We had a great time finding a home that was almost completed with Damon. After that we talked with a few good finance people to get the loan paperwork done and approved. Our home buyer conciere we only had one conversation with him and couldnt get ahold of him for anything really. We did have a few issues with the home and it took many tries to get things fixed for us and some things i just had to take care of myself because i was tired of trying to keep up with the constant follow up on warranty things.

Only good experience was the sales consultant. After that it was very bad. At Lennar Mortgage I had numerous different contacts throughout the process, they did not know where the other left it off. Same for home delivery, concierge and other unaccounted number of individuals. You try to make it buying a standardized process with specialized people in for everything. Purchased a brand new home recently. My wife and I moved in and had a list of things that were not finished on the home after closing. Took a month a several phone calls to resolve. Refunds took weeks to issue and several phone calls! Then the biggest issue of all my property was damaged by construction next door after I took possession. No regard for my property at all! Eric has been excellent and transparent with the repair process. The rest of the overall experience, not so much. If I could do it all over again, I definitely wouldn't. La casa la entregaron con muchos defectos de pintura, grama del jardín, detalles en la madera y mal pintada o sin pintura en el garage. 3. La firma de los documentos fue toda una pesadilla. The community is a good-looking community BUT since we got here, there are TOO MANY issues with the CDC not properly following up with things to do despite there is a major budget. So where does this budget money go? Also, they cancel meetings most of the time and the homeowner have little to say because they do not want to listen during the meetings. Standard Quick construction homes at a decent price, depending upon the location and home plans etc. Construction quality is not great. Customer Warranty service is very poor. I have a HVAC issue going on now over a month, and they closed the ticket by saying fixed and completed. I had to reach out to management, and as usual they were unaware! Overall not so great experience as compared to other builders I deal with.

This was our first time buying new construction. We thought Lennar was best of the best and instead we encountered problem after problem during the entire process. Sales reps lie. model home, website, and documentation all advertise “everything included” then when you sign off on paperwork and close you find out not everything they said was included is included. Low build quality, finding problems since day 1. A lot of relatively small issues but they build up and snowball. A lot of it can be avoided by putting in high quality work in the first place. Sales team and home rep are generally responsive but the same can't be said for their lender team.

We had high hopes for building with Lennar but they failed in many areas. Communication was extremely lacking, workmanship was subpar, and the Title company was less than professional. I had previously heard differently from others, but based upon my experience, I cannot imagine referring friends to Lennar.

I have purchased 4 homes throughout my 42 years of life and this was by far the worst experience. The communication is poor when it comes to consistency amongst all parties involved. Before we moved in it was very attentive to my needs, which should have been done before I had to pick them out. Not little scratches on walls but Sprinkler lines broke and spraying water in the air, doors jammed shut and was hard to open. Air handler doors off... No lights in a closet. As of 2 months later still nothing is fixed. I had to have a sprinkler guy come stop the water being wasted running down the street. Im pretty sure I will not be buying another Lennar home .

The build experience with Lennar was terrible. I have told my friends to go elsewhere unless this is all they can afford! From the get go, things were chaotic and disorganized and unprofessional. The selling team will tell you one thing and then later say something completely different and act like you’re the one who made it up!
