I been living the new house for two month. we've had an issue with water ponding on the washstand table, water doesn’t going down every time after using.

Our Home Seller Rep Kerry and Build Manager David were awesome! We did experience some issues along the way and we are still waiting on things to be fixed, but our last build was a terrible experience with CENTEX. Overall the wife is happy so I guess I am too.

No communication from land development company. No idea when the sod/irrigation etc. will be installed or future plans for property.

Customer Care Representative after the move in was phenomenal. Warranty issues and the attention to detail.

Home is brand new and has issues that have not been fixed. Minor issues but still haven't been fixed.

lennar 2300 sqft homes doesn't have walk-in or slide door pantry and no bonus /media room, I feel these are basic features in any 2300 sqft homes , also their closets are small , at least for bedrooms they could have given french doors. These are all very standard features , and considering Lennar is popular brand I never expect them to miss these features even in mid size sqft homes , The floor plans are not so great , and price is very expensive for what they offer compare to Dr.horton and Pacific ridge and Mainvue,

This house was closed on and the quality of workmanship was poor upon arrival. Items addressed before closing were not completed. The process to get things fixed under "warranty" as it is put is a horrible experience. I don't know how the house passed inspection with a defective furnace, a missing AC unit, and a missing drain pipe which was dropping water into the basement. Also many other thing like a defective shower pan which has not been fixed yet, and installation of defective doors through out the house. The everything included is also a receiving statement as you are left with a box of items to install yourself. Customer care lacks any care. ... More

First time buying a home, wish I knew what to look for before signing off, lesson learned.

Quality of the house is good but the quality of the flooring, appliances. cabinetry and granite where below average. I knew this when I bought. My choice was to invest in replacing flooring and appliances and add hardware to cabinets when I moved in. Lennar should have gave the same quality and attention that is given to the single family homes

Have asked lennar to stop sending me these rating reviews, and emails trying to sell me new houses and show me what homes are available etcetera! If Lennar can't figure out I've already purchased a home 4 months ago and can't figure out I don't need to buy another one; then why would I want to do business with an entity that doesn't listen to its buyers/customers!

Everyone we dealt with was great. No major issues and would definitely recommend Lennar to others. Thanks.

We loved much they communicated throughout the process and how easy they were to contact if there were any questions or issues.

The cupboard/cabinets in kitchen are extremely compromised with quality. We did felt that the cabinets in rented apartments are much better quality than what we got.

Exterior and interior construction was rushed and shoddy. Construction manager and supervisor lied so much to homeowners on what they've promised they were going to do. My cabinet has a cracked before moving in September and still waiting on replacement. Still waiting on lanai to be installed as well. It's almost February now and nothing has been done. They put so many tapes to all over the house to remind them which ones needed attention and all they did was took them off. Nothing has been done. I will never reccomend Lennar. What I will recommend is a class action lawsuit against them. ... More
