Houses are being put up really quickly and the attention to detail is suffering because of it. We are still waiting for repair of the landscaping that was damaged by contractors driving on our lawn, poor drainage at the end of the street which causes flooding and mud building up where adults and kids have fallen. Too many transitions within the warranty department and no notice of who the contact person is. Wood is chipped throughout the house, poor paint/caulking jobs, doors misaligned, residue from stickers left on the showers and tubs which are difficult to remove and uneven floor boards put down upstairs with the poor quality carpet just laying on top. When we got the house it was not the same model and the restrooms were different. The material that they use for the shower is a waterproof Sheetrock and they glue a piece of Sheetrock to put shampoo on it and it did not stay that long , it fell the second time we used the shower and that happened to both restrooms.

Out of this world community. Traveled all over the U.S. and have never seen anything like it. Quality homes

Lennar's customer service is 5 Star + They are very attentive and listen to all your questions and concerns and do their best to solve any issues quickly. The quality of workmanship is great! A great company to work with!

Great company, great people

Overall, I am pleased with our new home, but as the months have passed everything cannot be blamed on a house settling. More attention or better materials need to be used on the steps. We have to repair the materials used to seal the sides of the steps. It almost looks like cracked caulking all the way up from level to level. I am not happy about that and it is an eye soar!

Lennar has chosen Quantity of homes being built over Quality of those Homes. While Lennar Sales team , Customer Support team and After Sale Support team are awesome, the quality of construction has gone down. It is also imperative to share that different Lennar entities like Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Insurance, Lennar Title are so disjointed, that left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Most of the people these days are buying Lennar homes for investment and don't care much about the quality of homes and the issues that are there in new Lennar construction. Mark and Connor made my Lennar experience very worth while. The customer Service team is very responsive to incident report.

Beware of continued delays and closing issues. Make sure to double and triple check all fine details before and ON closing final walk-throughs. Non-chalant attitude and attitude of ingratitude.

Builder wrote contract to where buyer was liable to pay for lot tax at closing but, issued a credit at closing for most of this cost IF the buyer used Lennar Mortgage. External Mortgage company could not make this $ amount up in credits in order to be competitive on closing costs.

Overall great experience with Lennar.

They made home buying process way easier. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Lennar builds great homes, it’s the sloppy work of the construction people. I’m still removing white paint from our tile floors. Tacks coming up through the upstairs carpet and pricking our feet as we walk on it barefooted.

Everything Included is a great feature and the smart devices was an added bonus.

To many construction issues small but many. Dirty and sloppiness of workmanship seems no one inspects work.

They stand behind their product and help address concerns immediately. Their reps and workers truly believe in their work and it isn’t a manufactured concern. I love the home and am happy to be in a Lennar Home.

Responsiveness to issues has been a problem.

There’s no quality control a lot of defect needed to repair after moving in, materials that were use are not consistent with other homes within the community, no feedback from construction manager when questions were ask about the house.

The house has too many issues and it is taking too long to resolve them. It was not worth it to pay so much many for a hoy with a very poor workmanship. It has been five months since the closing and stood Lennar hasn’t fixed all the many things wrong in the house.

The buying process was smooth. The after we bought it oart has been a joke. No shows for fixes. Things not being completed when they were supposed. Horrible communication.

I really have nothing good to say about the experience. Lennar is very slow to respond to issues. I would absolutely not recommend asking for any upgrades as I promise those will get screwed up too. They have already moved on to building the next phase of homes and see little urgency in helping to fix issues with their existing homes. I hope my experience is unique but I don't think it is from what I understand. Good luck if you choose a Lennar home - you'll probably need it
