My home was built using lock luster effort. Everything from the materials and attention to detail is lack luster. My home is falling apart with so many defects that I have marked. I have purchased from every major builder before and Lennar doesn’t even earn a spot at the table in my opinion…

The house has too many issues and it is taking too long to resolve them. It was not worth it to pay so much many for a hoy with a very poor workmanship. It has been five months since the closing and stood Lennar hasn’t fixed all the many things wrong in the house.

Closed in August, still waiting to fix more than 10 issues

There were several issues with our home upon move in which we were told would be taken care of. We had to continuously contact customer care and the construction manager to complete tasks that were not completed as promised. We had a ticket opened due to a cracked cabinet and back splash prior to closing date. The ticket was closed without being addressed or us being contacted. I had to continously reach out to customer care to figure out why the ticket was closed without the work being completed and they weren't able to tell me who closed the ticket or why. Quality is not good for the price that we gave

Lennar sales manager is not customer friendly and don’t want to listen customer issues

Beware, many homes in our development have had serious plumbing issues and we are hoping we wont have the same. They rush to finish these houses that are there are too many issue with craftsmanship. Customer service has been slow to react due to staffing issues.

The folks that are assigned to help you with issues are so over extended that not much gets resolved Promised deadlines have not been met The quality of the buildings. On some things Are substandard

I purchased a new built and was promised during closing if there is any problem we will be out to fix it. A lot of below standards. 2 months in cabinets are falling off and apparently it’s a problem in the entire neighborhood along with drainage issues around the houses. No one wants to properly fix anything of or it takes months to get someone to come out to the house.

We have been in our home for 4 months. The first three were a nightmare. We had many issues and it was not acceptable. We had our spigot in the garage fixed 4x bc it leaks, and shot out of the wall and flooded our garage, the master shower flooring was not installed good and couldn’t use it the first month bc they had to keep adding foam and it still squeaks. Our mater toilet was leaking and called the emergency number and told it’s not a emergency and to shut water off and they’ll come tomorrow. The smoke detector goes off 10+ Times while you cook. The flooring in the master and hallway squeak so they had to cut a big hole out of the floor to replace and sand the hallway wood. As they were doing that, there were marks on the wood stating it needed to be fixed but instead they just threw the carpet down. The paint job in here is horrible. We had paint splotches all over our flooring and paint chipped everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend checking your home over very carefully before you sign. Everything went smooth until after closing. I moved in with broken windows and a promise they would be replaced. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to be replaced. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I called the “customer service rep” and he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. His response to my phone call was to just copy me on an email to someone else . Didn’t even waste his time sending me an email directly addressing my issues/ questions.

Salesman Chad Bush. Great Quality of workmanship. Dreadful. I already submitted a review and heard nothing. I have already requested solutions to no end. Waste of time doing this I’m sure

I purchased Lennar’s most prestigious home available in Babcock National. I got the same refrigerator and countertops that are in the condos that cost 1/3 of what my home cost. My upgraded cabinets have to be replaced because of a manufacturing defect. Quality of workmanship is extremely low because the contractors have to rush through every home. Think twice before buying from Lennar.

I honestly purchased the home due to the location but was not happy and am still not happy with all the active repairs having to be completed due to negligence on the builders part. It honestly feels like they just slapped my home together.

Build quality is not good and finishing is not good as well.

The home seems well overpriced for the poor quality of materials used, especially the flooring. The houses are built MUCH too close together, and my backyard has a very steep decline that makes much of the yard unusable.

I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. While buying the house the waiting until the last day to say they needed documents to close. They have 3 weeks and waited until the last day. The loan officer was very nice through the process. ... Still emptying buckets from our leaking ceiling every single morning 5 weeks in

From the beginning I said I did not wish to do things electronically but was forced into it. Then I was told after everything was done I being transfered to another mortgage company without any reason or notification. Bad communication on getting back to fix issues. This refrigerator is faulty it keeps beeping when I heard the beeps when looking at the house before buying I thought It was a security alarm on the house. I've been calling in about it but getting no one to get back with me on the issue then on left side of house there looks to be a problem with the bricks. Good luck getting anything fixed! Worst experience I have ever had with a builder. Their word means absolutely nothing. Still having issues with getting things fixed that was supposed to be done from our final walk. The only experience that was pleasant was between our sales person and the loan process. The construction side was a total mess!

Did a home walk had my driveway ruined by sod installers gouge marks every where was told would fix it they ripped out the section that was damaged pored new concrete however they broke my front sprinkler head it no longer fits flush in ground sticks out left debris and concrete nails wood in my driveway for three half weeks reached out mangers amd hone reps constantly calling emails to gwt it removed they finally sent some one to clean that mess up left dried concrete all over my driveway finally spoke to manager about issue he said he'll have my sprinklers repaired and new sod put on my lawn that they ruined never did haven't heard or seen them can't get a hold of anyone lennar doesn't take accountability for there mistakes I regret purchasing if I known they would be like this buyer beware stay far away from them would not recommend purchasing a lennar home also front face on my kitchen drawers f3ll off 1st week in home and my breaker box for dryer keeps tripping have to reset it constantly ... For the price we pay for the home, you would think the quality would match however that isn’t the case. Not only did they rush to put it together, after we purchased the home before closing they were sloppy. We had a walk through and they still did not fix issues. Just removed some of the tape and acted like they did. Still to this day, we are finding tape they never addressed too. All around just think they are sloppy and want their money - not interested in having returning buyers bc they try to scam you.

I had high expectations when buying from lennar been looking to buy lennar since 2019 i have seen multiple lennar south and west texas neighborhoods but when it came to buying our first home this year 2024 I was very disappointed in lennar, when we went through our inspection walk, our inspector Abdul was great and he helped us find a lot of issues and mistakes with the home, we felt very confident in him that these issues were gonna get resolved. There was damage to the kitchen cabinets, trim that was bulging around the island, doors not properly latching, missing touch ups on the paint and the grass was not evenly laid out. There were many gaps in the grass and some boards on the fence were also missing nails. The driveway and patio concrete was dirty in the back yard. I'm not sure how they prepare the home for move in but our flooring came with scratches and was filthy when we moved in. When we met the construction manager Marcus M., he assured us that everything was going to get fixed and there was no need to have a secondary walk through which we trusted but turned out to be a huge lie and mistake of our part because when we moved into our home none of the items were fixed. I believe that these homes were rushed to built just so that there could be inventory homes to sell. I'm not sure if there is even inspection of the framing and foundation. For the quality of the home, I feel like we overpaid. If anyone is looking to buy a lennar home, I highly recommend you get your own inspector to inspect the building process prior to move in. ...
