Honestly, there were a lot of communication issues during the home buying process with LENNAR. I was especially disappointed with the construction manager Cody. There were several issues with the home that needed to be fixed. We brought up the issues during the walk throughs. Whenever we showed up, Cody was still working on the issues . It was disappointing to hear that Cody stated we were the ones delaying the processes when he could not even get his workers to fix the issues in the home. Not a pleasant experience throughout this journey

I will not call this experience a pleasant one. Working level team is not at all sympathetic towards buyer. They don’t have problem solving / reducing mindset. From day one things didn’t go in a professional ways. They collected all information from my agent and later on denied to pay any commission. This list is very long . However the above point was completely unprofessional. Construction quality is also having question mark . I have submitted few complaints but one of them is most important. Hoping a good resolution.

It's a good community when you build your house try to keep the engineers who they are when you move them around there are a lot of differences in the construction of the house so there is a lot of irresponsible behavior from your engineers and to this day I still haven't got the key to my garage door key missing. Also I didn't get any painting code or color code for the inner wall. You didn't give this at the time of closing. You engineers don't know. After asking, they showed me with open arms. I hope you don't get the same lady we had. She lied to us several times. The other people we dealt with were ok. Lennar cuts so many corners that produces a sub par quality house. The fences are complete crap. interior paint is horrible. I would not recommend buying a home from them.

John did not take my third party inspection report seriously. He brushed everything off and basically told me that this was not going to be a "perfect" house. Even for a new build, this house had a ridiculous number of imperfections and I was rushed into closing. Even after moving in, I have submitted over 4 warranty claims, and the Lennar representative just tells me that everything is not covered. I have a garage door that doesn't close, an A/C unit with a bad filter after less that 60-days of move in, and so many more issues. Buying a home is one of the largest purchase an average person makes in their lives. Unfortunatley for me, my experience with the sales agent I was assigned was not positive. Disappointed as to how unprofessionally Lennar handled the sale. What was stated and what was said were not correct. Extremely disappointing to keep getting feedback that this is not a custom home, so we need to expect this poor quality of work. It was not clear who address your issues to because I was constantly told that’s not my department. I didn’t have a pleasant experience with financial group with Lennar. It’s an unwanted experience for me and I am glad it’s behind me.

Honestly this was my 3 home purchase but if was the worst of the three. More stressful, communication wasn’t good at all, timeline kept changing, walkthrough and final walkthrough did not repair a lot of things that were broken or damage. Plan to purchase again but it will not be with Lennar.

I wish I could give a higher rating because I love the layout and space of our new townhome but we just had a difficult road getting here. The home buying process went smoothly until we took over ownership. Within a few days of closing our AC unit was stolen leaving us responsible for all charges. Living a Nightmare and not waking up....

First they would not put in the right outside light like "every other house" on my street has, they told me there was a blue print change but if you go through the neighborhood you will see that my house and only 1 other has NO outside light like all the other houses. Lennar's workmanship is surprisingly sub par. This is truly a production home and that is what you get. There are such minor design features they missed that would move their home from below average to top notch but unfortunately, Lennar's home design team must be novices at best to have missed such minor things in their floor plans, at least in the many plans we reviewed.
