The purchasing experience of my townhouse was fine. The quality of my townhouse is not good. Very sketchy. I have submitted SO many tickets for service to correct issues that it’s becoming a weekly habit and a part time job. This is not what I signed up for. I’ve become the general contractor to repair so many things that it totally diminishes the quality of product Lennar sells. My realtor warned me about Lennar and I should have listened. There were a lot of issues I brought up during the 1st day of walkthrough. The construction manager wasn't professional in responding to my follow-up calls/messages. For example, my refrigerator was so tilted, and when I called him to have it fixed, his response was "it's just the way it is". He only fixed it when I told him that I wasn't going to close the house and that I would inform the Lennar salesperson about his work ethics. Prior to close discovered chip in granite! Summer was to handle this Monday morning after close- no one showed up no follow through- QR code done and requested by Haley no response. Honesty and Quality are clearly lacking in Lennar

Quality issues with almost everything. No transparency from the construction manager and overall no good communication. Lennar’s standard is much lower than it should be and even though the work is done it is not quality. Anywhere they can they are trying to cut corners to save money and try and just do “good enough” work. Even though their work is clearly sub-par. Yes our house is completed and yes we are happy in our home but Lennar’s quality control is lacking, their honesty and transparency is sub-par at best.

We moved forward with purchase, despite reading some of the previous reviews and homeowner issues. We submitted 6 warranty claims within 1 month of living in the home, which was not the issue as I anticipated "some" minor issues, however they were all a result of poor craftsman ship, what appears to be a rush to complete/ close and move on, and lack of attention to detail. If there were a no star available for some categories, I would have put zero stars. On paper, an inspection was done but the mistakes missed during the “inspection” indicate nothing short of negligence. After two months, I am still dealing with Lennar mistakes and losing days waiting for workers who either don’t show or don’t complete the job. Lennar was great in the beginning answered all of our questions in a timely manner whether through emails or text! Our sales rep Ali was always available to answer any questions we had, and with us being new home buyers she walked us through every stage of the home building process and for that we are grateful. In my experience the sales effort and aggressive chase for wire transfers long before the house was anywhere near completion was unprofessional. A 1:00pm walk thru for a 4:00pm closing when the interior doors where still in the garage along with many poorly done items in and around the house. Closed the next day with many open items. The construction of a $500k home rates a Minus on our scale. Super delayed process that was poorly communicated. Stressful and limited communication during the build process. Obvious lack of supervision of poorly skilled workers. The home continues to present endless construction issues. Just wished this product was refundable .

There is no sound proofing between the ceiling and the neighbors floor above I hear everything that goes on upstairs!!!!! I made settlement in September 7th now I’m going to try and sell it hopefully no one reads this LOL !! It’s 2022 I shouldn’t be able to hear my neighbors upstairs. Not worth your time. They to get everything done. A lot of dings on all the doors, cabinets and cabinets doors. The material that they use is really cheap. They take t there time to come by the fix there mistake. Overall it has been not good experience for my wife and I.

Loan officers are terrible if I was to do it again I'd use an outside mortgage company. Also don't use there insurance for flood and homeowners you'll get ripped off.I regards to length of construction time that went well . Addressing my punchlist items that went well.

I would like to have gotten the same quality of workmanship that was in the model home. I'm sorry to say that didn't happen and even though they made many many promises to make things right, I know that it won't happen. They only make money by building new homes, not by fixing their mistakes. It makes me sad to know that the quality is not getting any better and they really don't care.

I paid $20,000.00 More then some of my neighbors for a premier lot . I cannot get out my screened in back door because of the extreme pitch . This lot is unusable as is. I cannot traverse this landscape at all .My 4 year old grandson opened the screened in backdoor and fell out rolling down the pitch and hitting his head on the Irion drain ! This home was not built for me. I ended up buying this house but shared the issues with the home. The simplest issues where fixed partially. They caulked and painted the split door frame. When they painted they closed the doors so when I opened them the paint came off the doors. The cleaning crew was horrible. There are paint specs all over the quartz. The bathrooms and shelves are covered with paint and saw dust. The joint compound for the drywall on my ceiling has bubbled up. These are the things they need to fix and haven’t. Very rushed closing with hundreds of punch list items, some not fixed yet. Warranty service which is supposed to start at 30 Days is just now contacting us at 60 days. Sales and Finance teams delivered, and Construction team helpful, but corporate control of the process and follow up is non-existant.

Overall we felt that we are cheated on the quality of the workmanship and the material. They are rushing with the construction process and hence compromising on the quality. During construction hard to get updates and clarification on any concerns we had. They even close the house before fully ready. The warranty process is awfully bad...The list will go on and on...

My experience with this purchase has been a nightmare. This company don't take responsibility from their negligence's. Big sewer water flood the day of the move and nobody want to claim responsibility.
