My experiences differed depending on the stage of the home buying process and which department I was dealing with.

There are certain expectations you have when paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for a new home. I will say that Lennar has done a great job of making things right over time but with a rush to build homes, there are details missing that shouldn't have gotten by. They need to slow down and ensure things are done correctly the first time. The most upsetting for me is the low quality dishwasher that was put in our home. I certainly expected more after being a homeowner for more than 20 years. We are still happy with our purchase overall and hope that Lennar takes steps to improve.

The sales team to start is beyond wonderful until you sign that contract, then you become a number. You better shut up and not make them work either, otherwise they will demean and demoralize you in hope that they can tear up the contract and sell it at a higher price. The workmanship is a joke. The house is literally falling apart left and right and warranty claims that I have put in in October still aren’t fixed at the end of January. I’ll be making street signs with all of my warranty issues that will remain in my front yard for all potential buyers to see until all issues are fixed. Shaya and Julian were the most helpful and best part of my Lennar experience. It was a easyand pleasant process for a first time buyer.

I expected more from the builder in the construction for the home the materials do not look so great as they show in the model. For the price I expected more but we got so overwhelmed and at the end we only want to closed the deal. For my experience I will not say more.

Good Modern House with secure community!

The sales and service were great. This is the most expensive home we have purchased and feel like the attention to detail was not as expected.

I had an incredibly awful experience with the customer service of Lennar. The company did not work in a timely fashion for necessary community approvals, but did not disclose this until the evening prior to closing. Days with an unknown closing date followed with Lennar completely lacking in communication, concern that my household goods were already on their way from across the country, and telling me on multiple occasions that I should be calling the government agency to get the approval faster. It was the worst experience I have ever had (by far, literally don't have anything else to compare it to) and I will never buy from Lennar again. In fact, I was ready to cancel my contract, losing thousands of dollars, just because of how bad the experience was. The only reason I didn't was because my child had already started school in the area and there was no other housing available at that time without having to transfer my child to another school. Good build, I have not seen the condo yet

(2) Disappointing Surprises: A) Master Bath Vanity: Master Bath in the Model had 4 drawers; whereas our Vanity only has 2 drawers...increasing dead space on either side of the sink .We were never appraised of this change. When approaching Lennar, no one could identify a solution (sales, operations, construction)..."this not my responsibility" was response received. B) Location of Outdoor Covered Parking Spot: We purchased our Unit on the Top floor of our building ($)... with the expectation our spot would be somewhere in the 1st row nearest the building. We are in Bldg #5...all the other 4 completed buildings all have 2 rows of parking. We find that our spot is not in 1st row or even the 2nd row; rather we are in a newly created 3rd row nowhere near the building entrance....& directly adjacent to the Waste Mgt. dumpsters. Once again, same response " (no matter who I approached) "...I have nothing to do with that" ... More

Overall everything is satisfactory

They do not provide enough information about the home prior to signing PA. Once PA is signed nothing can be changed and we had no idea.

Great buying experience thus far!

Good people working for the company. Responsive but generally the company went cheap on some areas such as materials for the walls and sound proof material between apartments. Low quality elevator, drywalls, cabinet material, etc.

Disappointed clean up and workmanship on new home. Way too many call backs on several areas of finishing of condo.

Lennar did very well in securing the land and its layout of the community. I do not know how they rate among other home builders but I am satisfied with the product and experience.

Love our new home.

Went fine till the end. Quality of finishes was below expectation. Sloppy work by finishers-grout on baseboards, poor seams on door casings, touch up paint in wrong sheen. Just sloppy. Lennar staff was great. Just poor oversight of subs.

My appliances are cheap, there is no outside vent for the microwave, No garage opener, I have to lift the door myself. No patio of any kind. calking and pain could have been a little better, a tthe end, I just couldn't split hairs anymore. Just not what I expected for a brand new home,

I would buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat. They are clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The only issues we had were related to their contractors, specifically the plumbing company they contract with is garbage. The company really screwed up a lot of things. But Lennar made huge efforts to correct the issues and were extremely responsive. It’s difficult to find qualified workers these days and we were understanding of that.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar service and always got someone to call me and say someone would be out to check the issue but no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since I reported the problem. Also, when it gets windy on some days or nights, the vent flaps (im guessing) click and bang loudly, which I just emailed service to come and check. Overall, I understand no home is without issues, even a newly built home. I expected the small imperfections in the house but did not expect a roof leak so soon. ... More
