Very poor service after sale. Do not recommend this builder. You will not be a priority after you close. Warranty repairs have poor workmanship and take longer to fix than it takes to build the house.

Good experience overall !! Good service !

We found the people at Lennar generally very professional to deal with. From the sales process to the choices of site and features, through to the financing. The people at Lennar are generally very good, great to deal with personally, and knowledgeable about their products. We did shop around and did comparative pricing and found that Lennar pricing was reasonable. We had 3 walk thrus prior to our closing, all three were very informative and revealed the quality of the workmanship. However, our experience was not without a couple of difficulties. Two weeks after relocating into our new home, which is very nice by the way, our dishwasher became unusable due to a main processor failure. The dishwasher is considered a “non-essential” component of the home so replacement was not an offered option. We instead are having to wait about six weeks for a back-ordered part to arrive from overseas to repair the unit. While this is not a terribly serious problem, nothing like failing heat in the winter or toilets that don’t flush, it has been an inconvenience, particularly because of the long delay. We understand that supply chain problems are an issue at this time but that does not eliminate the problem. These things being said, we would rate our experience with Lennar as a 9/10. We settled on a home November 29 that was far from ready and with many hidden issues. We did not want to settle. Lennar brought in two Customer Care staff to assure us everything we could see would be taken care of. Two months later the list has grown and only a few things have been addressed. Once in we found out that the dishwasher was installed wrong, refrigerator was damaged, hot water heater stopped working, sunk pump needed repair, fireplace and hearth cannot use, tile floor cracked from wall to wall,cabinets need repair, tile in bathroom installed wrong, wood floors damaged, woodwork and walls needed to be painted. Screens not installed. No smart system installed as advertised. I could go on and on. Customer Care can’t get service people to come out and fix these issues in any timely timeline. Their foreman had taken another job and didn’t care about overseeing this home before he left. We are left in limbo with a little recourse. No one has reached out to us. ... More

In my experience I was told the homestead would be ready in 60 days after being told I was off the waiting list April 2021. The rep did not want to disclose the location when I asked, so I had my realtor. Once we had the address I went to view and the framing had just been finished May 2021. I was timing everything to move out of my apt end of June due to their timeline and oh it will be done no worries. Well the home did not get finished until Nov 2021. I say this beware of what you are told by them. If there are issues no one responds to your concerns. The lack there of communication was beyond poor. Even things I escalated to corporate fell upon deaf ears. I was two seconds away from pulling out of this whole thing. I would have went with another builder bc the home I loved was projected to be done around nov -dec time frame. Quality of paint inside home poor, left a lot of paint marks on flooring, water damage to pink installation I ask would that be replaced since Texas has a period of rain. Don't close until home is complete to your satisfaction.

Overall was good experience, however 2 big negatives were : My deck is 20+ feet above ground and I have a nice big backyard and they didn’t build stairs off the deck so I can access that nice yard! Also, there’s no warranty on trees or bushes !

Overall quality is not good. Exterior problems with brick, deck, paint. Walls and floors not level or straight. Everything was rushed and needs to be repaired multiple times. Warranty team is nice, but issues are still slow to be addressed.

Excellent experience for a first time homebuyer

The house was not ready to be moved in to, but it was rushed because they were trying to close for the end of their fiscal year. They have come back to fix everything that was wrong, but the contractors they sent have been terrible and made most things worse. On the day of closing we were told to show up at lennar title at 5pm to sign papers and get the keys. We were there until after 10 pm and waited for over 5 hours. That is ridiculous and a huge waste of time. We asked if we could leave and then come back when they were ready and they said they couldn’t do that and needed us to wait there in person for 5+ hours. ... More

Be sure they finish your house completely before closing

Overall I had a great buying experience. The issue I had was encountered after move in. My home has no heat because the heater wasn’t working and we went a few days with no heat until I went and purchased heaters for the house.

Great experience would recommend to anyone

House was not ready. A lot of touch up would need to be done before Closing.

Finishing work was very poor

Very professional and responsive to all of our needs. Greatly appreciate all the efforts of Ed, Abby, Danielle and John. Thank you for being an integral part of building our forever home and ensuring all of our needs are met.

I was asked to close quickly to enaure Lennar got the closing done by the end of their fiscal year. I did so with the promise the punchlist founding during the walkthrough would be done by closing. It took over a month to have complented and cost me a month of rental imcome.

lennar is a serious and committed company

From signing purchase contract to walkthrough, closing were very smooth. Lennar even provide homeowner insurance service! So far, no any warrenty issues. Love it!

If you weren’t rushing to hit a close date to keep the transaction in the fiscal calendar I feel we would have moved into a more ready home and avoided the issues we face

Lennar employees are professional, polite and efficient.

Lennar rushed their product. It shows in the lack of attention to details in their finished product. Also, closing was a nightmare.

I have had a few issues and the response has not been great.

Do not buy from Lennar they do not care about quality of work They do not fix problems and leave you hanging We have been in our home since Dec 13 and still have major problems that we CANNOT get fixed SORRY we bought this house
