This has been the most wonderful experience for me! I have purchased many properties in my life time and I can honestly say this has been the most organized. effective and easy to follow process ever!

First time purchasing a new build home and the experience was excellent.

The team was proactive and responsive and professional. I have already recommended Lennar.

Overall, it was a good buying experience and the home itself and community are great. However, there were a few areas for improvement: (1) Our home was ready for occupancy on closing day, but was very dirty and was never cleaned. There was drywall dust on the top of doorframes, window sills and the refrigerator. The floors were filthy. (2) Many of the items noted in our pre-closing walkthrough were not completed before occupancy. (3) There seem to be a lot of warranty issues so far, which is a worry for the future, Also, the closing and mortgage processes were tedious, with the over reliance on Email's and customer portals and confirmation codes and so on. ... The title company doesn´t respond emails. It´s really a shame

Definitely made it as easy as possible to buy buy the home and complete all the required paperwork that was needed to close on the property

I want other buyers to know that we are very happy with the home and the deal offered to us.

Overall happy with the home; after replacing the very cheap appliances. The cabinets are functional but lower quality and probably will need replacing at some point. Happy with the structure of the house and the layout; Lennar has been very responsive to any issues. I would avoid Lennar financing if at all possible; it was a nightmare trying to satisfy all of their massive documentation requirements and felt like a part time job.

Although it was a rocky start communicating with the rotating sales staff, we are pleased with the experience and our new home. There have been a few issues after move in that were corrected quickly.

The mortgage process itself was incredibly smooth and definitely a 5-star experience; the team made that part very easy. However, regarding the house quality, I have mixed feelings. While the home is decent overall, the workmanship is "good" when it could have been great. For a home price of over $500k, I expected much more attention to detail, specifically in the bathrooms and kitchen. We noticed that the tiles are not level in some areas, and the grout and caulking work could be significantly better. Overall, it is an okay home, but not something to brag about. These Lennar people build very bad quality houses which is honestly fine with the one year warranty covering everything in the house but the catch is that they will give you a runaround and never help you out so then you’re stuck over paying for a crappy house

This is our 3rd lennar houses within our family. We looked around at other builder homes but we still come back to Lennar. Im happy I was able to buy a dream home for my parents to live in.

Good customer service and well experience guys

The house is nice, but since I’ve been in my home I have had to replace tankless heater, washer is not working well, a lot of calking is cracking, the tile is very cheap and cracking throughout the house. For the price the house is valued at , it should not be valued over 300k. The sod in the yard was put down poorly and the garage door is already messed up. Not too happy with all the things wrong but I am happy I have property and will most likely sell in a few years not what I was expecting at all.

Could have been offered blinds or a fireplace. Living on a slab is cold!

Lennar is customer centered. From start to finish you will get nothing but excellent service. They care about you and they listen to you. The homes are amazing, the quality is top notch.

I bought a Lennar townhome at the end of November 2025. I absolutely love the layout, size and location in the neighborhood. I got a great deal considering it is a spec home, so everything is included. Have only lived in it for a couple months so nothing negative to report. Hopefully won't ever have anything negative to report. It's a brand new construction, so everything is good right now.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new home and all of the wonderful amenities. I love that everything is new and fresh. I love the location. I really appreciate the Lennar Cares team and how they immediately address any home warranty issues.

Several things wrong with home. Process to get things resolved is ridiculous.

I’ve come to realize that the overall build quality with Lennar has been very rough. As a first-time homebuyer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and, honestly, it will be my first and last Lennar home. Buying a home comes with so much excitement and sacrifice, and it’s disheartening to feel that future homeowners are not truly cared for. The work feels mediocre, and while this is my honest opinion, it gives the impression that the focus is more on volume and commodity than on the people who will actually live in these homes. I purchased a Lennar home over the internet. I came how to look at it the day of the inspection. I found that the home was well represented and Lennar to be trustworthy. The process was quick and easy and we have had no problems with workmanship since moving in. The work on the amenities is going smoothly and as planned as far as I could tell.

Everyone involved with the purchase and closing was very professional, helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Lennar to family and friends. I'm fact my boyfriend is the one who referred me to Lennar!

These people do not care about the buyer. They don’t care about your needs, they will treat you beyond very 4/10 or 5/10 and they do not care, mostly because their attitude and mindset is that if you don’t buy it someone else will. They took their time for everything and communicated so poorly but when it was time to close on the house or when they needed something they completely chang and rush you and pressure you. Do bettter. Communication was the worst. Loan officer Adrian was great, Bridgette was great, realtor was great. Everything else was not a great experience. Really wish they treated ppl like they mattered and truly wish that they understood that for some people this is a once in a lifetime experience. This isn’t like buying a pair of shoes smh.
