Quality checks poor...many issues questioning the quality of work...very concerning.

Quality is not good for the price that we gave

Lennar sales manager is not customer friendly and don’t want to listen customer issues

Work quality is pretty bad. I still have hole on my ceiling and no one seems to care about it. Hopefully next home purchase won’t be lennar.

The sales experience was easy and great! Many promises during walk through and signing- after that ghost town to any issues

Beware, many homes in our development have had serious plumbing issues and we are hoping we wont have the same. They rush to finish these houses that are there are too many issue with craftsmanship. Customer service has been slow to react due to staffing issues.

The folks that are assigned to help you with issues are so over extended that not much gets resolved Promised deadlines have not been met The quality of the buildings. On some things Are substandard

The materials and majority of the workmanship is subpar at best. I was expecting more from Lennar as I have been in previous developments they have done and didn't see or hear about the issue I am dealing with. When you do get someone to take care of warranty work - they hack and slash it.... instead of correcting flaws the right way, very disappointing to say the least.

Problems keep popping up at this house. We’ve been here five months and I’ve put in probably 15 work orders. The builder slapped this house together without attention to detail or quality control.

Buying process was not horrible. Home has turned out to be built extremely poorly and needs lots of warranty work. Builder also decided to save money by not completing a retaining wall between the properties resulting in 15k in out of pocket expense to resolve eroding steep hill of dirt builder somehow got the city to sign off on. Stay away from Lennar if you want quality for your money.

The trades they use do not do quality work. We have found that very cheap materials are used to cut costs and they are very hard to get out and fix any issues. We have dozens of items waiting to be fixed and our Lennar rep is unresponsive. I’m so disappointed in this company, as the houses cost more than they are worth, and as homeowners we should be able to expect quality for $400k. If we could do the homebuying process again we would not use Lennar. Be sure to get your own inspections done, and avoid Lennars mortgage company if you are able. They have a waiting list of people a mile long waiting for houses, so their customer service is shotty because there are plenty of families who would take the house if you choose to not move forward with the purchase. I felt almost bullied into leaving some of the issues. I just want my home to be safe for my kids and issue free, which is why we chose to buy a new build, but Lennars lack of quality has kept me up at night and made me nervous we didn’t make the right choice. Every single Lennar home in this community has issues, and every neighbor I talk to has their own lists of things waiting to be corrected. Sorry for the negativity, I’m just trying to be real. ... Poor quality, workmanship, and materials

The lack of communication - such as never telling us when you wanted us to pay the energy bill (even though we had been asking you and the energy company). So ins instead, our home lost power. Thankfully we were home and could rectify it immediately, but as a military family, imagine if we weren't? Food isn't cheap these days.

The disparity of supply and installation in homes in the same community is high, the prize was ever increasing though

When we bought, I didn’t hear from my sales person at all. They never cleaned the home before giving the keys. I had to go in and clean before I could move in. They never showed me how to change the filter in the attic. They are not good about fixing things. I finally gave up and are fixing things on my own. And finally, what kind of home builders don’t give you screens for windows??? I had to MAKE them on my own! Look at other builders before buying unless you plans to spend A LOT!

House is OK materials are on the cheap side. Workmanship kind of haphazard. Ignores questions about amenity completion and landscaping of common areas, no one takes responsibility for these issues. Have been ignored by Builder Customer Care and HOA representatives or have received conflicting answers to other questions.

I purchased a new built and was promised during closing if there is any problem we will be out to fix it. A lot of below standards. 2 months in cabinets are falling off and apparently it’s a problem in the entire neighborhood along with drainage issues around the houses. No one wants to properly fix anything of or it takes months to get someone to come out to the house.

Quality is lacking in finished home -also lawn turf and sprinkler system was not done properly

This is our second and last lennar home. The Constructon quality has gone down from the drywall finish, paint, trim ect. Every punch item is pushed back and you fight to get every repair done. We are not happy with any part of this long process.

We have been in our home for 4 months. The first three were a nightmare. We had many issues and it was not acceptable. We had our spigot in the garage fixed 4x bc it leaks, and shot out of the wall and flooded our garage, the master shower flooring was not installed good and couldn’t use it the first month bc they had to keep adding foam and it still squeaks. Our mater toilet was leaking and called the emergency number and told it’s not a emergency and to shut water off and they’ll come tomorrow. The smoke detector goes off 10+ Times while you cook. The flooring in the master and hallway squeak so they had to cut a big hole out of the floor to replace and sand the hallway wood. As they were doing that, there were marks on the wood stating it needed to be fixed but instead they just threw the carpet down. The paint job in here is horrible. We had paint splotches all over our flooring and paint chipped everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend checking your home over very carefully before you sign. Many neighbors have had issues and lennar doesn’t fix much.. ... More

The overall quality of the workmanship and warranty repairs are a joke. Dealing with the constant repairs and all too familiar "no call no shows" are a full time job. I've lost count of the number of repair tickets I submitted and I've burned through all of my vacation time rescheduling appointments because it is almost guaranteed that there's going to be a no show. I regret this purchase and I will never purchase another Lennar.

The people were nice enough… but had many issues with quality of the work performed. Many challenges trying to get the issues fixed/resolved. Installed faulty wiring so my internet has. It worked properly since I moved in and I work from home to imperative it be working properly. No help from Lennar… they put it off on other and tell me I need to contact warranty to fix… dishwasher, washer machine, Wifi all not working. Took a very long time for some resolution. Been in house almost 3 months and believe internet was worked on/off for a total of 2 weeks.

I would like them to repair the issues with my home

Need more quality material and proper finishing. Lots of gaps in back yard fencing where manager trying his best to resolve. But should taken care initially itself. 1. Window are not sound proof at least there are should stop small sound from out side. 2. Wood finishing is very cheap and work is not upto mark. 3. No proper updates on plans and schedule on pending work to be completed. 4. Lennar should have provided small change options in interior which make more difference from customer point of view. 5 . Quality of Steps to unfinished basement id worst when compared to other builders. Lennar needs lots improvement in quality and process and communication with home owners. ... More

E for everything is not necessarily a good thing.
