We have not moved in yet. But we think that we have bought a great home. My only suggestion is that you offer an appliance allowance instead of putting them in. Because now we have to remove all of the appliances and buy different ones

Great place for the money.

Lennar made it easy to buy, worked with us to move up our closing date, and delivered a fantastic home for a really good price! We expected a great product because our last home was a Lennar. Even after 19 years, that home was still nice. Friends and family came to visit our new home and even the most picky person said the home is high-quality and complimented the interior finish with "Lennar didn't cut corners, the finish work is fantastic!". We've lived here 2 months and we love everything about this home.

Buying with Lennar was a great experience. The whole team is very helpful, professional and easy to work with. They all made our home ownership dream come through.

From the time I toured the model homes, signed the contract, lending process to the closing was such a streamlined experience. I decided to use Lennar's lender and I am glad I did. It was so easy and was always able to reach a live person to answer any questions. I believe the entire experience took less than a month. We are now in our new home and could not be happier.

Great incentives to buy the home with price and interest rate. Lennar had the least amount of items to fix of any home we have bought. One issue with a leak was dealt with promptly.

I am so pleased with the cottage I purchased. I was concerned that my furniture an kitchen items would not fit, but surprisingly, everything fit. Especially the kitchen. Both will and bailey are very responsive pointing me.The right directions assisting me throughout the process.I can't thank them enough With the exception of a patio "which I still miss having "the items the home did not include are things people would want to put in their own personal touch. And really love Caney Mill's subdivision, It's very well kept an great neighbors.
