Overall the home buying process was fairly straight forward, however when I finally closed and moved into the house, the home was unfinished, there were chunks missing and scratched in my cabinets which should have been fixed when they were first installed since they were that obviously damaged, my attic access was the wrong size and was makeshift put together, the workers left a huge mess in my back yard and front yard of trash, pipe endcuts, and also the A/C wasn’t even hooked up so for the first week there was no A/C or heat. I would’ve been ok waiting and extra couple weeks to move in to have these issues fixed, but they said the home was finished and move one ready. ... More

Initial sales personnel excellent. Loan process terrible and disorganized. Pre-drywall walk through a failure because our concerns were not taken seriously and addressed. Closing positive experience. Had to request a step be installed from garage to entrance. Guess the home was not supposed to come with one??? Drywall plaster/mud heavy on garage floor. Guess I’ll be scraping that up in spring. Have since had frozen water pipes due to improper insulation which Lennar is dealing with. Gas leak on the outside which the gas company has dealt with. Have been here only about seven weeks so don’t know what more could come up. Good thing I love this Cal-Atlantic design townhouse. Haven’t seen better designed townhomes with any other builder. ... BEWARE OF WHAT YOU PURCHASE FROM LENNAR DURING THESE TIMES. QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WORKMANSHIP AND SENIOR MANAGMENTS OVERSIGHT OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AT PRESENT IS NON EXISTENT! ONLY CONCERN BY MANAGMENT IS DRIVING SALES, NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

Lots of issues inside the home very poor paint job home was not clean at alletc

Document after Document requested,sometimes for the same Document. Right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Now the house: Lennar took short cuts or cost saving measures. After moving in found no water spigot for the back yard, no towel racks in the bathroom, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom, poor workmanship in gluing floor, no insulation in the garage. Inspect the house very carefully before you buy.

Process has been great. Adam has been really diligent about making sure all of the issues/requests get addressed, and the rest of the people (Bill, Kayla, etc.) have been great as well.

Great experience an great neighbors an the quality of the home is special for a first time home buyer would highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a home!!!!

As much as I dislike making a suggestion to finance with the builder, you may get better treatment from Lennar Title by doing so! Questions not answered, calls not returned, treated rude when we arrived to close per Lennar's diection. We were even asked upon arrival to close, why we were there! Who just shows up at a closing for the heck of it, especially in a pandemic? And keep in mind, Lennar had all our monies and still used their leverage to treat us rude. Lennar, you are not the only builder and definely were unknown to us in IL. We traveled cross country to buy in NV and were thrilled to find a buildrer, builing homes to address our personal needs at this time in life. We have owned many properties before and this was the worse and most stressful closing we ever experienced! All, reading this, my comments are specific to Lennar Title. Our site foreman, conceigre, and sales associates were wonderful! We are currently working with Lennar's home care team to address a few building issues, and so far the process is going well. Hopefully, I will gain confidence in Lennar to recommend to others based on they uphold warranties, etc., but for now my only suggestion is if you decife to purchase a Lennar home, work directly with Lennar's team from start to finish and perhaps Lennar Title will give you better customer service! ... Closing was pushed four times due to labor and material shortages which is understandable but they were only concerned about their ability to close on their schedule and had little or no concern for our schedules as we were flying in from out of town to do the final walk through and close We spent lots of time and money changing flight and hotel and rental car plans. I would not buy. a other Lennar home due to this experience. No options for anything. We are building our new home in Babcock ranch with another builder

One of the most appealing aspects of this location and villa model was that the open layout and design were just about what I would have picked for a custom build. Lennar's team made this process fairly painless and helped ease my mind in the midst of a crazy real estate market. The communication was excellent, and the house was ready on time!

Quality of the finishing workmanship was not good.

The purchase price is reasonable. Overall, it's a good experience.

All finishing are basic, and kitchen cabinets are to basic.

From price to square footage, service, and prompt response this builder is the best in the biz.

Builder is not at all responsible. Very slow to address issues.

The house was not nearly ready for closing. The windows won’t shut, smoke detectors and lights hanging from the wall, concrete cracked, and I was threatened if I didn’t close by end of November, they would keep my deposit. They skipped the final walk through and were still laying carpet while I was at closing. I would not have closed, if I was not being threatened, they would keep my security deposit.

Love the square foot of the homes.
