Lennar was very helpful during the build to send us photos of the status as we were out of state. Thank you Jennifer, Lillian and Brittany of the sales office. Titus and Sean from customer care were very helpful in the inspection process and responding to our building questions. We had not had gas before and we had cime from a different climate so we had related questions. They were thorough and very quick to respond. We also received very helpful referrals for home, car and umbrella insurance and for blinds and counter sealing and the mortgage company was responsive and helpful. The whole experience of purchasing a home with Lennar was seamless and easy. Love that they had a dedicated person for our walk throughs and he was on top of everything. He did a fantastic job at doing the new home evaluation. They were super helpful in answering our questions and when we have had a few small issues they are quick to respond and get it fixed.

Rachel was superb, she thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the complete Arden experience. She introduced me to Sean and Jennifer who were both excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way and made what can be the wirst part of the process a breeze. I did my walk through with Jasmine and everything was explained and demonstrated first hand, she was great. The process of getting the gate passes could be easier for new residence but the guards were excellent and understanding. it was a good experience

This is my first home Cindy and staff were absolutely amazing any questions I had they answered all of my questions, everything was explained in detail. They made the homebuying process painless. My house is beautiful. Kudos to everyone.

It was a great move from Chicago to Texas. Lennar made finding and purchasing my home seamless. From pre-qualification to selecting a community that fit my wants and within my budget. My sells consultant Brandi M. was amazing in this process by ensuring I understood the process! To post purchase support (Kyndel R.) to ensure I understand the warrantee and resolve any issues that arise or just answering questions. Lennar truly made my transition less stressful and fulfilling. I'm finally home!

Our home buying experience with Lennar was FLAWLESS!!!! From the moment we left Del Webb in disappointment, we decided to venture over to Lennar and see what you had available. We were greeted warmly by Jamie Masterheim who took the time to take us around by golf cart and answered all of our questions. After thirty years in commercial real estate, I have never encountered such a knowledgeable and well versed salesperson! We were cash buyers and Jamie took us through the entire process without a hiccup! Mitch at Lennar Title was also wonderful. He took care of us like he was working with a good friend. He was awesome! I just thought being a single women with 1 income I could never afford it.. but I was wrong.. they gave me the tools to inform myself.. and made the home buying process easy.. and the payments very affordable., Thank you .. for making the home process easy and living my dream of owning my own home..

We watched the house go up from start to finish with a great commicator Jeff and Jerry who kept us informed on what was happening so we could come by and take pictures as the house was built. We are so happy with the results and can’t thank them enough for everything .
