Once we gave the final deposit, We could not reach our Lennar person, Alisa. Even on our closing, she was not at the condo to give us the keys as was stated to us. When I reached out, she said they had a new closing team and she was not informed. She never even stopped by the condo to apologize and wish us luck. The gentleman who did receive us was Arthur. Nothing but a salesman!! By that I mean he could have cared less about us. The sale was done and he could have cared less about what we said or how we felt. My wife and I both worked in retail and NEVER would have mistreated a customer as we have been. We are not people who want to complain, but what is right is right and wrong is wrong. ... More

I couldn't have had worst experience than buying a home from Lennar. I was deceived in signing the purchase of the wrong home. When I spoke to the Orlando sales consultant about his mistake he said he couldn’t change it. I ended up with a subpar home. A home with gross poor workmanship, with over 130 areas to be fixed, malfunction equipments , a wavy all, you name it. To make matters worst, the home was nothing like the one I had toured to buy. Each windows of this home faces a WALL… yes, a wall. We have to get out of the home to have a view… just pathetic. To date, there is still work to be done. Our Lender was absolutely horrible and would never refer anyone to utilize LENNAR mortgage

Lennar Title is the absolute worst. No response before or after purchase. Forgot to notify my realtor about walk thru date changes. Walk thru is 1 hr - orientation only - no time to stop to look for problems or issues. Customer Care response is hit or miss. House is gorgeous, makes it easier to look past the scratched and dented appliances, the gouges in the granite, the plain glass windows in the bathrooms, the paint spatters all over the overpriced LVP flooring.

I really need to wait and see how the yard comes out before I can make a real recommendation. Still need some things inside done and outside

Quality of work on the house wasn’t what we expected. There’s a lot of things that still need to be fixed and it’s been 2 since I closed. They need to be more attentive to there customers.

Our experience buying a Lennar House was a Nightmare! And 8 weeks after moving in, our nightmare continues. Trust me when I say, dont buy with Lennar, keep looking find your dream home, they crushed our dreams.

Poor communication. Changed CSR reps 3 times. Multiple delays mixed with the horrible communication required multiple moves and overlapping rent on multiple locations. Then gave estimate of 6 months, so we signed a 7 month lease, just to find out 2 weeks later they wanted to rush the close within a month so they could hit financial targets for the quarter. Several issues due to rushed close causing dealings with about a dozen contractors post closing. Various issues around the house still unresolved. Too many to go into detail, but a few; garage door misaligned, bathtub badly damaged, crack in cabinet molding, missing pool automation box. Escalated to management multiple times with poor excuses and not a single apology for issues and financial impact caused by their team. Love the house, but would never buy from Lennar again. ... Good experience.....up to completion....not enough step by step info after move in. Ex. when do sprinklers go on. still waiting for 3 screens.

straight forward approach. Easy to communicate with.

I think that Lennar has worked hard to integrate the supply chain of items needed to help with the delivery of items needed to construct the house.

The lack of quality workmanship was appalling. There was garbage in our house on move in. There were (and still remain after 2 month) many many issues with the house. The extreme lack of professionalism of both the sales and construction manager. No communication and lack of integrity in many interactions. I can not recommend lenar to others.

Sophie and Carlos have gone above and beyond. Having their support and care has been amazing.

Overall it was a good experience. I liked the model immediately. Having built houses before, I was somewhat disappointed with the interior paint job and the choice of carpet. There were other examples of a careless job. The flooring could prove to be problematic. The word that comes to mind is "rushed" because this is such a large development and people are buying houses quickly. I wish that I had been able to give input and change some things. I feel very comfortable in the house and will make changes after I have lived here longer.

House was poorly built. Takes forever to get anything fixed or taken care of.

I was disappointed in mortgage! Many issues still remain unresolved like no payment of home insurance resulting in cancellation of policy!

We have been in our new home for about six weeks. I have heard nothing but horror stories from people I know that have bought new construction with finding tons of shortcuts taken that caused issues or when finding a problem, having to fight to get the work done under warranty. Our house seems to be very well built. We found a small leak in the roof after about a week during a massive storm. We reported it and warranty support was amazing to deal with. We had everything taken care off very quickly and were kept informed on the process every step of the way. So far, I cannot find any real issues to complain about. Work order after work order right after moving in

Everything went wonderful until walk thru many issues needed addressed. Went the following week for New Home celebration and nothing was fixed but a few items. Was told everything will be addressed immediately, I’ve lived here for almost 2 months and only one item was fixed. Men show up and have the wrong tools or the wrong house and can’t fox my item, very frustrating

Family and I chose Lennar due to the growing presence in the SA community. We love our first home, but regardless of being a first time owner or subsequent owner the overall quality of the home is worrisome. From nails in the window frames to missing caulking throughout the home, the house was painted wrong then repainted the correct color with lack of attention to detail, frame can be seen outlined through the sheet rock, slanted window, and nearly every door frame was installed by the world heaviest hammer (broken sheet rock). It’s either move in and get things fixed post closing or don’t move in and lose out on great financing. The only thing that makes up for the lack of craftsmanship were the people who directly work with you. Whether it be the customer care representative who has been there every step of the way, or the construction manager who made sure to point out what flaws were present before the blue tape walk through - taking ownership to handle some of the issues before I could even see them. The mortgage financing team and sales associate were just as awesome. We still have issues to address throughout the home but the reassuring approach from all representatives let us breathe a little and get acclimated to the home. Hoping when we move from this one (potentially using Lennar again) we can have better craftsmanship experience. ... More

Very slow to get customer care response.

I would not recommend Lennar. Closing was such a hassle. They pushed my closing date four times. When I closed the house still wasn’t fully complete. They did a horrible job communicating to keep myself abreast throughout the process.

Lack of communication and make sure you get a thorough inspection of the property.

Great job considering the supply chain issues and labor shortages.
