We had issues right before closing and ended up delaying it. We have continued to have issues with the house. We love the location and house layout though.

We love the floor plan of the Jefferson model and it fits our needs (and our furniture) perfectly. We also appreciate all of the "upgraded" features of the home.

I am very happy with my house and the guarantee service has been fulfilled.

The salesmen are very friendly, helpful and always ready to listen to you. The home is beautiful and the price is amazing for the market we are in.

We love our new home and the entire process was seamless. The Lennar group was very responsive to any of our questions.

Casey, our sales rep was amazing and very attentive. If I was only grading him it would be perfect scores! At our orientation we were told that the person that usually does it wouldn’t be able to make due to COVID exposure. We understood that completely. So Mike (construction supervisor) did his best to fumble through the orientation. He told us that the other gentleman would schedule a follow-up in 30 days. That never happened. He also told us that they would replace a dented refrigerator door and that hasn’t happened. The workmanship on this home is below average. So many things that I couldn’t possibly list here. Also the are a lot of things that were poorly thought out by whoever designed the home. Don’t even get me started on all of the technology that we were never explained or shown how to operate. In his defense, Casey has tried to help with the tech training even though that’s not his job. Again, if not for Casey this would be. One star review. When you pay almost $450k for a new home you have certain expectations… those were not met here and it would be difficult for us to recommend Lennar as a builder. Not that none of this matters to Lennar since they are selling these houses as fast as they can build them. They’re getting their money so they apparently don’t care about the quality. Great experience with lennar, quick and easy buying process. Love my smart home.

The only positive thing I can say is they have nice floor plans. This has not been a good nor even decent experience. Shoddy workmanship and unethical practices from Lennar.

The carpet quality has gotten worse.House construction has lot of issues.No proper response from the lennar service desk team.overall not recommend.

Horrible Craftsmanship. home was rushed. 1 week after close and we've had major leaks. Worse home buying experience. Will never buy nor recommend a Lennar home again.

Homes are built with little to no pride of workmanship, just slap the homes up as fast as possible and any mistakes are overlooked or covered up with putty and paint.

You can trust the people you are working with to help you through the process. Taylor makes the offer process easy and kept me up to date on the progress. Ron made the building process simple. Ryan was amazing on the warranty side explaining everything, going above and beyond following up and doing the 30 day walk through.

Lennar has built a solid and well appointed home, the workmanship of the house itself is excellent and I’m very pleased.

Great experience. Friendly customer service. Updated materials and floor plans. Great follow up after closing. Good value for price paid.

The house overall seems to be well built. However,the response to punch list items is almost non-existent.We have been here seven weeks and still no working dishwasher.Also,some closet doors not installed,missing lights in lanai,stucco damage in summer kitchen,cleaning issues in summer kitchen and another half dozen lesser items on the punch list.

The quality of the work is just OK, there were many small issues like uneven subfloor and scratched windows when the house is ready, most of them are sort of fixed, however, you can't expect too much from them: for example, there are still uneven subfloors after the fix, and the color of the tile in the bathroom still look different after been repainted twice by their workers. After all, Lennar only deserves 3.5 stars, but since I can only choose between 3 and 4, I would add 0.5 star for the customer service representatives that worked with me and make the final rating 4 stars.

Overall, I am very pleased with my new home, which is what matter most essentially. The buying experience had some speed bumps which I attribute to having too many people involved, but once you get through that, it all turned out for the best. The Closing at the Lennar office was amazing, the treatment was first class. If you’re looking to buy a new home and there is a Lennar community nearby, definitely check them out. Floor plans are innovative and the people are amazing.

Do not close until the house is complete with all the options as advertised. Bombardment of emails without awareness of the urgent ones required for closing documentation and frequent missing closing information such as routing numbers etc requiring physically acquiring this information and possibly closing check on the day of closing. After closing and being inconvenienced after moving all items into house and having to address issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.
