The people I deal with are all very nice, but things don't seem to be getting done.

I feel the property was not ready for us to move into. I didn't receive mail for over a month because Lennar did not set things up correctly with the post office. My address still does not appear on google maps so it's hard to get deliveries. I'm here almost 2 months & my list of the 30-day repairs have still not been addressed. I'm still missing a screen, a garage door window, etc. Things that should have been taken care of immediately. I have a chipped tile. I have a bathroom sink with a chip. The top of my rangehood needs painting & spackling. I could keep going on. It's very ...

Lennar - Sales department was fine.

Sales department was fine. Condition of my home was poor when I moved in. I scheduled some repairs but nobody showed up at the sheduled time. I spent my day waiting, finally somebody showed up late the afternoon took care of two simple tasks and left. no indication of when the important items would be addressed. I have waited to be contacted but have heard nothing. I will try and contact somebody today to find out the current status of my requests for service.

Once you close your house, they dissappear. Issues take them forever to get to. I ended up fixing things myself. Also lied to me saying they changed things on my house yet the houses under construction now have what was missing. They just didn't want to spend the time to get it right.

The unit has all kinds of problems from plumbing , electrical, flooring, windows, paint marks and several tickets are already filed within 2 months of move in. It is unfortunate to see a brand new home have so many issues. It is definitely not worth the price that I would pay

It would go a long way if the process after closing was better explained, not clear at all. Punch list is a joke, because it isn’t done prior to close and then you have to chase to get them done. Love the floor plan and the neighborhood, Lennar not so much! Very disappointing process all the way around.

Quality of Lennar was ok. Disappointed to be honest

Lennar was a great builder back in the day. The process was lengthy but that was expected. The wall paint is awful. The trim needs work and no one fixed the issues, which is unacceptable. No one will fix the issue since me and my wife signed the dotted line. Lennar knew of the issues. Tiles are not correct, the floor squeaks and they say it was done correctly. The rug isn't professional. My feet sink in the carpet to where I feel the hard floor. The lights on the ceiling fell and this is a new build, nothing should be giving me issues. The trim doesn’t meet together…..another issue that was ...

Lennar - Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering

Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering our questions about our home from start to finish. The warranty team however is a different story. Trustworthiness, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help with issues needing fixing on the first and final walk-through was very telling. The biggest issue was the damaged smaller condenser unit installed. We brought it to the attention of Rich in warranty. He just blew us off about it. He did the same when we told him of the brick/rocks that wasn’t placed on the outside pillars of our Lennar Juniper. He said we weren’t ...

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

Forced into closing before house was completed or move in ready, over 1 month in and still having basic items needing completed or fixed. Poor craftsmanship on several items. Floor not level, sinks not mounted to wall, held up with only caulk, cabinets and drawers not completed, exterior and interior paint not completed or patchy, terrible cement sealing in garage. Stucco work is patchy

Lennar - Honestly don’t know where to begin.

Honestly don’t know where to begin.. quick answer is that Lennar fits the exact definition of Quantity over quality. Don’t have the effort to repeat myself again on all the issues. Not to say there was not positive experiences during the process, however the negative over shadowed it. The most frustrating part is they were issues that could have been very easily corrected.

First of all, I would't brag about "having around 200 closings in one day" if everything you guys do is terrible. Terrible customer service. I don't get why we had to wait like 8-10 hours in the title house to get our keys EVEN when we presign the documents 3-4 days in advance. The finish in our house is terrible and I keep submitting tickets and my CM is not doing absolutely anything about it. Right now, I have a 24 pages long list of things that needs to be fixed.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of material and the quality of work done on my home. They are working with us to fix these things, but they shouldn’t of had to been fixed to begin with. One of my biggest complaint is the trim. The trim throughout the entire house has chips, filled holes, and flakes everywhere.

Many things being fixed should not have passed quality control before selling which seems nonexistent. In a rush for profit they compromise quality placing the burden on the buyer to say something is wrong a position the buyer should not be placed in by a quality builder. A warranty is great but don’t sell a product that’s damaged. They are being responsive to correct and fix things so far unfortunately some of the contractors leave a mess the homeowner needs to clean up. Not sure if quality contractors are lacking which could be the case. The sidewalks in the neighborhood and driveways ...

Lennar - Walk thru was fast and not complete.

Walk thru was fast and not complete. Many exceptions to close. I was given the wrong key when I closed. People were working on my home after I CLOSED without permission from me. My garage just got fixed 3 plus months later. The light switch to my laundry room is behind the door. With all that being said, I know nothing is perfect. I recommend a very thorough walk thru.

The building staff will ask you to give a great review because their jobs are on the line. I felt sorry for them. Also, they sell your mortgage as soon as the ink dries on your contract. The new company hasn’t paid taxes or HOA fees. My advice: don’t do it
