It has been one headache after the next. I THOUGHT owning a new home would be a dream and maybe because we have never have owned a new home our expectations were set to High. Everything from broken door locks, marred closet doors, scratches on most of the windows, and a kitchen range that doesn't work. We do have a wonderful associate we deal with and she is wonderful. Keeps us informed and very knowledgeable on how to get things done. That being said the house shouldn't have been given to us in this condition.

Everyone involved with the purchase was ok; a little over the top in loan qualifying. When we took possession we were disappointed in the condition. The house was dirty; left over plumbing parts on the cabinets; paint drips all over the floors; very poor paint finishing throughout; paint still on the glass windows, scratched glass patio doors, and many more. Somebody in senior management needs to be on sight to see for themselves!

Overall, the quality of this new Lennar home is at best average. First off they tell you when you have your walk-through that all the issues will be taken care of that is not so at the final walk-through we were told we have to wait for the repairs for our 90 day check up, which is absolutely not acceptable. The functionality of some of the features is not good. Why does one house need two or three sliding glass doors back to back. Our home-buying experience has been somewhat disappointing. While we were excited to move into a new home, the overall build quality feels inexpensive, with materials that seem below par. We’ve encountered multiple issues, including fixtures coming loose—something that shouldn’t happen in a brand-new house. Buying the house so good everyone at Lennar was helpful and professional. Once moved in get anyone to simply finish the repairs that were agreed upon on the walk thru has take multiple attempts. Many miss appointments no call backs no reschedules. Very disappointing and frustrating. I guess getting the house funded and closed was the most important part of the process for Lennar not customer service and support.

My house was built very poorly. I don’t feel the construction team for Lennar actually cared about how the house looked cosmetic wise. The things they said were “normal” are not normal. I have areas missing paint, huge chips in the door frames that were just painted over. Baseboards that look like a 5 year old installed and painted. Uneven texture. Water heater issue that they can’t seem to fix after 5 appointments. Chips out of my kitchen cabinets that they painted over. Very disappointed and very unhappy I can’t enjoy my brand new home.

To many issues is 60 days and less than stellar appliances! Leaking roofs tripping electrical issues (thank you Marie for helping with that)and I will never own any Fridgedare appliance ever again! Gas range that is questionably safe every time I lean over to put food in the microwave the gas knobs on the stove turn on and I won’t be doing much broiling that’s for sure! The dryer has no light inside and no windows just a solid door! Although the refrigerator is now working fine it took 3 of them before I could say that! Thank you Michal for helping with that!

Sales team was great. Communication of construction updates was great. House product upon completion...horrible. Cheap products used for a higher-end home and bad final product with LOTS to be worked on. Customer service followup, also bad. Like the house but disappointed on the workmanship.

This is my second Lennar home. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the materials. The floor is the cheapest one in the market. No hocks in the bathroom. No gutters? Cheap countertops,in general very cheap construction. I will it recommend you to anyone. My first home had beautiful countertops and all the things we are missing here!

The only experience that was good was working with mortgage department, they were great. Sales office was not responsive to concerns after I signed contract. Koral told me after I signed that water was expensive here. I moved in 8/28 and still do not have sod and neighbors who moved in after me, like next door neighbors already have theirs. There are a tremendous number of homes that have sod, they haven’t even brought on new base dirt or leveled my lot. The team of staff that made sure the COE is met on time on its deadline did an excellent job that helped me move in. The staff that provided the keys, instructions, etc were great. The stressful disappointment start from Lennar customer care completing issues requested. The resolutions were not acceptable. Please just refer to my requested completion of issues. Second to this is not being provided recycle and trash bins by Republic services going on 6 weeks now. I have been living for so many years in CA and never did I experience this sloppy delivery of service.

Overall we are happy with our home. There are a few things that we’re not happy with. Our back yard is an issue with ground being uneven and over ran with weeds. There’s a few odd ends through out the house that we are not 100% pleased with. But, for the most part we are happy. The HOA definitely needs some rules in placed and I would like to see more landscaping in the entrance. The kids park needs a few things and better up keep. But I’m sure these are things can be addressed as the neighborhood gets older.

Very disappointed in Lennar Sales Rep. and rushed craftsmanship. When being shown the house and we asked if we could put in an offer, the sales rep answered,”you can but if it gets appraised for more you’ll need to pay the difference at closing” this dictated how we proceeded. Just recently we learned we were supposed to be shown rates. We were never shown any. Lying to first time home buyers so a Lennar rep. can squeeze more profit for them self’s is disgusting and I’m appalled that’s what y’all stand for. The loan process was smooth and professional. The sales agents at Lennar were horrible and unprofessional. The build side of things was ok, however the quality of the products used very low quality. The carpet is extremely thin and the paint is horrible.
