Their biggest problem is no quality control, no management to oversee overall construction. No responsible leadership, of so many beginners in all of the labor trades. Lots of Lannar money being wasted due to no management of the many different trades.

The material is pretty cheap. I still gave blue tape from my walk through of spots that were never corrected. My neighbor closed a week after me has his grass and trees I was told “sorry” by construction mgr was then told I was scheduled for Tuesday June 24, 2025 to get my grass. That’s STILL has not happened. There’s always trash in our yards from the builders because they leave their trash everywhere blowing around foam plates, water bottles, trash bags, aluminum foil. It’s everywhere.

First off the buying process step by step was good. As far as the quality material of the homes wasn’t great. A lot of the items can be damaged and If carefully found during walk through it will not be covered under warranty after closing. Tree’s that was planted were not deep enough and was knocked down on a windy day also not covered warranty after closing as well. We had to dig the hole deeper and re planted ourselves. It feels like the home was built/installed in a rush.

We initially loved the home as we settled in we seen more and more imperfections, laziness pure laziness. Take your time why push and try to get the house done I’m spending money on a house ALOT of money! Just do it right. Very frustrating all the walls you can see the imperfections you can see the joins where the next wall meets. My garage floor was cracked how In the world do I buy a brand new home a week old and they don’t fix anything, poor customer service don’t let them treat you like they treated us.

Water leakage at home in first week. Lennar took care of it but took a month to have everything back. They ordered new flooring and waited for weeks and they had new flooring available in under construction units in our community. Did not give a water filter for drinking water in kitchen island. The window size is not the same at bottom and top. Had trouble installing blinds

While the financing process had its challenges, the personal experience of working with the team was positive. However, it seemed that the sales department was somewhat misleading regarding the selection and purchase of the home. They were quite insistent that the prices of other homes would be significantly higher than the existing one, possibly to meet their sales goals. It has been one headache after the next. I THOUGHT owning a new home would be a dream and maybe because we have never have owned a new home our expectations were set to High. Everything from broken door locks, marred closet doors, scratches on most of the windows, and a kitchen range that doesn't work. We do have a wonderful associate we deal with and she is wonderful. Keeps us informed and very knowledgeable on how to get things done. That being said the house shouldn't have been given to us in this condition.

Everyone involved with the purchase was ok; a little over the top in loan qualifying. When we took possession we were disappointed in the condition. The house was dirty; left over plumbing parts on the cabinets; paint drips all over the floors; very poor paint finishing throughout; paint still on the glass windows, scratched glass patio doors, and many more. Somebody in senior management needs to be on sight to see for themselves!

Overall, the quality of this new Lennar home is at best average. First off they tell you when you have your walk-through that all the issues will be taken care of that is not so at the final walk-through we were told we have to wait for the repairs for our 90 day check up, which is absolutely not acceptable. The functionality of some of the features is not good. Why does one house need two or three sliding glass doors back to back. Our home-buying experience has been somewhat disappointing. While we were excited to move into a new home, the overall build quality feels inexpensive, with materials that seem below par. Buying the house so good everyone at Lennar was helpful and professional. Once moved in get anyone to simply finish the repairs that were agreed upon on the walk thru has take multiple attempts. Many miss appointments no call backs no reschedules. Very disappointing and frustrating. I guess getting the house funded and closed was the most important part of the process for Lennar not customer service and support.

My house was built very poorly. I don’t feel the construction team for Lennar actually cared about how the house looked cosmetic wise. The things they said were “normal” are not normal. I have areas missing paint, huge chips in the door frames that were just painted over. Baseboards that look like a 5 year old installed and painted. Uneven texture. Water heater issue that they can’t seem to fix after 5 appointments. Chips out of my kitchen cabinets that they painted over. Very disappointed and very unhappy I can’t enjoy my brand new home.

To many issues is 60 days and less than stellar appliances! Leaking roofs tripping electrical issues (thank you Marie for helping with that)and I will never own any Fridgedare appliance ever again! Gas range that is questionably safe every time I lean over to put food in the microwave the gas knobs on the stove turn on and I won’t be doing much broiling that’s for sure! The dryer has no light inside and no windows just a solid door! Although the refrigerator is now working fine it took 3 of them before I could say that! Thank you Michal for helping with that!

This is my second Lennar home. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the materials. The floor is the cheapest one in the market. No hocks in the bathroom. No gutters? Cheap countertops,in general very cheap construction. I will it recommend you to anyone. My first home had beautiful countertops and all the things we are missing here!

The only experience that was good was working with mortgage department, they were great. Sales office was not responsive to concerns after I signed contract. Koral told me after I signed that water was expensive here. I moved in 8/28 and still do not have sod and neighbors who moved in after me, like next door neighbors already have theirs. There are a tremendous number of homes that have sod, they haven’t even brought on new base dirt or leveled my lot.
