Landscaping is poor. No weed barrier on mow hill. Garage completed without a primmer coat, which is horrible. Trouble matching interior paints. Response time to have issues completed is sub-par. Sales team was amazing, huge props to Rosalie and Kathy.

Although the home is beautiful, you can tell the work is rushed. Lots of things that arent done correctly because Lennar just wants to make their money as quickly as possible. The issues we did get fixed took months to get done. It's really sad because it could be better if they took the time to try.

Clearly, the construction trades are not what they used to be. The quality of workmanship is hit or miss. Take it from someone who has built several homes. For us, the drywall work is horrible. No sense in pride for the work being done as there ceiling job in the main areas lacks quality. Additionally, the quality of material is poor but since the contract, which you cannot change, gives Lennar the ability to change material, clearly means giving you an inferior product. Our wood floors are cheap garbage. While the price is good, the quality of work and products are below average.

Don’t close on your home until your issues are fixed! They make you jump through hoops to get simple things fixed that should have been done right the first time and send contractors that have been drinking to your home with children in it. They make you feel like the bad person for wanting things done right when purchasing a brand new home. They tell you things will be fixed after closing but that isn’t true. We had to wash splattered paint off every surface of our new home and had to paint walls ourselves because the painters had been there 3 times and only made things worse by rushing ...

I have lived in my Lennar home for almost six months now. I have come to find out that pretty much all the materials used in the building of my townhome are the cheapest product available. If given a choice I wouldn't buy a home from this company again.

Initial purchase process was smoother, design and options selection were easy to go through with sales person, construction manager was less responsive during the build, many issues found at final inspection and during final move-in. Number of times took off from work to accommodate repaired makes it feel like a brand new fixer upper. Very disappointed I was not told that every time I refinanced my home, I have to pay $250 to have Sunstreet do subordination paperwork. Why is Sunstreet even on my title . Unhappy

I closed on my new Lennar home at the end of May, 2019. Shortly after I moved in, there were several problems discovered, one being a water leak inside the home, most of the other issues were relatively minor. The customer relations team member assigned to me, Rick, has been amazing at responding to my tickets and working to get the problems corrected. However, the contractors that come out to fix the issues have been my biggest problem. The buying process was okay, the only person that was incredibly responsive was the sales agent, and he had already secured the sale. Construction Manager changed 3 times in less that 4 months, and quite a few items we asked weren’t done. It could have certainly been worse but absolutely could have been better.

I love my house and the development, but the issues I have submitted to Lennar, which includes water coming in under my garage door, loose front door lock system and cracked board where my 2 car garage door is attached have not been addressed and I contacted Lennar customer service over a month ago. With a few days, a representative came out and took pictures of the areas of concern and now will not respond to emails, etc. and nothing has been corrected. Other issues right after my house purchase have given me a big lack of trust in Lennar.

We love the house itself. We were disappointed that Lennar only installed 1 outside hose spigot in the middle of the enclosed patio and also 1 "inside" of the garage. Both are difficult to use. We had to spend a lot of money to trench the side yard to install water to the back yard. The grading in the back was terrible and we, again, had to pay quite a bit to grade it before landscaping. Lots of small things were wrong and at first the response to fix them were quick, and now we just wait and wait until someone corrects other issues. A few things to list 1) Paint contractors miss many spots and the exterior paint has weak spots where they spaced the spraying 2) Faucets in downstairs bedroom and master bedroom leak onto counter if left at a lower valve setting. Lennar stated that this was within spec. Having to buy faucets that actually are long enough to not flood bathrooms. Should not be buying things to fix Lennars issues. 3) Floors are starting to gap and flex quite a bit. Downstairs laminate floors. 4) Biggest issue: Front driveway was poured before a deep freeze in the winter. Contractor did not adequately ...
