Perfect place to stay

home was clean for walk-thru. all concerns were dealt with promply

Decent Home. Love the layout. Workmanship can be better. Noticed a bunch of crooked wall finishes and wall outlets.

We were excited to move in to our new home (which was delayed nearly 4 months) in early December. When we arrived we found the home not "ready" for occupancy. The tile floor was dirty and paint spattered. There was much "blue tape" that still remained in areas identified in previous walk-throughs...far too many to mention here. The lanais were dirty (still are) and in need of a wash down. Our "punch-list" is still very lengthy. I will give kudos to Butch Ogden our sales rep as he was accessible and helped as much as he could to try and resolve some of our problems. Unfortunately there was only so much he could do. MANY kudos go to Brianna Provino, Customer Care rep. who has been very attentive to our home's many issues. She continues to be very accessible and has helped to resolve several deficiencies.. ... Everyone at Lennar was a pleasure to work with. I was not shy about what I wanted addressed and they addressed it all. Our home closed on time and each person from Sales to Construction was excellent to work with.

Too expensive for what we actually got. Material quality is subpar and workmanship needs to be improved. Promised things would be fixed during our walk-through PRIOR to our move in and they were not. Home was not even cleaned before we moved in. Not worth it. Community is nice though, so there's that.

We enjoyed the construction process from framing to close and it was nice to see the different stages and to see it finally be ours before the deadline was awesome.

Closing slipped 3 months from original closing date.

The communication can definitely be better all around. I constantly had to reach out for things and do my own follows ups. One of our first walkthroughs i scheduled to have a home inspector come in. He was barely able to do his job the A/C unit was not hooked up. The only appliance that was plugged in for testing was the refrigerator. Those were one of the biggest things. I scheduled in advance for the inspector to come 1 week before the walkthrough and got the ok. I let the construction manager know that if things were not going to be ready for walkthrough they should have let me know so I could have rescheduled the inspector. When closing day did come communication between the tittle company and our loan officer was ridiculous. The title company provided us a time to get there we did and had to wait and wait. Between waiting for them to get the documents they say never received signing the documents it took about 3 hours. Poor craftsmanship for the money

Rushed to build home not great quality for price of home. Moved in November had nothing but problems for the past eight weeks.Not happy at all

Mostly all good, just still need two areas of stucco replacement completed.

We love our house and it was a great experience

On time home delivery as promised at the time of contract sign.

Our experience with Lennar financial staff was absolutely great, thank you for making things so smoothly, The building team was great as well thank you for everything and all the work. We love our new home..

Refrigerator was a problem but they resolved it

It was a great overall experience!

First of all, we we were on a waiting list for our home. Then, out of the blue, we had to endure a lengthy wait with stressful bidding...raising the price over 100k than original list price! Upon moving in, we found the the quality of trade workmanship sorely lacking. There were way too many issues on the punchlist and afterwards for any of the Lennar staff to reasonably complete in the 60 day period. We still have many issues to resolve...and a tilted ceiling that cannot be reasonably addressed. Love the place...just wish we had a much better experience. Thank heavens the salesman and construction manager made us feel much better and have been very helpful. ... More

Great experience with Matt and JR

My purchase process was straightforward. The sales team solved my concerns fast. The move-in process was fast and easy.

Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive. Again, out of pocket expenses you may not budget for but are definite needed. ... More

It is an overall good value

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Make sure you take your time with your walkthrough. I felt rushed and some issues where never fixed.
