Problems didn't take long to occur; there were cracks on walls, which was the slightest issue of them all. They didn't build the plumbing correctly, causing the water from the bathroom to overfill, have builders come back and dig up the waterline outside. The dishwasher leaked multiple times, which was an appliance issue. The kitchen cabinet had a huge crack on the side and was fixed, but after fixed, the drawer wouldn't close properly. The doorbell chime was burnt out within six months. The lightbulb in the bathroom dropped as well. The overall quality of this house was not worth the price, and hardly convinced it was newly built. Shoddy workmanship, they shouldn't use the phrase "Everything's included" anymore - it isn't. No cabinet pulls anywhere in the home. Blinds in privacy rooms only (we had both in our previous homes - blinds throughout, cabinet pulls, nicer appliances, a clean ready to move in home, engineered wood floors, and quartz countertops in the bathrooms - not laminate). House was NOT ready for move in, construction dust everywhere, paint drips all over the floor and carpeted rooms (aren't you supposed to paint before you put the carpet in?), the decorative brick outside the house was falling off in places, outside trim not finished on one of the windows and not painted in several places, hinge pins missing on some of the doors, grout work missing in bathroom, downspout not connected to gutter drain in the middle of winter, cabinet doors improperly installed, back porch slider door was improperly installed. PVC pipes in the basement are jerryrigged to drip into a drain in the middle of the floor. Wow - it looks like someone's DIY job. Dishwasher that won’t wash dishes, microwave already bad, handles come off refrigerator. On and on and on. Wow.

I purchased 3 lennar homes inn the past, I am noticing the bad quality of the current one, 2nd floor squeaking, poor quality on the wall and doors painting, and obviously over priced due to the lack of inventory

The communication between everyone was great. The communication between the builders and the agent on a weekly video was great and helpful. Closing day was easier then expected and the whole Lennar team was just great!!!

There is only a one year warranty and after initial inspection blemishes and other issues are not covered. Found things after the inspection but was told they would not be covered.

The Lennar experience started very well. Alex as a salesman with Lennar as a lender seemed to be a match made in heaven. Alex continued as a helpful advocate, however, the lending process became a stressful and confusing process for no good reason. We remained loan worthy throughout the entire process and turned other lenders down, probably in error. The interior and exterior finish work was mediocre at best. The warranty staff came across a genuine until real work orders were submitted. I will not recommend Lennar as a builder or finance option to anyone. The communities Lennar is building are beautiful, just don't expect top of the line materials such as paint, appliances and craftsmanship in EVERY community.

My fiancé and I wanted to find the perfect community for our five daughters to grow up in. The woman that referred us online to this community was extremely kind and helpful. She was very professional. We then had an amazing experience with the gentleman in charge of showing us home selections. We chose a beautiful five bedroom home and we are extremely happy. There were a few small issues however those issues were resolved immediately with no hesitation. Thank you very much Lennar employees for making this a great experience for my family.

Everything was just easy, went and looked at homes. Found the one we wanted and got the ball rolling, everything went so smooth. Once we moved into the house, any issues we had got resolved in a timely manner.

My experience with this purchase has been a nightmare. This company don't take responsibility from their negligence's. Big sewer water flood the day of the move and nobody want to claim responsibility.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Lennar. We highly recommend them to any potential customers.

I appreciate there are challenges with material and labor shortages, so while we experienced these, I would not hold Lennar responsible for these. Also, the local people we worked with (sales manager, construction manager) were great! However, it was clear throughout the process that Lennar is a large corporation and the customer experience is not valued. During the selection process, many styles were unavailable, options were changed without notice, and for many selections, visuals were not available leaving us to make decisions based on descriptions. Additionally, it seems clear Lennar does not consider how the home or finishings will be used when deciding what to include in their homes. They could benefit a great deal by gathering feedback from homeowners about what works/doesn't or even considering up front how items will be used and considering ratings/reviews of included items. ... Lennar makes the home buying process smoother by including upgrades that other builders charge for.

Buying experience was great and easy, got update calls every other week from builder. Lennar severely lacks in skilled labor, many issues with craftsmanship, month and a half in to our new home and still a long list of items to address.

Great buying experience. The process was easy to understand. The house is immaculate. The only thing that I must say is that currently other houses are being built sorounding my house with noise and construction vehicles everywhere. I have to be patient and wait out the neighboring houses to finish to fully live the experience.

Love the house, but when I requested a pretty serious heating issue be addressed, there was no sense of urgency, to the point where the issue is still not resolved and it's been almost 2 months. Also noticed a crack in the tile the day we closed in December and the Crack has not been fixed. Had we not put tape over it, someone else besides me would've gotten cut .

Alina was outstanding helping us pick out just the right home. She was available to help with issues after the sale.

Sloppy work during final walk through. Missed a lot that we flagged. Has taken 3 weeks and counting to fix issues reported to them.
