Sahil - Sales consultant is who you want when you buy a house. Eagle Mtg is not who you want to use when you buy a house. It was the worst experience that I have ever experienced buying a home.

The process started off great! Everyone was nice and the communication was excellent. Our closing date was pushed back three times due to permits building issues. Each new closing date we were promised everything would be ready to go by the new closing date and that was never the case. We were told all blue tape issues and the overall home would be done before we moved in and they were not. Even after we closed on the home there were still blue tape issues that had never been fixed so we have a list of work orders to submit.

This is my second time buying with Lennar. It started off great but all went downhill. They kept pushing our closing out (understandable with new construction) but the worst was when we were scheduled for our new home orientation and we got a call less than 30 minutes beforehand when we were already almost there that the home wasn’t ready and our closing would be delayed (again). The construction manager was apologetic but I asked to speak to a supervisor and never got to. I had to keep following up for updates which was met with an attitude from Lennar. The total experience with Sales person, title, inspection were bad. In order for Lennar to be great company to trust, the ground work from. Sales and other areas should be good but my experience was very disappointing.

they are pushing these houses out so fast that a lot of things aren’t finished by closing and the final product is rushed. workers don’t take pride in their work and very sloppy. glue on floors, paint on tile and granite. Paint not even finished in some areas. no pride taken in their work and appears they are hiring people who don’t really know how to built. pieces being cut to small and still using those pieces. my cabinets have dents in them, like they had been dropped and still used. cracks in floor before moving in. door knobs don’t work right. sockets and lights put on crooked and not ...

My floor boards are coming up and my oven wasn’t hooked up correctly and it took 2 weeks to find out from Lennar we have to call the manufacturer for it to be fixed. My hvac went out about 4 or 5 times because it wasn’t level and the coils didn’t set right. We been in this house 2 months.

The builder did a nice job building the home. As with any new construction there are follow up issues. Those issues are not handled expeditiously and it is difficult to even talk with someone, whom to ask and where to go.

The home was dirty when I moved in. It took me forever to unpack because I had to clean before I started unpacking and clean as I went along. The baseboards were filthy. The paint job was really sloppy. I’m still cleaning up paint spills and splatters off the vinyl plank flooring. Also having to touch up paint on the walls and baseboards. Communication skills were poor not only with customers, but amongst yourselves.

The nice thing with Lennar and the point at which we purchased the home is everything was an "as is" choice, we picked the home with the features and colors we liked and did not have a million decisions and upgrades to look at. However, for the almost million-dollar home purchased from Lennar the quality of some of the materials and workmanship was disappointing. The state in which the home was delivered was also lacking with many, many spots all around the home with paint spots, spatter and/or drywall mud and grout (in the bathrooms and tiled areas) on floors and shower walls. The specialist I was assigned with this property is very poor with his follow up process. I would reach out multiple times and needed to involve my realtor to get a response. I am also disappointed is some of the workmanship of the property: every door has paint missing on the edge due to only a thin layer being sprayed, patio boards are uneven and appears hastily assembled, and there is a 1/16th inch cut tile in above my stove due to not measuring the tile correctly which gives a cheap appearance. For the amount paid I was hoping for better finishing work with the property.

As realtors and having brought 10 new clients to the community prior to our own purchase, my wife and I expected to have an advantage going into the new construction process with Lennar. No such luck. Having been assigned the worst construction manager we've met - a 25-year old who was brand new to the community, new to his trade crews and new to us - the experience was more challenging, more confrontational and upsetting than we could have ever imagined. Our home closing was pushed three times, home hadn't passed final city inspection yet when we moved in, sod work, when we finally got sod, is shoddy at best. The whole experience was terrible, and I wouldn't do it again or recommend it.

First day in the house someone (from the looks of things most likely one of the workers on site) stole all the arc fault breakers out of my panel. First day welsome to your new home. Afte approaching Lenar, I was given the "Sorry Charlie get lost" Not much of a warm welcome is it. I spent $1400 of my own money to replace all breakers and have an electrician come out on an emergency call sfter hours. I think Lenar could have done a little bit more....

This process was not consistent. The walk throughs that were promised throughout the process did not happen until the end. The communication was usually unresponsive on Lennar’s end from our key contacts and Katie S. was extremely unprofessional. I do want to say Henry, the building coordinator was very professional and easy to work with. Lastly I’ll say I understand there’s a time crunch in building these units but having our basement flood the day after closing was frustrating and unacceptable. The closing process was smooth and quick. Thank you.

There's a lock of pride in the quality of the workmanship. Very dirty home upon closing. Random nails sticking out of home and poor masonry job. I inherited projects in this new home to fix up what wasn't done. Garage has holes cut into sheetrock for the garage door. Just looks tacky. Floorplan is amazing, yard was fully sodded and beautiful. Customer service rep did an amazing job getting our punch sheet done in our walkthrough! I'd defiantly work with her again, she was on our side in this process!!

Lennar representatives are very well trained to make up answers on the go - this is everyone else’s, customer service, construction manager, etc. As we get close to closing their objective is to just get your signature to close and not really fix things that were found during inspection. A lot of the work seems to be done in a hurry and does not meet the exaggeration of Lennar representatives. Overall, they are not trustworthy!

After a delay of about four months we got close to closing and there was another 10 day delay. but we were still haunted about monies and paperwork for closing. Then when closing was actually imminent we had our walk through, After much follow up and nagging the punch list was promised to be completed before the closing. It wasn't and we had to resort to other means to make the unit move in ready. After all that we still didn't have hot water for 2 weeks. Lennar is still out of control

The house was not even finished when we did our tour before closing. We closed with the promise things would be completed. It took months before everything was completed. The finish work (cabinet marks, molding, doors and painting) are awful!! The paint brusheds were dirty and it left brush marks and dirt on the molding throughout the house. Painters came back several times to try to correct the issues but to no avail. The taping in the garage is terrible.

The home itself is a decent starter home. However, there was lack of communication throughout the entire building process as well as promises for things that were not kept. Plans changed without relaying of information. We still are having difficulty with communication and the houses was “completed” 10/31/2022.

the team - sales agent and the construction managers made it sound like i am buying a candy at a candy store. they forced me to close without proper completion of the house just to meet their deadline. they even threatened me that they will hike the interest rate from lennar mortgage if i dont agree on what i say...we do have 4 other houses and never ever we had such a bad experience. lennar is disgusting
