How many corner Lennar cuts and how bad the building materials are used. If it’s the cheapest then they use it.

If you want a quick build with tons of issues and half butt work? Go with Lennar! Fit and finish is embarrassingly bad. Having Lennar fix the grout in the master because the workers stained it with moody shoes. At first they weren’t going to fix but thank God for the amazing people in warrenty. That’s about all that’s good with Lennar is their warranty department. Guess they needed a good one with all the issues they have. The Carpet in my master bedroom has paint stains on it and is very dirty from all the construction workers. Lennar should have it professionally cleaned, after all I bought a brand new condo with a brand new carpet, it should look like one, and it doesn't ! I feel cheated !

Home builder has defects, that take many visits from their contractors to repair, over the course of several months. Our counter has been repaired over 6 times, and still needs more work as they can never get it right on the first visit. Damaged closet hardware has been months to get repaired, still waiting on parts for over three months. Front door still is beat up from construction, and still waiting on a replacement. Upon move in, our keys weren't even there, and then weren't the right keys, and have to get it rekeyed. Attention to detail isn't there, they just wait to see what you find ...

Would not recommend them , I sign a contract then they voided because they had to many sales for that quarter when resigned the contract they charged me more money for the , has done nothing to fix the problem not even an apology

My 3rd time building second time building a Lennar home, this has been the worst one by far. From the lack of communication, to the 9 week closing delay, the quality of work, missing items, incomplete items, no walk through etc. I would not recommend Lennar as a builder.

I don't feel that the materials used were of great quality. The blinds don't go all the way to the window sill and aren't level, the faucets don't seem of a good quality, the front porch had something brown left that is raised from the cement, the ruckus was not installed properly.

Lots of promises upfront, but the reality doesn't match what was said in the sales office. Constant drywall issues with multiple homeowners, there appears to be a very poor vendor being used continuously. For these high prices (and getting higher) there shouldn't be a wait list for a year to fix issues.

Sadly, the information from one team to the next gets lost. The client has to constantly remind them of what was told and by whom. Obviously, the client will do it since they are making such an important investment, but the support and guidance provided by Lennnar, especially to first homebuyers, is subpar. Lastly, quality of materials, attention to detail and overall value for the price paid is questionable. There is a general lack of refinement with many details.

The buying process was smooth, Lennar was involved in every aspect of the buying process, including getting a Mortgage and the closing. From that part I am happy on how everything worked out. In regards to the house, we were told a date when we would be able to walk the property to see if everything was in good shape. They said that we could bring a home inspector so we hired one for the date Lennar told us. A few days before the inspection Lennar told us the date was postponed 1 day so our home inspector couldn't come with us as he could not accommodate that last minute change. We then ...

Jaime was great to work with during the buying process. At closing, there were many items that needed correction like painting, wrong windows, landscape issues etc. I was working with Brian, the construction manager for our home. I had to keep reaching out to get him to come check out the issues. He came multiple times to inspect the same things. Weeks would go by without follow-up. Landscape was addressed poorly weeks later. The trim work in the house is not that good. The paint job on the interior doors is bad. Debris were painted over, there is paint splatter on the doors. Uneven brush marks trying to cover debris, that need to be sanded and repainted properly. The edges of the doors were not smoothed and are rough. The kitchen island counter top is not level. The kitchen sink has to be replaced due to being badly scratched and dented. When I did the walk through, the kitchen sink was conveniently wet, and I did not notice the scratches. The buying process and went well. There were small issues that were addressed with the home itself. Bigger issues have not been resolved and I feel I am being ignored by Lennar. A construction worker broke a sprinkler head, I told Lennar but nothing was done. Due to the busted head, my water bill was extremely high. I was told Lennar would reimburse me but needed to provide 3 bills. I did and never heard anything back. Two trees in my front yard died and the house was not 4 months old when it happened.
