Two cabinet doors broke right after we moved in. Kitchen floor toe kicks paint came off. We are still waiting for cabinet company to complete repairs but the closest appointment is in mid November. Disappointed

Lennar builds a sub standard home with the lowest commercial grade of material to be used. You buy a Lennar home because of the community not because of Lennar. I would not recommend them as a builder and would avoid them if I decided to purchase another home in the future.

They don't communicate well. I had to make numerous calls and speak to various people before I learned the real reason why my home wasn't finished. At times I felt that I was being misled until I found people who told me the reasons for the delay.

We closed 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for items to be repaired/replaced. I've made numerous inquires and all I get is stalling. Some of the finishes aren't the best and after you close you have to spend a small fortune to customize the home. Lennar doesn't allow you to do it during construction when it would be cheaper and easier. Next time I will use a true custom builder.

We bought the home in March 2021 and have flooring and wall paint issues at many places in the home. We filed work orders and when it's time for work orders to expire, management asked me to re open work orders with new expiry date. We are fine if you want more time but it has been 2 months now nobody is processing work orders. At least give the full 1 year support guys. Wifi is not working above 2nd floors at all. Bathroom Shower rod fell off. Wooden flooring came out. Paint is getting chipped off. Living room washroom door lock is not working. Lights panels on the ceiling coming off. ...

The property management company is an absolute joke. Rude, condescending, and the community managers are always unavailable. I have found charges on the dues that no one at First Service Residential can explain. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Housing and Urban Development along with the Better Business Bureau. The solar company is horrendous. We moved in 5 months ago. The day we moved in we were told not to use the A/C until the company could come out and check on it. ?. Two of our kitchen cabinets were damaged. We reported it. Two people came out to inspect the damage. They agreed there was damage. Four months later it has still not been repaired.

The first we moved in, the outlets in master’s bath did not work. The dishwasher did not work. I was told that we will get a new one, but we did not. The painting is below standard. Personally, I feel the windows in master bedroom is too small.

The fountains in the pond mysteriously "all failed at the same time" 3 months ago. Lennar continues to tell us they are being repaired yet the fountains are still missing. We can not get a clear answer when they will be repaired,or why they sent replacing them. Algae has set in, the wildlife is dying and our aesthetic is missing. Wildly disappointing the lack of accountability and misinformation.

Until 2 weeks ago no one attempted to make repairs. Severe issues in fewer than 3 months (stove, garage door, a/c and a few more things). It doesn’t build a lot of trust to have new things break that early and no one repairs them for multiple weeks.

Be prepared to be on site daily to ensure quality workmanship and materials. Use of substandard wood products is unacceptable even if “wood is hard to get and you get what you get” attitude. They build these homes repetitively so efficiencies should be passed down to the consumer but is not. Homes are fit together to tightly with no room for mowers to slide through. My air conditioner was hit snd dislodged. The landscapers do not grade yards properly including picking up rocks and proper leveling before laying down sod. Everything is NOT included. There is yard maintenance. The house was not ready at closing. Cleaning crew was on site for 30 minutes. Punch list was extensive due to incomplete or shoddy work.

Working with the warranty person Talisha has been good. Working with Lennar during purchase was frustrating and disappointing. We feel that they strung us along with an issue that was brought up when we looked at the house the first time with their salesperson. A resolution was denied two days before closing approx 4 weeks after the issue was brought up.

We have had many issues with our home from cracking and collapsing concrete, broken sprinklers, so much settlement that our front door won’t lock and our fence gate won’t close, broken water heater, pooling water and more. Anytime we submit a request it takes months to get a result and weeks for our customer care rep to respond. Super stressful and disappointing.

The quality of work would’ve gotten 5 stars if my flooring wasn’t awful. We had our final walk thru/move in on March 30 2021 and when doing the final walk thru everyone agreed the flooring was horrible. We marked it with tape and were guaranteed they would take care of this for us that same week. I even took 2 weeks PTO so I could be home and not delay the work… It’s been 4 months and my flooring has only gotten worst and we still have areas with tape that were never fixed. While I do not believe my home is a disaster, I do feel there is a culture of doing questionable work for the sake of turning a sale quickly and then returning to resolve the initial lazy and sloppy work. Our builder told us he was in our home quite a lot during the build, but he failed to faithfully audit his teams work. What the SINGLE MOST OFFENSIVE thing he did was cause damage to the doorway the day of our closing and was not responsive to fixing the damage.
