Painting and clean edges on drywall are obviously not a priority. Caulking around the tile floor looks terrible. Major difference in opinion of what usable backyard means .

Once you walk up the stairs and the upper floor. The wood squeaks, the paint job is mediocre. Once I moved in I started to notice wood clippings, where they just painted over them. So from one to ten in the satisfaction of my purchase. I give it a 3

I am very upset with how the property management has been handling our case. I felt very rushed during the walk through but they reassured that everything would get taken care of. I have now lived in the house for 4 months and there has not been an attempt to resolve any of the issues with the house. My doorbell doesn’t even ring. Lennar is not a cheap home builder and I paid a good price for a new house and wish someone would make me a happy home owner.

Poor taping and mudding, white paint spots on the floor everywhere, doors that were not properly hung, poor fitting screens on windows that allow bugs to get in, nails/concrete/trash left on lot and behind lot, light fixture quality poor, laminate floor quality poor, garage door hung improperly causing excessive noise/vibration, wire shelving in closets bows under any weight,

The water smells heavily of sulfur. This should have been disclosed when we bought the home. We replaced the anode in the water heater with an aluminum one which was a temporary fix. I asked Lennar to replace it with a titanium one because the aluminum anode has already been eroded. I was told it was not their issue to fix since it was water quality. Yet, I believe since they didn’t bother disclosing the high sulfur in the water reacting negatively with the metal in the water heater would be an issue, it is partly their problem. It would be different if we weren’t willing to invest the money ...

We closed on our house end of October. Before we did inspection or anything, we had an evergreen tree that was knocked down in a snow storm, that was ignored and still lays down on our yard. During inspection, we pointed out the paint splatters on the hardwood floors and were told the day we closed they would have it cleaned by professionals. We close and they did not do that type of cleaning. Seems like they did a lick and a promise because it’s March and we still have paint on our floors and it took two days to scrub construction grit off our kitchen island and counters. This home has so many areas of shoddy workmanship. Ton's of clauking issues scratches on the wood flooring all over the house. Customer service pushes back on everything. I will never buy another Lennar home. everything from the Sales rep to the Construction engineer is only concerned about you giving them a 5 star rating. I have been hounded for months to give 5 star rates.

There are few areas where Lennar has to improve, especially the construction quality is not up to mark or expectation. The sight/construction managers are over burdened due to multiple projects and they are not able to focus on quality of the block/home.

Lennar builds aesthetically pretty communities. Their attentiveness and concern for the individual homeowner is poor. The first construction supervisor, Andy, was attentive. Michael, who replaced him because they had too many closings scheduled, was always in a hurry, and eager to just get closed. Furthermore. we continue to find warranty issues after 5 months, and will submit them.

Overall I would not reccommend Lennar. While I love the majority of my home the two weeks prior to closing were not enjoyable dealing with the sales agent & contractor. They were dismissive and ultimately did not address some of the issues I had within the home.

Hard to evaluate and list is all, basically sales team overall was great, builders and trades did not provide a make ready home at close and still trying to get items finalize and fixed 4 months later with no type of compensation for all the miss work and wasted appointment where the trades didn’t come prepared for the work needed having to reschedule the same repairs in some cases many times over.

Quality of workmanship and materials very poor we found many issues that needed to addressed numerous times, and are still dealing with them i.e paint splattered all over the floor tiles and the dishwasher not connected correctly caused a flood in our living room ETC.

The quality of the house is not what I would expect for 1/3 mill. I have cracks in the walls and ceiling. The yards are so small you can’t store you garbage cans in the back. So my two car garage must lose a slot for the garbage. HOA is expensive. Smart house electronics seem to be beta versions (Not ready for prime time) water quality is borderline unhealthy can’t really recommend

Very misleading sales experience. Average warranty follow up. Average workmanship on overall build. Warranty items are bound to happen, but some of it stems from poor workmanship in the start. Community is very nice. The layout makes it esthetically pleasing. Amenities are nice. Gated community, not so much due to on going construction.

Before closing your property Lennar will definitely take good care of you, they'll answer all your phone calls, they will fix everything for you and they'll support you with great customer service. BUT ONCE YOU CLOSE the experience is totally NEGATIVE. Nobody will answer your phone calls, they will disappear and not worry about post customer service. Once you close your property with Lennar you are on your own. They only take care of you before closing.
