Would have liked to have been better informed during the whole process. Structural and design changes were made during the building process that I wish would have been shared with us. Issues addressed were not completed by final walk through. A month into ownership, we feel that some issues were forgotten about.

I had a house from Lennar in Tampa that the construction, finishes and the features were top. Came to Myrtle Beach expecting the same…..what a disappointment. The quality of the work and the finishes are probably the most cheapest. The lights, rugs, paint, cabinets. Bathroom……the worst quality. I had an issue with the grading of my soil prior to closing and the Construction Manager indicated that it was due to rain. A month and a half passed by and the area did not improve. The trades don't care

Our house is just ok. Everyday we find something that is awful with it. Meaning the trim, the doors, the paint. The trades don't care, and when they speak very little english you feel bad telling them that it still looks awful when they come back in to "try" and fix it. They always have to call the boss and see if they can or can't do more work. But then it ends up looking just as bad as it was at the start. The trim work is horrible and the doors all look awful as well on the bottom.

THIS IS MY THIRD CONDO AT BABCOCK NATIONAL. I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED FROM THE FIRST CONDO EXPERIENCE NOT TO PURCHASE A SECOND ONE. MY THOUGHT WAS TO GIVE LENNAR A SECOND CHANCE WHICH I DID. THE EXPERIENCE WAS A LITTLE BETTER BUT STILL DISMAL. THE THIRD IS BACK TO THE FIRST, VERY BAD, THE WORKMANSHIP IS TERRIBLE AND THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS ARE TOO BUSY PUSHING OUT NEW PRODUCT RATHER THAN TAKING CARE OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY CLOSED ON THEIR UNITS. NO MORE LENNAR FOR ME.

Since we moved in we have been having problems after problems. Everytime I call to place a warranty work order there always seem to be a long wait time no one answer phone calls. I have emergency problems and no one came out to help. I had water line bust and was told it’s not an emergency and the list countinues on and on.

The house was rushed to finish for closing so it was closed for end of quarter. Sloppy job on finishing touches. Still waiting for damaged kitchen cabinets to be replaced. No one will schedule the installation. Pool was not ready at closing.

Lennar was in a hurry to close the home. Because of this there are many items that didn't get taken care of on the final punch list. i.e. painting, paint on carpet etc.

After I moved in took long for grass to be put on the yard and had to many issues on the walls you could see screws and pilling house started shifting just stuff that should not happen on a new home that cost and paid a lot of money

From the moment I signed and gave my deposit for my home I felt that it was one of the last lines of communication with Lennar without pulling teeth. The only time I received a call back was when they sent me a review. After moving in and doing a virtual tour It took over a month for anyone to respond after having to reach out yet again. I have family members that moved in over a year ago and they did not have the same experience. Lennar service has for sure decreased in quality and craftsmanship. The overall purchase experience from reserving to closing could have been better. We find different folks from sales support to loan, there always been some errors or omissions. After closing, we did a walkthrough the home, and we immediately find out when we standing in the kitchen, the floor bounces when the garage fire door closes. We then test the stability of the floor with others walking around the house, and we also felt the floor slightly bounces as others walk around the home. This was our 4th new house and the worst one. Caked on mud on the light colored carpet. Microwave came with someones else’s cooked on cheese. Just gross! Air conditioner had no breaker hooked up. Garbage everywhere. Not what we expected from a new home.

Paint, stucco, and concrete splatter all over the exterior of entire structure, floors air conditioner, railings, carports, walls, stairways and the list could go on. Parking areas full of debris nails and screws everywhere. Builder not responsive to issues

Lots of repairs needed before and after closing and it took long time to respond to or repair. Flooring installation is poorly made and the front door peephole is made to accommodate a 6+ foot tall person to see from. When asked yo lower for safety was told NO can do.

The sales person was terrific and helped with the buying process. The closing was delayed by Lennar. The condition and cleanliness of my new home was poor. Empty bottles inside and out, paint job was awful. Paint everywhere with spots missed on the walls. There was paint on mirrors, on carpet, tile floors, cabinets, shower doors. No hot water, broken cabinets and fence behind the house is crooked and we lost footage. Lennar could have done better for the price we paid.

This is my second experience with Lennar, first house had good quality in almost everything; the new house had a lot of issues and now is really difficult to get them fixed. I only got help from one person (Mr Lee). Also the way that they does the closing is annoying, my realtor had to get paperwork through the title company after almost two months because they never gave me a copy.

Waiting for people to keep their promises

I signed the contract thinking they would fix broken windows, doors, uneven fixtures since first walkthrough. Four months later still waiting, they fix some floor issues, drywall issues and now water is coming from the ceiling. Very dissatisfied!

Pay the extra 50-100k for better workmanship, materials, and construction management with a different builder. Everywhere we look my wife, myself, and guest see examples of poor craftmanship. I don't know who was overseeing the quality of this build but they need training. The standard was set low. I have and will continue to share this sentiment with anyone who asks about the home
