Honestly it was one of the most horrible experiences ever done. The buying process was very unprofessional since they keep on changing the closing day and while me and my family already left the place we used to live at. I’m a disabled Veteran so I thought I will be a little easier for me to move into my new house but this was just a nightmare. The house was not even clean, some things were damaged and the response from the inspector is just not working for me so I ended up doing the cleaning and fixing with my wife for over two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend Lennar to any of my fellow Veterans ...

We have had issues ever since we closed on the house and it was like pulling teeth getting them fixed. The only person that actually helped us was Derrian and he was/is awesome, as he is still helping fix the last remaining issue. We never received our 30 day TLC that we were told would be happening, we just received an email asking how it went but nobody came for it nor was it scheduled. I understand these are homes going up really fast but I at least would like everything to be working/minimal issues for the price we paid.

The sales office was below average at best. I had to constantly chase sales for status updates and information. Was supposed to close on April 1st. Finally closed on May 31st which was very inconvenient for us. It was apparent the closing was rushed and the unit was nowhere close to being ready. Bo, the construction manager, was excellent. Very responsive and helpful in getting repairs completed as promised. Overall experience was a 2 on a scale of 1-5. This is our 3rd property in BN. Had a similar experience with the first 2. First of all, my last name is incorrect. Even in this email for review. I sent at least 10 email and had 5 phone calls over this issue. Half of my paperwork has the wrong name. Same with my dad‘s name, it’s spelled wrong. Even on closing date to sign the docs for the title we had to go a second time, even then it was wrong. So we signed them with the name spelled wrong. After the closing, I still get emails, requesting documents. Even now after 2 months. It’s very unprofessional and annoying. We want to enjoy our home but we have issues after issues. I would NOT recommend Lennar's mortgage. I was unable to use Lennar's mortgage company due to their inexperience and I lost out on all incentives in addition I never received all the information at closing regarding who to contact, association information ect... The tile in my master bath had to be redone multiple times. Holly was amazing she was the bright spot in this experience without her I would have walked away from this home purchase.

We have had multiple issues with this house - too many for the price. Customer service is always quick to respond, but getting quality work is another story. The most on-going issue...I still have not been able to get another router to improve my internet (we've been in the house almost 2 months). They supplied us with 1 router that is good for 2000 square feet - our home is almost 3,200. This is our 3rd new house and we will never purchase a home from Lennar again.

Dealing with the sales person was difficult. She told us the house will have a few things and then on closing they were asking more money for the things that should be included. They did not allow us to move the data points around the house and did not allow us to add more data points in rooms where it was needed. We found the process difficult and not to our full satisfaction. We are planning on getting extra work completed after closing. Dealing with loan officer and title were such a pain. Poor performance, wanted evidence for everything just in case it won’t qualify and at the end it was all unnecessary paperwork. My home was finished and still needed to get clear. On this crazy sellers market. Cheap materials, poor quality of craftsmanship. Better off to go with a better builder. Lesson learned.

When I bought this house, I have been told no co-op (buyer’s agent commission). But recently my neighbor told me they had co-op for the real estate agent! And we almost bought the house at the same time at the same street! It is not fair, builder treats buyers differently!

We love our home it’s everything we envisioned it to be. We believe that lennar could have handled business better. We closed almost 3 weeks after our tentative closing date due to last minute paperwork we had to produce after we did our walk through. The home is nice with the exception of the issues Horrible experience being told a few days before that we no longer qualify. Everything was pleasant except the experience with Lennar Mortgage. The loan officer was clueless about what was going on. I worked with Lennar Mortgage before but they were all knowledgeable and were prompt. This was a very bad experience.

The home buying experience was very frustrating. Our home was delayed by 4-5 months while other homes on same street that contracted 3-4 months later were finished earlier. Compared other homes we’ve had built, It appeared that Lennar just slapped stuff together so they could close. Now we have to deal with it through the warranty process which is inconvenient. Examples are broken window, front door doesn’t line up with hopes drilled, no hardware on the door, island 3/4 inch lower on one side, floors stained, no address plate on outside, and I can keep going. It was 14 month of screw ups and problems. Being told things that would or will never happen. Very frustrating and expensive for us to find a place to live for all the months. When I called to complain about the length of time it was taking I was told very sarcastically that I should read the contract and they have 2 years to build the house. It was screw up after screw up until Rob took over as superintendent. I would never ever recommend Lennar to anyone

The home itself is beautiful and the quality is impressive and everything we wanted. The buying and financing process was a non stop headache of poor communication and blatant deception. Supply chain issues and construction delays are very difficult to handle especially since they are not properly communicated. Waited 4 weeks for an essential steel beam to be delivered just to wait two more weeks for work to start again after delivery. There were too many defects and incomplete issues with the home when we had a 2 hour orientation. Instead of being able to pay attention to the orientation we spent the time placing blue tape and could’ve used many more hours. One the final acceptance walk a week later it was better but still needed more than the 2 hours allocated to mark. Issues.
