Sales office Laurie went to bat for us and had some changes made that made our home buying experience fantastic. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for and Laurie played an intricate part of making that happen. Thank you Laurie.

Easy to work with, very flexible, and honest.

It was a great experience to see your home being built from ground up. Our new home consultant Stephanie was great and kept us up to date. Closing day was a little hard because they had so many homes to close on the same day and were behind, house was not 100% completed but they did come and finish it within the week. Small things like mirrors, shelves and screens.

As far as my experience it’s been ok however, I feel like Lennar needs major improvement on their customer service/interaction with their customers, we need to provide better quality materials and do a better job on the cleanliness of a brand new home once completed. I wasn’t happy with my garage door / motor, as they promised it would be a good quality garage door/opener and I received the lowest possible garage door / motor. Lennar needs to give the customer more options and selections on picking colors and materials.

This is our second Lennar home and this one is quite poor compared to our first. Our home was well buiult but the finsih stuff - flooring, painting, grouting, cabinets looked like they were odne by a 5 year old and the place was filthy when we moved into it. We still have unresolved issues but you have good construction managers who do follow through. I'll never buy another Lennar home and the worst of it is it too almost 10 months to get a product that was quite disappointing.

Working with the sales agent was a pleasant experience. However, Lennar was rushing me to close on a home that wasn’t ready for move in and 2 months later I’m still chasing after people to fix things that should’ve been done prior to closing.

The loan office -Rachel was amazing. While the process was long I totally understood why. The team was amazing. While I am still finding small issues here and there, my rep Jon from customer service has been very responsive so that has been great.

Since The final walk trough,it has been a nightmare! We are almost two months since the closing date and still finding broken items.

This is my fifth home I have had built. The overall experience was one of the best that I have had. My site project manager was very responsible to my emails and issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the house had less issues at closing than previous homes. I was not a fan of not being able to make selections for options as in previous homes, that was always a selling point for me in buying my own home. This was an investment property, so I was able to move past that, but still didnt like the exterior color of the home. Also, the large walk-in master shower really should have a shower door, not the expectation of a shower rod as that would have flooding issues. I had to invest in a shower door post move-in. The sod that was put down also sat at the end of the road for a week or more and was mostly dead when I took ownership of the home and the yards on the entire street look very poor because of this. ... Cheaper than other builder you get a lot of appliances at no cost but then he cannot change other things

Absolutely horrible experience. Construction team left windows open and my floor and walls got soaked from the rain Over night. Then had to fight to have a remediation team come out. (This occurred during construction) paint all over our appliances and floors, had to fight to get it fixed. Have already had two plumbing issues, my solar system failed inspection, your trades keep canceling and not showing up when i have confirmed appointments to fix warranty issues. I still have items on my punch list from my final walk through that have still not been fixed. This has been an absolute nightmare. I will never recommend lennar to anyone looking for a home. If i see potential buyers I’ll be sure to tell them what we are dealing with. I’ve made complaints to corporate and nobody has even tried to call me. I would rather not comment. If I had it to do all over again, there will be things that I would’ve done differently. It seems that I was set aside because I do not use the preferred lender or realtors on site.

After I moved In I started to see things I did not see in my walk through, like paint issues cracks, the flat paint is terrible and the color is not great. I now have a window that water comes In through and ruined my window sill and wall they can’t come fix it for 2 weeks.

can provide more quality based homes. Once the house is signed, we need to take care of all the issues. Quality of house is not that much appreciated. When I put up same question, they mentioned its human build and mistakes will happen, which was not expected. Final inspection should be done by team and identify issues and close it before customer do it.

There is a design issue with fridge. Several people came to our home and haven’t heard from anyone yet. Verh poor accountability for issue.fridge was provided by lennar.. built by lennar and yet they won’t do any anything about the issue

Not very happy with the experience overall.

The final inspection and closing were delayed because the home as not really in the. Th construction manager did a great job under trying circumstance to complete the home as close to the original closing date as possible. All Lennar personnel were very helpful in addressing any outstanding items identified from the home inspection.

Will not be buying another home from Lennar with the current market. Not a buyers era

We have had issues. Our foundation has sink spots so they are having to pull up our floor and pour concrete. Drywall work is also done poorly. I haven’t been too happy with how poorly some of the work was done. We had our own inspection done and are still waiting on some of the items to be fixed. We closed late Feb.

Attention to details missing in home with many things needing fixing. Construction materials left behind in cabinets and materials blocked up water drainage system. Nice townhome but features and appliances low quality and not worth $900k paid. Expected higher quality product.

Unfortunately, we had lots of issues with our home that we feel could’ve been avoided if we had a good construction manager supervising all its people. We did not have a refrigerator for a month, we had a water damage with a storm for improper window installation, moisture in a closet and many drywal/painting repairs. Not to mention the home was delivered without door handles upstairs, our kitchen and bathroom cabinets were a mess they had to reorder some of them and they are still on schedule to re-do our master bath shower as they did a TERRIBLE job installing it. We have a wonderful person helping us (Alexis Saber), thanks to her we have been able to repair everything promptly. She has been so attentive and wonderful to us. She and Natalia Morales have been the best experience we’ve had with Lennar, other than that I definitely wouldn’t recommend Lennar to anyone. ... More
