Waiting for months to get problems addressed and still no help. Promises made and no follow through. Finish work is not good, follow through not good, effort to make things right nonexistent. Gone through all the appropriate channels and done everything asked of us and we are left hanging with no help in sight.

The materials and majority of the workmanship is subpar at best. I was expecting more from Lennar as I have been in previous developments they have done and didn't see or hear about the issue I am dealing with. When you do get someone to take care of warranty work - they hack and slash it.... instead of correcting flaws the right way, very disappointing to say the least.

Buying process was not horrible. Home has turned out to be built extremely poorly and needs lots of warranty work. Builder also decided to save money by not completing a retaining wall between the properties resulting in 15k in out of pocket expense to resolve eroding steep hill of dirt builder somehow got the city to sign off on. Stay away from Lennar if you want quality for your money.

This is our second and last lennar home. The Constructon quality has gone down from the drywall finish, paint, trim ect. Every punch item is pushed back and you fight to get every repair done. We are not happy with any part of this long process.

The overall quality of the workmanship and warranty repairs are a joke. Dealing with the constant repairs and all too familiar "no call no shows" are a full time job. I've lost count of the number of repair tickets I submitted and I've burned through all of my vacation time rescheduling appointments because it is almost guaranteed that there's going to be a no show. I regret this purchase and I will never purchase another Lennar.

The people were nice enough… but had many issues with quality of the work performed. Many challenges trying to get the issues fixed/resolved. Installed faulty wiring so my internet has. It worked properly since I moved in and I work from home to imperative it be working properly. No help from Lennar… they put it off on other and tell me I need to contact warranty to fix… dishwasher, washer machine, Wifi all not working. Took a very long time for some resolution. Been in house almost 3 months and believe internet was worked on/off for a total of 2 weeks.

finishing of corner areas and fine points sub-standard. shower had to be re-caulked after a few months. bath tub is noticably not square. i measured it 1/2" off. the dividing wall between shower and tub is also crooked. noticable gaps between floor and bathroom cabinets. House was not cleaned prior to move-in. Window holes are also not cut square. Let’s start off with the good. Jennifer in the sales team, was great to work with. Everything else has not been a good experience. The craftsmanship of the house is not of the quality you would expect from Lennar or any home builder. There are so many issues with the home. Once we submit a ticket the team try and take the easy way out of fixing the problem and then it looks worse than it did originally. The communication is horrible. After I bought my home Nate never responded to a question I had I guess all he cared about was his initial review. Paint is chipping left and right, paint all over our deck, our island is not straight, the granite is not sealed so stains have already happened, things weren’t painted trim wise on the outside of the home. Blue tape left in spots that were supposed to be fixed. Garage remotes stolen at close, everything was very cheaply done and terrible workmanship. Patrick is an excellent and pleasant sales person; always helpful and ready to answer all your question. Overall the house will look good. If I need to critic something, I really don’t like the lack of choices when building your house...my kids are allergic and I cannot have carpet; they cannot help me. We love Lennar’s everything’s included with nicer appliances, countertops, cabinets, whole house fan, ring doorbell, smart lock, garage door, thermostat, etc. However, we discovered a leak in our kitchen island a month after moving in caused by the builder’s carelessness which has caused major inconveniences for us and has taken over a month to fully repair the damage.

This led to some animosity at times, however nothing was ever asked of Lennar that should not have been handled without even asking. We love our home and had a great experience once getting past the mortgage process with Lennar Mortgage. The sales and mortgage experience was abysmal. The settlement coordinator for Lennar was absolutely awful! The settlement company was great as well as the construction manager and the gentleman who explained the home and features before settlement. They are the only reason we are giving any stars.
