Samantha with Lennar mortgage was rude. I hated my home buying experience with Lennar. You guys were available on Easter Sunday, a holiday to coerce me into purchasing this home. Then when the deal went through, you could not hear or find them. Calls went unanswered. I remember moving day, my Keys won’t work for the door. I called everyone I could’ve think on for help. The Muirwood Model is ridiculous. The pantry is to big which caused the island to be to far from stove-especially when taking full pots of boiling water off the stove-the primary bathroom has doors banging into doors along with the shower door encroaching into the water closet door way, the stove is horrible. You have 3 very heavy grates and a griddle which have to be removed to clean the stove properly. The quality of the fit and finishes are pathetic and cheap. Typical of Lennar. House was way overpriced.

I guess the biggest thing is the only objective is to get the money from your buyer. Afterwards, it’s you are On your own. But, with all the HOA’s, water, gas, electric, etc. buyers could greatly use the benefit of a helping hand. Also, warranties, what we need to do who to call, connectivity issues in the house, all this can be overwhelming!!!

Where do I start? From being misled by the realtor to the poor workmanship in my home, the experience with Lennar has been nothing short of disappointing. The issues didn’t stop at closing—getting warranty work addressed has been a constant battle, with delays, lack of communication, and unresolved problems. I expected better from a national builder, but I’ve learned the hard way. I will never buy another home from Lennar, and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before doing so.

The entire process with Lennar was very poor. Minimal communication and unresponsive. The best part of the process was communication and follow through with Lennar Mortgage, Ali was outstanding!

Had a terrible sales experience. OUr sales person lied to us over and over again. The build quality is average. There were several bowed walls throughout the house. There was little attention to detail. Get an inspection PRIOR to closing . We were missing roof tiles and joists.

I will say that the home is built with the lowest cost of materials possible, the interior paint is very poor in quality, and I believe it is only a primer coat, there was no garage door opener installed and we had to pay $500,00 to get that installed, the water pressure in the neighborhood is very poor and most of the new owners are very upset with the water pressure because you can't water the lawn because there is not enough pressure to run a sprinkler, take a shower, do laundry! I was verbally promised backyard grass and 3 trees upon moving in to my new Lennar build (as incentive). It’s been 4 weeks since move in and I have 2 trees and no grass in the backyard. Lennar will do the bare minimum for you as a customer because they only care about moving you in fast! Be careful.

After spending about two moths in the home, we are more and more disappointed in the quality of construction at this location. We installed a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, went to the breaker box to turn off the switch and couldn’t get the power to the switch off despite turning off every breaker in the box labeled for outlets and switches. Tried to install a storage unit in the garage that hangs from the ceiling. Seems pretty basic rafters are supposed to be 16” on center. Well these ones are 24 which must be the new code. MASSIVE EROSION, lack response to latency soil compaction

During our final walkthrough, plastic corrugated pipe placed to drain water runoff for entire block. Was told they were permanently, upon closing pipes removed. 2 days later rain and sod soil washed down 3 yards above. Result 3 catch basins plugged with silt. Undermining foundations.
