Beware of the quality of work done! Lennar just contract everything to third parties. Quality depends on the mercy of third party contractors workmanship. When you leisurely inspect yourself you will find several issues/problems. I would avoid Lennar given a chance!

The work on the punch list that we discussed on our walk through prior to closing were not completed as promised. I revisited 4 weeks later to find the disappointment. I understand that the build isn’t a custom home build but the issues should have been addressed

Our experience with the Lennar representative as wonderful. If it were not for Laura , I believe , the builder would not release the home. We were committed to buy and the PRICE WENT UP THOUSANDS! This is downright criminal. The construction manager Reese was also a pleasure to work with concerning repair issues. The problem is the craftsmanship of these workers who are hired to build and repair and address all kinds of issues. The cosmetic issues were half fixed prior to closing. After living in the house you see so many more things that need to be fixed. When putting in a work order I was told to wait for the 11 month review. I am not convienced that things will be taken care of timely.

The quality of materials used in home are not satisfied and cuts so many corners to save money by builders. Every times when we ask for some thing, the only excuse they have that other owners did not like that. The clubhouse is awesome but did not spend even 20% of the money in houses.

The quality of workmanship on all trim, all walls, ceilings to name a few is utterly awful. Whoever performed the work AND the QC who accepted the work shouldn't be in the construction business, period.

We really love the area that we are in. Sure we wish some of items of the community were different. The communication with the sales rep was ok. I never heard from him on the closing day or after. Not even a check in to make sure everything was good. The New Home Orientation seemed to be a pretty decent list before we closed on the house. It has been two and a half months since closing and we are still waiting on some of those items to be fixed.

Had a major problem with my master shower. Constant water draining out of the shower. Finally after 3 attempts to rectify the situation the problem was resolved.

There were some home reps that were just used car salesman, but for one… Taylor was great to work for. She was honest about the whole process would recommend working with her on any issues. Works when she is off.

Easy process - Poor Workmanship

Sales and purchase were easy. Many of the Lennar systems don’t talk to each other so that was somewhat frustrating. After inspection and move in we found quite a few issues. Nothing that I feel confident that the warranty department would take seriously (house not sealed at roof - mice coming in). Been a Lennar home owner before, and Project Management and Quality Control is seriously lacking.

The home buying process went really fast and I did feel rushed to meet deadlines. Emails that were sent were sent on Friday afternoons mountain time so when it came to questions, I had to wait until Sunday or Monday to hear a response. My walkthrough was fast with the final walkthrough being rushed. All items that needed to be fixed were not done at the final walkthrough leading to a rushed job. Not what you expect from a brand new home

This home was not clean, poor painting everywhere especially the area above the baseboard. This means that semi-gloss was painted above the baseboard in some cases at least 5”. This was noted with both walk throughs, but was not corrected. Paint splatters on sliding doors not cleaned off and the tracks for the sliders were not cleaned. We have NEVER moved into a brand new house that was supposedly cleaned but needed through cleaning, by us, before we moved in. Was told upgrades were included with no upgrades available. Mortgage was difficult to reach and misrepresented the taxes and didn't explain very well. I received 7 or 8 estimated closing documents and not one was correct! Would not recommend

Having problems with incomplete exterior painting. The interior painting was okay except for massive over spray onto the appliances from painting the cabinets. The sink was chipped and was to be replaced or fixed-that was never done. The sprinkler system is confusing and hard to check if it is working. Hoping that there will not be a lot of problems with the a/c since it has been to cold to use it. The garage door seals were improperly installed and were never fixed. Lennar Needs to Upgrade Ethics and Internal Processes

Lennar salesperson was easy to work with and offered an easy in house mortgage offering with no closing costs. However, the mortgage application process was clunky and exposed a lot of internal communication problems. We had to approve everything twice because a second application was started because we were locked out of their site. Instead of canceling one they required us to approve all documents twice. A lot of things left undone or inoperable. Many things overlooked or ignored. Your people cannot be this blind. One gal stopped by here and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. She should be fired for her conduct. Some to most of your people are third rate at best. The backyard is even incomplete with relation to the entire property. You’ll be surprised when you get the list I send to have fixed or finished. It’s not a short list

I live in Utah and purchased a Lennar home in champions gate Davenport FL to Airbnb. After I closed, my agent Jag gave me the number to a guy named Aaron with Lennar who he said would take care of helping me with warranty issues.
