Subcontractors never get back to you when you need answers to questions about what was done on the house for example the irrigation system was put in at the beginning of the build I have no idea where the heads are I have no idea what type of system they're using and when I try to get information nobody bothers to call me back secondly when you asked first things from the DC after your house is closed he never gets back to you or he tells you he will get in but he never does trying to get information about the build of this house is like pulling

The communication is horrible. After I bought my home Nate never responded to a question I had I guess all he cared about was his initial review. Paint is chipping left and right, paint all over our deck, our island is not straight, the granite is not sealed so stains have already happened, things weren’t painted trim wise on the outside of the home. Blue tape left in spots that were supposed to be fixed. Garage remotes stolen at close, everything was very cheaply done and terrible workmanship. I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. Patrick is an excellent and pleasant sales person; always helpful and ready to answer all your question. Overall the house will look good. If I need to critic something, I really don’t like the lack of choices when building your house...my kids are allergic and I cannot have carpet; they cannot help me. My kitchen sink will be very uncomfortable to use; but I cannot change it neither. We love Lennar’s everything’s included with nicer appliances, countertops, cabinets, whole house fan, ring doorbell, smart lock, garage door, thermostat, etc. However, we discovered a leak in our kitchen island a month after moving in caused by the builder’s carelessness which has caused major inconveniences for us and has taken over a month to fully repair the damage.

It took us meeting with 6 Lennar people to come up with a resolution. Not the easiest to work with except one person (Patrick) stood up and put the problem in their court, where it was to begin with, and we finally agreed.

There was a lot of back and forth between what Lennar should/should not be doing for their customer. This led to some animosity at times, however nothing was ever asked of Lennar that should not have been handled without even asking. Overall, for the most part things were completed before I moved in.

Great Experience After Settlement - Not Before

We love our home and had a great experience once getting past the mortgage process with Lennar Mortgage. The sales and mortgage experience was abysmal. The settlement coordinator for Lennar was absolutely awful! The settlement company was great as well as the construction manager and the gentleman who explained the home and features before settlement. They are the only reason we are giving any stars. This is my second home. I decided to go with Lennar mortgage for financing the home due to all the incentives they offered and this was the biggest mistake. The loan officer seemed very inexperienced. My closing was pushed back and when it was my day to close I make it to the attorneys office and my closing package hadn’t made it there. So I was at the attorneys office for over 4 hours. I love the home and neighborhood. The warranty team is excellent, very responsive.

Great house and value, but for the love, WHY do they send so many emails? Please just let me buy a house without hounding me. I’ve bought many houses and have NEVER experienced this kind of annoying marketing. Go away Lennar!

Cheaply built, hard to file warranty

Moved in 6 weeks ago. They didn't finish caulking the upstairs bathroom, the laundry room door doesn't latch, one wall in the upstairs has drywall that moves when you push on it (not properly nailed up), and they left half the building extras in my master bedroom instead of the garage. Aside from the use of flat paint in the bathroom, it's fine. The bigger issue is that my loan agent told me that the first year of HOA fees was covered with my mortgage. The sales agent was very nice but didn’t know a lot of information about surrounding schools, nearest grocery, etc. We loved the house and you guys were offering an awesome credit! Ronnie our realtor is Amazing! Ian our contractor is also Amazing. We love our home and we have great neighbors. However most of the neighbors agree that gutters should have already been installed plus hardware for bathrooms. Light fixtures are antiquated. Lots of caulking in bathroom and shower was not completed. Front door lock is hard to lock. HOA is very difficult to work with, they control everything about your home. You can’t even change your mulch or bark without asking for approval not to mention buying a tree or a bush.All the neighbors complain about HOA.

I absolutely love my home. The experience with Lennar Lenders was horrible to say the least. Communication was terrible and the constant arguing between my realtor and the lender was so unprofessional via email was just over the top. I ended up going with a different lending company and everything from that point on was AMAZING. I received daily updates and the lenders made sure to keep me informed via phone calls and emails. The incentives were even better. Do your research and remember you are important and also that you do not have to go through Lennar Lenders for incentives.

I had a pleasant experience with my construction manager and my warranty tech that met me on site and explained everything to me. They both wonderful and only because of them, would I rate this super high. The absolute worst part of this experience was my Lennar Sales Rep. Martha didn't really explain anything I had asked her to. She just gave me the basic information and showed me the house. Thankfully, when I went to a different Lennar Sales Rep (Princeton Lennar was amazing!) the week before that explained everything very well and took care of me.
