did not get what was told and very bad communication not happy at all and will not recommend to no one

I can’t believe how this houses pass inspection! Connections paint and overall quality horrible !!

My experience with Lennar has been challenging and, at times, disappointing. From the outset, several issues were either missed or inadequately addressed, including problems identified during the inspection and final walkthrough. Some repairs were delayed, minimized, or proposed with solutions that did not meet reasonable quality standards. Communication required frequent follow-up on my part, and concerns often had to be reiterated multiple times before receiving attention. While some issues were eventually acknowledged, the overall process lacked consistency, accountability, and the level of care I expected when purchasing a new home. My first time looking at the 55+, I was very impressed. My salesman John Malone was patient with me since I was just looking and not ready to purchase. He checked in with me every few months to see where I was at with purchasing a home. When I was ready, he showed me the inventory that was available and I went to closing within a month. It was a great experience for me and I would not hesitate to refer others to him.

Closing on the house was confusing, we were given no updates until about a week before the closing when WE finally contacted Lennar and asked what was going on. The program the closing office was using to electronically sign didn't work, and they had to switch to a different program which stressed me out on a very busy day for me at work. The office we went to to pick up the keys was disorganized and very crowded with many people all trying to close. We were also disappointed that Lennar has cut out some basic components to the house, garage door opener, towel bars and toilet paper holders etc, making us have to track down and install them ourselves. Lennar's slogan used to be "everything's included", I guess not anymore. Also one month after purchasing the home, the hot water heater died. Warranty service sent a plumber out the same day, who said there was a loose wire, but he didn't say where the wire was. The manufacturer of the heater? At the circuit breaker? The home is beautiful, I love the openness of the kitchen and family room in one area. The whole house is well put together

Everyone was helpful. However, the technology is difficult to maneuver for a person without the knowledge to understand. And the mortgage process is so detailed. However I understand that is required. Lennar personnel helped me immensely.

Was not informed I had to buy and install towel holders . never bought a house with that not included. Also garage not finished off never had that issue as well. we have built 7 new homes in the last 10 years so I am aware of what other builders include. Price was very good for area.

I purchased a condo in Venice, Florida. The entire Lennar team was great! Thank you Denise and Josh, you and your team made it very easy and fun.

The place is amazing and the buying process super organized and easy but some materials and other parts of the house super cheap.

When you are looking at a home, they’ll tell you that $500 is needed as a down payment. But what they don’t tell you is hidden in their contract they have 90 days to refund the money. So to our surprise, after many unanswered, phone calls, and unanswered emails. We were given phone numbers that were disconnected and then finally they were sending the check to the wrong address. It was an address that we haven’t lived in in over two years, but I never gave them that so if you value your money, I would recommend going somewhere else to save the headache, frustration, and overall stres.

Very easy great help from the staff

The main problem I had is with the mailing address being different from the physical address. Also it would be nice if the buyers were given the measurements of the furnace filters. Perhaps leave one set of filters with the home.

The home buying processes with Lennar was excellent because of the people. April, Joe, Samer, and everyone involved were professional, excited to help, and made my experience memorable!

We love the home and the process and were surprised at the upgrades offered at an affordable cost. Walk through was easy and things were taken care of quickly however we are finding trade debris we missed (caulk and mortar in weird places). We also feel that sales is not informed of potential land and construction issues. In the days of work from home, we need internet and the lack of empathy or help from sales lacked when we discovered the lines were not completed at the street and hit the run around. I didn’t appreciate being pinned in the middle.

The buying and owning experience here with Lennar at Bridgewater has been wonderful. We love it and look forward to becoming a community with our new and future neighbors.

We purchased a home this past year and it was easy.......at first. There were too many things that were off putting. Joanna (sales) couldn't remember who me and my husband were almost every time we spoke. This made it seem impersonal. Cole (loan officer) did his job, and he backed up his word on ensuring we purchased a home with good terms. The closing process got rushed from a month to 21-days which stressed us out. We found out that this was due to Lennar's fiscal year ending November 30th. So, in the end, Joanna got the builder to give more credits and Cole kept to his word. The misinformation and difficult communication at times was an extra unnecessary stress, but at the end if the day, we got our home and at a good price. ... More

Buying our new home with Lennar in Sacramento was a wonderful experience! The sales team was professional, patient, and really took the time to walk us through every step. From selecting our floor plan to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. We especially appreciated the clear communication and helpful guidance, they made what can be a stressful process feel easy and exciting!

The process was quick, everyone was nice & helpful until you get the keys in hand then I felt a little lost in the process & felt a bit abandoned. Apparently, the builder did not submit documents for the foundation fee & I was contacted by Lennar title that I owed an addition $254 but then never got an invoice or email or statement. The walk through was as expected however there is no way anyone will remember everything that is told to them during the walk through, it is too much information all at once, it would be nice if I had an itemization or a quick synopsis of what was discussed during the walk through. Also in general there is a lot of document signing without much explanation. Also, after closing maybe have a list of what the homeowner needs to do regarding property taxes & switching owner's name, I had to figure out how to navigate that on my own. And it has been very difficult to find out much about the HOA, when the fees are due, what I am allowed or not allowed to do, etc even though I have reached out via email & phone numerous times. Bottom line follow through with homebuyers through every step of the process including making sure they know how the process works to switch ownership for the property taxes, maybe label where the ahut off valves are, give written directions on how to turn things of or shut things down, the name of or type of AC filter is needed, etc.... A quick reference sheet with everything in one place would be extremely helpful. ... More

Everything is fantastic, except the people from Solor They don’t return my calls or e mail ! The house is magnificent. That’s my only complaint.
