Great experience working with Lennar. They are the best.

Went to closing being told I had a surplus and would be receiving a check instead at closing was told I owed over a Grand.

We have family in another state that bought Lennar a few years ago so when this home became available I was pleased with the opportunity to purchase.

Mark did great job working with us. Brandi was always friendly an helpful.

We were very pleased with our sales and closing experience, as well as the follow up warranty service walk through.

Lennar is very supportive. Helps buyer with all processes from start to finish with knowledgeable and experienced staff. Patient. This is a tough market to analyze value received for money spent. Would have preferred to have been given a choice regarding kitchen appliances and toilets. We can't compliment more regarding their overall employee skills.. They take pride in their Company!

Every single person I interacted with from start to finish was responsive. In contrast to another new build I experienced w/ a different builder, I felt completely confident from beginning to end. I am proud to say I am new owner of a Lennar home.

The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Starting with the agents on site, they made my wife and I feel great when talking about what we wanted and needed. Gave great advice and helped us through the decisions. Then it went to the project manager. He was amazing at communication and responsive when he needed to be. I can’t explain how well it went even during these times of uncertainty of procurement for materials. The project managers attention to detailed was very good when we were getting ready to close so we knew that we were getting a great finished product!!

I'm quite happy about my overall experience with Lennar. Everyone has been great from start to finish. I love my brand new home!

Not quite like buying a house off of Amazon in terms of convenience, but just about as close as you can get when dealing with Title, proof of income, etc... Honestly I don't think I could have done better with this one, even after the purchase I have had these guys help out with small fixes, would highly recommend!

My experience with Lennar was outstanding. I’m a real estate professional and I’ve worked with many builders. This builder team including salespeople, construction managers and customer support members were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The sales team (Greg and Paul) for Valencia Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and make the process as seamless as possible. The construction team (Nate and Ozzie) listened to my concerns and made sure things were done right or corrected promptly. The follow-up after we closed has also been excellent. Just like it should be. This is my second Lennar home and I would highly recommend!!! ... More

Happy to be in a new home..Quality could be better

New home consultant and Loan officer was very helpful in my home buying process. They really went above and beyond.

Quality of materials is not great compare with my first home with Lennar. I am not happy with value of the price paid.

Rich treated us like family to make sure every detail was taken care of. Regardless of how busy he was, he never made you feel as though he didn’t have time to address your needs and accommodate to your time. Lennar is lucky to have him. :)
