Everybody was great. The only question I would answer low on is the value for the price paid. Not a fair question in Colorado. Nothing is worth what you pay in Colorado.

I understand the labor and material shortage due to COVID but want get the new home completed even with delay. However, the new home has many items not finished such as the garage door. We have been forced to accept new house with many uncompleted things and defects. We have given Lennar construction supervisor a list of things need be improved but has nothing done so far.

We did not have any say-so to pick options or make any changes to the options that Lennar chose. Construction was rushed and it showed in the quality of workmanship. We paid a premium price for an average house. Would not recommend if you want design options or something better than builder grade materials.

Don’t purchase a new house because they put them up too fast with many errors. The homes are not sealed and protected from outside rodents. Let wide open while being built and rodents nest in these new home and the builders deny resolving the issue.

The process of building was enjoyable until you decided to send me surveys everyday!!!! I literally hate surveys. Quit sending them to me.

The team at LENNAR are the best in Las Vegas.

Everything has been wonderful, so far! The property, the condo and the amenities are wonderful!!

From the drywall to the outside of the house, the workmanship is far below standard. Example: Outlet covers that fall off when you put in a plug. I can't believe I paid this kind of money for the value of the workmanship. Many corrections still not completed after almost two months living in the house.

I love my condo in Monroe Parke community.

As a repeat home buyer, the experience was good but not great.

It felt like they were just an assembly line putting a product together.

Lennar has been a great company to work with, beautiful designs, quality construction and open communications with sales and project management. I definitely recommend them

We love our floor plan but are extremely disappointed with the quality of work on the house and feel like short cuts were probably taken. We are also displeased with the bidding and made the whole process feel like a car sales deal and more like a number not a home buyer. I wouldn’t recommend Lennar to anybody.

We had a nightmare moving to our new Lennar home in Rosemount. We had several issues with most of the appliances(Refrigerator, Cooking range, Dishwasher) doors, weather strips. We had service personals at home every other day for a month to fix issues. New home consultant helped us escalating issues and replacing defective appliances. Warranty support representative addressed most of the issues on time.

Everyone blames someone else, no one takes responsibility. They try to do the minimum and talk over you until you become so frustrated you either give up or walk away. The construction manager had no clue what was going on in our house. The paint was horrible inside and out, the grout had holes, the cabinets were rubbing and needed adjustment. The front door was crooked and the paint job was horrible. The garage door had no handle. All of our neighbors had similar issues. These are peoples homes...take pride in your work.

We purchased a model (Prescott) that Lennar did not model on-site at the community we were buying in. Therefore they used a virtual 360 Tour online to let us “walk through” the home virtually. They assured us that the online tour represented the home accurately. The tour showed several high-end structural options in the home such as a gorgeous butlers pantry with glass faced cabinets, and dual shower heads/controls in the master shower, as well as tray ceilings in several rooms. Keep in mind that Lennar is an “everything’s included” builder so their models are “what you see in s what you get” unlike most builders where everything in the model is an expensive option. However when our home was built, they had omitted all of these nice features and then stated that they had made a “running change”. They show me some practically microscopic fine print at the bottom of a floor plan I’d initialed stating that they could deviate from the floorplan at will. So they essentially removed about $25,000 worth of the homes nicest features, and told me that I was simply out of luck. They also be home without rough in plumbing in the basement. Mind you this is almost $1 million home, and Rough-in plumbing is in very basic feature with every other builder. This additional omission of the Rough ins, will make finishing them basement far harder and more costly. Mind you, all of their model homes showed rough in’s. I raised hell, and I escalated this to the president of Lennar for the state of Colorado, and after a ton of protest, he gave me an insulting $5000 credit, in Lou of almost $30,000 worth of features that they had unscrupulously omitted from my home. Never met my sales guy. Wasted money on a flight after getting direction from the sales guy. The loan office gave poor customer service. I understand they are under pressure for year end closing but... not acceptable. Quality of the home build is below standards. Based on my overall experience I will never purchase Lennar

They did not meet move in dates. Walk thrus we’re a waste of time as nothing was completed. Now that we are here we sent in a list of repairs two weeks ago and have not heard from them. Not sure what the procedure is but two weeks and more is unacceptable. Joey in sales was very nice and did a great job. Waiting till all is done and we can start to enjoy our home.

Experience was ok, house ok , service all just ok. Nothing special about this builder especially if you like a lot of crooked things like Ceilings, window sills and walls,

Home wasn’t close to finished for the walk through and wasn’t finished for closing. Almost two months on and I am still running around trying to get them to complete projects. I gave them four stars for trustworthiness only because I believe it will get completed.

Corporate needs to take off the suits and put work clothes on and get down to the nitty gritty see their output of their constructions
