Our Lennar rep Phil was very helpful and professional. He helped us look at our home when the realtor was unavailable. We were on a time crunch because the home had to be sold before the end of the month (18 days) in order to get the incentives being offered. We loved the home and it already had the amenities we wanted. We had the application signed and uploaded that same day. During the walk-through process, our rep Joe and Construction Manager, Taylor made all kinds of promises. "make sure to blue tape everything", "we will have everything fixed before closing". Lennar want to build as fast as possible with really no details to finish work. You can really tell they build it fast and sell them as quick as possible and then deal with issues later. Seems to me they would take a little more pride in there product and make sure the home is completed and clean before walking homes with clients. Moved in little over 2 months ago and still roof flashing is painted 3 different colors or not even painted at all on sections. Stucco is uneven and makes walls not straight. So much more but just be careful when buying homes I'm sure they all have different ...

Sending this review because this is apparently the only way to get the attention of submitted trouble tickets. I think that should should say all there is about Lennar caring about home issues. We seem to have been forgotten about as soon as closing happened. And please, work load due to the number of customers is not an excuse.

It hasn't been the best experience after I closed. A lot of issues I was told would be fixed but they didn't do anything about it. My first two customer service reps didn't do anything and now i'm on my 4th and stuff is finally getting done. I probably would not recommend a Lennar home to friends or family based off of this experience.

Your water heater here is garbage. Can’t even fill half a tub before going cold. Shower isn’t at a consistent temperature from day to day. Plumber came out and supposedly set the thing to not switch into the ridiculously noisy hybrid mode every 24 or 48 hours. It still switches into hybrid. Very disappointing.

I did not realize how poor quality the units were and need of work. I had just sold my home in Sun City Anthem and was in a hurry to find something to move into. If I had more time I would have not picked Terra Bella at Anthem.

Beware of the quality of work done! Lennar just contract everything to third parties. Quality depends on the mercy of third party contractors workmanship. When you leisurely inspect yourself you will find several issues/problems. I would avoid Lennar given a chance!

Our experience with the Lennar representative as wonderful. If it were not for Laura , I believe , the builder would not release the home. We were committed to buy and the PRICE WENT UP THOUSANDS! This is downright criminal. The construction manager Reese was also a pleasure to work with concerning repair issues. The problem is the craftsmanship of these workers who are hired to build and repair and address all kinds of issues. The cosmetic issues were half fixed prior to closing. After living in the house you see so many more things that need to be fixed. When putting in a work order I was told to wait for the 11 month review. I am not convienced that things will be taken care of timely.

The quality of materials used in home are not satisfied and cuts so many corners to save money by builders. Every times when we ask for some thing, the only excuse they have that other owners did not like that. The clubhouse is awesome but did not spend even 20% of the money in houses.

The quality of workmanship on all trim, all walls, ceilings to name a few is utterly awful. Whoever performed the work AND the QC who accepted the work shouldn't be in the construction business, period.

We really love the area that we are in. Sure we wish some of items of the community were different. The communication with the sales rep was ok. I never heard from him on the closing day or after. Not even a check in to make sure everything was good. The New Home Orientation seemed to be a pretty decent list before we closed on the house. It has been two and a half months since closing and we are still waiting on some of those items to be fixed.

Had a major problem with my master shower. Constant water draining out of the shower. Finally after 3 attempts to rectify the situation the problem was resolved.
