Lots of issues in the fine details. We were missing a breaker for our air conditioner, several issues with doors in our home and slow when getting things addressed.

Lennar offers an all inclusive package with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. While this package is convenient, and appliances are name brand, they are at the very low end of the product line. It's important to understand this because the appliances may prove to be impractical for some home owners. First, the stove has a gas operated oven which make cooking difficult. I like the house I bought, but I don’t love it. I think Lennar should stop trying to build homes so fast. Quality means so much more to me than speed. There have been several issues that I have called about in the past few months that should have been done before I moved in. The customer service team as a whole does a great job, but I don’t care for the customer service representative assigned to take care of warranty issues. Beautiful home but some cut corners

There have been a decent amount of issues that we have had since moving in, especially with appliances. There are things we have noted around the home that are done cheaply for the price and size of the home.

The house we purchased is a next gen house. But with the floor plan which includes a mother in law suite for apartment. The plan should have made accommodations made for elder pesons such as walk in showers available and handrails if needed. Not flexible.

I bought a new home built by Lennar and moved in about 4 months ago. I previously owned an old home and this is my first brand new home purchase. The build quality is about averagefor a new home. I rate their customer service as above average. This is advertized as a ei (everything included) and wifi certified home. The integration of smart devices is a little disappointing. The salesperson, Stephanie Miller that we bought our home through did not make us aware of the upgrades that can be made during the purchase process. She also did not get back to us when we had questions. Chris and Dave have been exceptional in coordinating the techs to come and fix the issues in our home.

The materials appear to be excellent; however, regardless of whether or not it's a new home, get yourself your own inspector--my guy found numerous items that should have been caught during normal QA by the builder. That being said, Lennar has been fairly responsive to my issues--almost all of which have been satisfied, which is greatly appreciated...timing aside. Ensure that you have someone clean-up after closing; Lennar told me this would happen after my closing but, based on my findings, it did not. I should not have to go through my Home Owners assn to get my curb repaired. It is cracking and should last more than a few months. It should be handled by Lennar through the HOA.

Within the first week my microwave broke and had to be fixed. The stove drawer is very flimsy and comes off track. Within 4 months 2 door knobs came apart and the screw to hold it together is missing. You can see ripples in the vinyl flooring between the rafters of the flooring. It's like only the bare minimum was done by building code. The cement work outside the patio door is so rough, you need shoes to walk on it. one of my windows has missing film. It was pointed out at the 2 week walk through and I haven't heard anything. I thought we were supposed to get a 2 month walk through, ...

I do like the design of my home and the neighborhood but the workmanship was poor. I believe this was the construction was unsupervised and many things were wrong. Some of the problems were: the painting quality was poor, the tile work was not done properly, the front door was hung improperly, the kitchen cabinets were damaged, the sliding glass doors were damaged, the workman leave trash all over. I must say the builder is trying to fix things but it is certainly a hassle.

My biggest gripe so far is the quality of the paint and surface finishes both inside and out. The interior paint is a powder or chalk type paint, which CANNOT be cleaned. If your kids touch the walls, prepare to repaint. The drywall texturing was cheaply done and has many flaws and clumps in the material, which chip and flake off. I will say that Lennar was honest about this and warned me that they really do slap it together and cut costs on paint and finish. While i dont dispute the overall value and service, i would respect them more if they used better paint in a family home.

Lennar - The landscaping is not great.

The landscaping is not great. Our tree fell over twice and had to be replanted. Part of our property line has washed away because they didn’t put erosion barrier up and so a fifteen foot section of our sod has been washed under causing big holes in the back yard. They supposedly fixed it twice but it’s still there.
