Everything good and perfect

Lennar employees were helpful and courteous, however the tradespeople they use make their jobs difficult. Too many repairs and redos were required. The average quality of work for the price of the home was not there. My guest room had to be repainted and taped, the backsplash in the kitchen redone and the siding glass door had to be replaced just to name a few.

Trustworthy, reliable, nice to work with.

There is a lot I could unpack here. 5 month delays, miscommunication, lack of communication, and being ignored. From sales to financing this entire team seems like no one has the right information...and those that do fail to communicate. The house itself is fine...but working with Lennar people is an exercise in frustration. They *say* they will answer your texts and return calls. They dont. They say welcome to the Lennar Family. Well this is a family that only sees each other on occasion and rarely speaks...

As busy as everyone is here building. The community. Environment. Atmosphere is a small town feel. Quiet. Relaxing. Enjoy every minute of it. Even with the growth. Highly recommend !!!

My home was delivered with very few minor issues which were quickly remedied within 24 to 48 hours. Overall from initial look at the community to closing, the Lennar team was very responsive and helpful. I am very happy with my new home!

Great experience, very professional builder!

Everything is good. But I have a small concern at my backyard wherein there is a detention pond which comes under HOA was not maintained properly I think because I can see a lot of debris at it’s banks. I moved here 3 weeks back and did not see any HOA work going on.

Before making my first payment my home had five separate issues with flooding from the main drain. !!!! Responsiveness was rated a 3 because someone from the corporate office did contact me regarding my issues and provided in writing timing of when all my repairs would get completed. Very unsatisfactory with the issues my wife and I had to deal with.

Overall our home was built fairly well, but there were some issues we brought to the attention of our new home consultant that had to be brought up multiple times before anything was done. Some issues were not relayed to the construction crew/building manager, which led to multiple appointments for repairs after closing.

This national builder does not live up to its promises. The representatives are either lying or don’t know their business. The closing was a slapstick scene from a comedy, but we weren’t laughing. The follow up to fix outstanding items has been a nightmare. Several repairs have required multiple visits. No one from the builder will take responsibility, everyone just passes the buck. Mediocre finished product and horrid customer service from the builder.

The mortgage and sales end was totally unprofessional and inept. Lennar is in serious trouble once this market settles down. Still waiting on punch list items after two months with little to no communication. Would never seek out a Lennar home again.

Building a home is very difficult, but building during a pandemic is extraordinarily stressful. supplies are always limited and timelines are completely disregarded. there needs to be teams working with the buyers in order to keep communication flowing. It seems that materials that arrive or not going to the homes that have been waiting the longest, but being distributed randomly. I am sure this is wasteful and costly for the builder, but frustrating for the buyer who waits months for supplies to arrive at their home only to see that other homes that were purchased much later were completed much faster. The entire build process needs to be reevaluated so that buyers are not left during a very busy season to be scrambling to find somewhere to stay because of all the delays. Once we were assigned a new project manager, the communication did improve. Donald did a great job trying to relay problems to us; however, his hands were tied with being able to resolve issues in a reasonable amount of time. Once our home was completed, there were multiple issues with the construction and cosmetic appearance of the home. Many items were damaged or not done at all, and here we are two months later still trying to get things repaired. I would definitely not do this again. I believe that Lennar could be much greater than they are, but they are completely focused on money instead of quality. ... More

The representatives were all very professional and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It made the whole process easy.

To be honest since day one I've been having bad experience with Lennars Home from the day I gave my deposit until my closing date plus things that currently have not been fixed when I was advised it will only take a week after my closing date. Just unacceptable.

Not much to say besides having to call stuff in from settling of a new home. I just wish they had installed AC or had given an option for it.

Delays in construction. The quality is terrible. We were made to do a walkthrough of the townhouse when there was absolutely nothing ready. They took another 4 weeks to complete. If that was known to the folks working there why would they schedule and walkthrough and try to close just to show the numbers at the end of month? Had roof leak on the first rain after moving in. Great response to attend that but being quality builder this is not acceptable.

The level of clear communication is key and what makes Lennar stand out. As an excited home owner in waiting, we were excited and anxious to start our new life in a new community. The Lennar team gave us that peace of mind and confidence that we made the right decision. We now have four family members that have purchased Lennar homes, from Erie to Castle Rock.

The female loan officer was a total nightmare. She had no clue how to talk to us and couldn't explain what she wanted.

I am in awe of the materials I used. they are not of good quality for the price of the house. response time is not good. Every day new details come out and it is a new house.
