Initial meeting with sales rep was great. Told about 6 months to build. When signing purchase agreement, $10,000 was added to cost of lot and a tentative closing date of 8 months out. Although they really didn’t give a reason, I sensed they didn’t want to lock in a lower price knowing that it would take longer to build during supply chain shortage and labor issues. Actual closing date was backed up twice and ended up being 9 months and 2 weeks after singing purchase agreement. Front line staff were always cordial and empathetic but it was obvious there was much going on behind the scenes that was well beyond their control. Lennar likes to promote EI (Everything’s Included) as far as all of the latest technology is concerned. I’d agree that there are many items that can be linked and controlled using a mobile phone. However, when you call Customer Care for assistance, you are told that you have to install internet smart home hubs on your own and that you can watch videos on the Lennar web site for instructions on how to connect all the technology devices to your phone. Overall we felt that we are cheated on the quality of the workmanship and the material. They are rushing with the construction process and hence compromising on the quality. During construction hard to get updates and clarification on any concerns we had. They even close the house before fully ready. The warranty process is awfully bad...The list will go on and on...

The builder are attentive to detail. Great subdivision. Only thing that is missing are the amenities.

Quickly addressed all issues before and after closing.

We rented at Bonita Springs National GC. That is main reason we chose Lennar. The only negative was that it took longer than we hoped to build because of pandemic and economic policies.

The only good thing about buying this home was the new home sales rep Brittney. She helped me with a lot of my concerns with Lennar customer service team and my issues with the community.

Joe, Mitch and Dan have been great help us buy the home and the other have been great to get my issues fix. Still waiting on some but hope they will get them done.

Excellent, available, quality, and fulfillment promise

It's my first home and we were excited through out the process.

There have been a lot of issues once we moved into the such as with the dishwasher, garage door, windows, etc. too much stress for a new built.

Delivered quality home in record time.

The overall experience has been almost seamless. Lennar was very responsive and for the most part everything was done on time and ready to go. There are always hiccups in the mortgage process, but Lennar kept those as smooth as possible

Absolutely NO follow up to issues.

Good overall experience. 1 downside is you cant change anything or have anything added during construction even if it would make things easier in the long run.

Lennar have no integrity. I still have issues with blue tape. Submit work orders and they are closed without being done. I will not recommend Lennar at all. From the sales representative (Jeannette Beltran)to, the person I did the new home orientation (Annisa) to the Construction Man. (Chris) no integrity, don't solve your issues. Rick is another one that keep calling me to make appointments and mever show up to fix the work orders. Lennar is a circus

I chose the house I'm living in today because of the experience of living for thirteen years and being able to say about the quality of the construction. Trust is not bought or sold; it is acquired over time. I am happy and can confidently testify to my friends and family about Lennar Builder's impeccable quality and professionalism.

Tara our sales rep was super helpful & truly made it an enjoyable experience buying our first home. God made the way! He set us up with her for a reason. We had many questions and she definitely never made us feel we were a nuisance and helped us the best way she can, if she couldn’t, she gave us options and recommendations. Troy & Eric from the construction team kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They sent photos as they progressed with the build. I don’t think I would buy from Lennar again, and would not recommend them. It seems their goal was , where you would want a builder that takes pride in their workmanship.

My construction manager was Chris. He was very accommodating when I wanted to visit the construction site. He made every effort to address any issues I had. I would have preferred a better painting contractor for the inside of my home as that quality is not up to par. Chris had them back twice so after that I gave up. If you are buying a Lennar home try for a lot that has been assigned to him as he is the best (trained by Matt who was good too!)

Olivia was a great sales person to work with. we appreciate the construction high ups who helped to resolve an issue prior to the closing of our home. So far Amanda, from warranty, has been helpful as well.
