Excelente personal and fast closing process

Every process of the closing process went smoothly even though I did it virtually. From the reading of the documents, signing and notarizing it was a pleasant and smooth process. Thank you Lennar!

Relo from NY- did the purchase out of state and it was incredibly successfully swiftly accomplished. Lennar is absolutely great to work with - from sales to project manager to warranty! Exceeded my expectations- and continue to be present and available 24/7 for my needs.

We initially looked at quite a few new houses by at least 5 different builders. After considering all the factors important to us, the top 2 communities were both by Lennar. The process of buying working with Sophie was very smooth. She is very professional, attends to details and always quick in responding to our questions. We are also very pleased with Carlos, who did the walk through with us and till this day is still very attentive to our needs. We love our new Lennar home.

Quality of the home is great. Open floor plan with tons of windows for natural light. The high quality countertops and floorplan design is ideal for any new home buyer.

The entire process was a breeze, the builder kept me honest of all the stages of home construction. And the customer service is very prompt. High recommended.

Melanie was amazing to work with to help chose out the options for our house. With her experience, she guides us with our questions to make sure we chose the right options for our dream house. Jason was great to work with during the construction phase. When we had a question or concern, he quickly was able to answer and help us. We love our dream house and we love our build experience with Melanie and Jason!

The buying and closing process was amazing. The staff members at Lennar sent out emails at each stage of the process and explained every step specifically. All staff members made themselves readily available. For example, Kurtis, Bree and Brian made themselves easily accessible. They provided quick responses and were very attentive to answering questions/concerns.

We haven’t had much interaction with the builder yet since we really haven’t had major issues. We are having difficulty setting up our ring system that was builder installed. We will probably have to contact a tech company for assistance.

Love the neighborhood and home! One comment I would make is that we’re hoping lennar closes the wall at the end of our cul-de-sac (perhaps with a coded gate) to the St. John’s river. It’d make everyone feel safer, keeping our the riffraff and give residents easy access to the pathway.

I was interested in checking out a home and that same day I had a appointment with Chris the housing consultant and he showed me what was available and we found our forever home and used my VA loan which was easier than I thought and we were able to move in just over a month later with no issues and the good thing about Lennar is everything is streamlined and in house for the most part so no issues and they respond back quick when you have questions. A 10/10, I would def use them again and was so affordable compared to other builders!

Everyone we talked with and helped us out with the process. Randy our mortgage loan officer. Josh and Justin were great to work with too.

From beginning to the final walk thur, everyone was very helpful. Aaron and Reese were on top of any issues we had. Dannett was extremely pleasant and a joy to work with. All in all, a good experience. BTW. We love our Osprey.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone took their time and taught me the new process of docu signing and emails ever since covid changed everything. They were all very patient with everything because l was going through a divorce at the same time. Everything had to fall into place and coinside as l was going through my proceedings. It took me three different attempts before l was able to lock in a lot as there were hurdles l had to over come with timing issues of my divorce. No one gave up as we were all determined to get me in a Lennar Home. It took a special group of people to make this happen. They cared enough to be like my own support group.
