provides peace of mind. An all-inclusive package sounds good.

I don't feel that the materials used were of great quality. The blinds don't go all the way to the window sill and aren't level, the faucets don't seem of a good quality, the front porch had something brown left that is raised from the cement, the ruckus was not installed properly.

Low quality and poor craftsmanship.

Painting and clean edges on drywall are obviously not a priority. Caulking around the tile floor looks terrible. Major difference in opinion of what usable backyard means .

After buying our home, we have had several issues with setting up the Next Gen features. Lennar has been either unwilling or unable to help us resolve these issues, and now, almost 5 months later, the issue STILL isn’t resolved and we are having to pay someone else to come fix it. Our multiple calls to lennar go unreturned and it is frustrating.

Would like to have seen better material in the trim work and carpeting and better quality with the drywall. Also, they're is 0 flexibility when you come into an on process home.

Lots of issues (initially) getting any response on warranty issues. Contracted company that manages the HOA and Club is COMPLETELY unresponsive. My wife and I have made a total of about 10 calls or emails and have not gotten a single response. NOT ONE. I've had to go to the office (twice) to get a message to them. In this case I have gotten a response but it's always a partial response. Follow up emails go unanswered. The other big issues include construction debris is the worst of any home I've ever purchased. Sub-contractors leave trash on the ground when dumpsters are full or removed. Lastly, architectural decisions are made to provide the cheapest solution for the builder. We have 150 amp electrical service which is not enough in a community that does not provide gas. A 50 gallon water electric heater is standard in an 8 bedroom house. Hot water runs out after the third shower. ... More

Lots of promises upfront, but the reality doesn't match what was said in the sales office. Constant drywall issues with multiple homeowners, there appears to be a very poor vendor being used continuously. For these high prices (and getting higher) there shouldn't be a wait list for a year to fix issues.

Sadly, the information from one team to the next gets lost. The client has to constantly remind them of what was told and by whom. Obviously, the client will do it since they are making such an important investment, but the support and guidance provided by Lennnar, especially to first homebuyers, is subpar. Lastly, quality of materials, attention to detail and overall value for the price paid is questionable. There is a general lack of refinement with many details.

Built too fast; workmanship poor; many punch list items; takes too long to get fixes after closing due to no incentive to do anything faster than a snail’s pace.
