Appliance Issue from start and had to go through warrenty to get it fixed.

not my first rodeo, by far the worse experience in the history of purchasing. home was actually not completed when we moved in. CO provided, not sure why. Would NEVER recommend. just absolutely horrible. NOT going to include any of the names, first or last since noone has bothered resolving issues that i've experienced. ONLY person that has responded after finally having access to her is Suzanne Witty. She is the only assett here. everyone else, doing more to damage then good to LENNAR.

Everything was awesome!! Brian and Sherry were super specials in the process, 100% recommended.

The homebuying experience was perfect; Jamie was beyond expectations. Rob has become involved to ensure that the quality of workmanship and materials that were issues have been resolved or on the pathway to resolution. Carlos has also been very helpful.

My wife and I have never had the experience of building a new home. Our experience with Lennar has been so very good. They answered all questions honestly and quickly from the outset. They kept us abreast of the progress in being made through the communication with Debra and Vince. After moving in, our issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. For us, we valued the fact that we had to make no decisions about counters, flooring, bathroom tiles, or anything. If you want that, Lennar is not for you. For us, it was the right fit and we could not be happier with the final product.

Lincoln was great in resolving punch list items.

I been thinking about weather I should or not write a review but as I get to know my neighbors and we talk about our experience I think I should. Our closing experience in both the construction and financial aspects was not ideal. The construction manager was not very helpful and the quality of his work was not up to par. We have been constantly submitting claims for repairs. Builders excuse to things not getting done at closing was “because of COVID the trades are not as good”. I tell you the prince of a house has not declined but quality sure has.

Good morning, we recently purchased a condo in Lakewood Ranch and I wanted to send some positive feedback related to Arthur, Carly and Ron. They were available to answer any questions and their response time for any questions was very timely. Especially since we were out of state ! Thank you for making this process seemless.

My wife and I decided to buy a Lennar home. We decided to wait 3 months for the house to be completed. During this process we were told that everything on the inside of the house would be completed by closing. When we had our celebration day, it was far from a celebration. There were many items on the inside of the house that were not completed as promised. There seem to be very poor communication between that sales rep and construction rep. Our construction rep did not even know the proper closing date. We have now lived in our house for about 50 days and still can not get answers on when things will be done. The construction rep just tells us that we should get a call or email to schedule it. When we have had work done, it has been less then professional. We have had a family bring their kids to do work on our house multiple times. It was very low quality work. It would be very difficult to do professional work when 4 kids ages 1-12 are at work with you. It was very sad for me to see. It is not fair for us as homeowners and the workers either. The workers not only did bad work, but they also splattered paint all over and did not clean it up. When I tried to communicate with them, they told me they do not speak English. It has been so frustrating trying to get our house completed. We paid a lot of money for a new house and are not getting the professional work and coordination we paid for. We are having to schedule things around our schedule or miss work to get our house finished. Had I of known this would be the case, we would have considered other options. Had they have been honest with us about the process, we could have prepared differently for what was to come. I would not recommend Lennar at this point. I would wait until the landscaping is completed before letting the buyers move in. There are cracks in the ceilings, and other small issues. The biggest problem for my wife is the noise in the early morning from truck traffic. We have purchased a newly constructed home before. My wife is disappointed with the craftsmanship of this townhome. We thought we paid top dollar, but it doesn’t feel like it.

Sales person was terrible with unprofessional attitude and manner No update about the progress, never heard back from him the moment we paid the deposit.

The experience wasn’t bad could’ve been better some of them could’ve been the shortage of materials some of the craftsmanship on the lower cost house seems like they went the cheapest way

Love our home. Overall our experience was pretty smooth. The loan team was great to work with, and our sales rep as well. Closing team was very open and friendly and approachable. Easy going. Experience is great overall. Team is supportive. Love our home. I will say I wish they had had more attention to detail in their construction and cleaning. Construction Manger Scott His management style is friendly, and his feedback is always constructive. he always had time for discussion. His willingness to listen and advise constructively is far beyond expectations of any manager. Loan officers Corey / Chris where always accessible they where very analytical and can really break down complex figures into bit and pieces. They are very Helpfull.

I was most pleased with the Construction Manager, Vance. He was great. He even checked with me after I moved in for any problems. The sales gals were terrific- Helene and Kristi. I had never met them, nor personally seen the house. I did everything virtually with the help of my daughter present on site. Everyone was so responsive, caring. I never had a moment of concern as I felt everyone was doing their best to make this a good experience.

Lennar dedicated team has been responsive to any issues, and are quick to support them. Lennar salespeople are very nice, approachable, and very helpful.

So far it was ok. There was some issues but was solved it.

Overall my experience with Lennar was good. When I purchased late year in November of 2021, Lennar just acquired Realstar Homes who built most of the homes in the community. One of the issues I had was that Lennar didn’t allow me to choose my own options and decked everything out themselves. Luckily it looks amazing, but I just think it wasn’t cool at the time plus there was no shower door included. The unit itself is very functional and built solid! Not one nail pop have I saw and the floors don’t make that cracking sound when you walk upstairs or upstairs area, that’s usually do to cheap floor boards. ... More

Our salesman, Paul C. was great. Our builder Darrel M. could have been MUCH more responsive and more communicative.

The home was functional. There were quality control issues as with any new home, perhaps more-so in my case with plumbing. My issues were on on what you get for the price you pay for these homes is not the best quality, laminated cabinets that chip easily. Lennar forced a bid approach when the pandemic happened. While not unusual, this process was very clunky, and we saw huge delays in closing. Overall I was pleased with the people-aspect but not much else in the buying experience.

Subcontractors: the attention to detail is lacking. No home will ever be perfect but you can tell when a subcontractor cares about the quality of work they complete. These subcontractors left carpet being lifted up in corners, paint on the baseboards, more paint needed on the walls, and the sod is absolutely ridiculous. There are seperations between sod spots the size of my foot. Lennar- If Lennar truly cares about the communities they are building they will have the common grounds sodded and the subcontractors pick up their messes. I continuously pick up trash in my back yard, had gravel sitting in my newly laid sod (which I laid myself) for the last week. Project Managers and Community Managers- They are all great, but its clear they are stretched thin. Lots of potential but I have been let down with the 25-30 items existing on my 30 day walk through. Totally enjoy the community, however the homes are built with the basic cheapest materials

Quality on paint job was poor. The day of walk thru so many were pointed out. Appliance quality is poor especially washer is poor. Poor job on hard wood floor Pull out shelves should be standard for a 55 plus community.

the quality of home is not up to the mark, closing was rush. There are many things that are not fixed, done, or ready upon the closing of the homes. After moving in, a lot of issues were found and took almost a month to fix most of things.
