Whoever the builder is rushed the job. There are issues that have been corrected (the dishwasher not being installed properly) and issues that still need to be resolved (the concrete poured is already chipping and breaking revealing rocks inside the cement). This isn't an exhaustive list of issues, just the first ones that come to mind. We were scheduled to close in the middle of June, but the builder reached out and said the house would be ready by the end of May. When the inspector arrived, he couldn't perform the inspection because construction was still being done. Our realtor explained that we wanted to wait until the original closing date, and the builder was dismissive of my realtor. Not integral

things still did not get fixed from walk thru, paying someone else to do it, electrical switches, etc.,,, missing blinds, missing entry door pieces ( resolved), tile floor had a substance on it - paid a company to clean it, inside walls not straight, the job just looked hurried even the painting- just sloppy, like thrown together to move to the next one. the way we were forced to sign off ahead of what was agreed to, hoa attitude, nobody communicates to each other, could go on and on, please dont do this to future buyers. ps your people know most of this and some did apologize

I've worked with Lennar in our regions several times before and it was okay, but this is my first time working with Lennar Dallas Forth Worth and it was bad. The did not install the rods for the closet and laundry room when they handed me the keys. Event after telling them several times. It eventually to 1 month for them to install after I had moved it and me reaching out few days.

No matter how many bad reviews are written about this company I know nothing will change. But here's another one. The quality in this house is sub par, we've had people in and out of this house at least once a week fixing things and we have only lived here 3 moths.

I went into this expecting a nightmare of paperwork, but instead it was easier then buying a car.

We had such a wonderful experience with our builder! We needed a move-in-ready home, and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Within just one day, they helped us find the perfect home, and we were able to move in within three weeks! We absolutely love everything about our new home—from the beautiful craftsmanship and spacious square footage to the fence and all the thoughtful details throughout the house. The quality truly shows, and it feels like the perfect home for us. What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. I absolutely loved my experience purchasing my Lennar home. From touring the models, going through underwriting and given my keys was perfect and handled professionally. I couldn't be more happier and we are loving our new home.

Sara *****, our warranty agent has been terrific. With any new house, there are tweaks needed. Sara has been right on top of our service requests. The “trades” she has sent out have been professional and friendly. Lennar and employees have been great.

She went over and beyond to make sure we had a transparent relationship and did everything in her power to help us get our forever home! Lilly needs a raise because she didn't stop supporting and encouraging us during this long process. Even when we felt like we weren't going to keep going, she gave us perspective, words of encouragement and helped us see the light at the end of the dark tunnel

Flood maps are from 2014, prior to construction of community. Was told by salesperson that home no longer in flood zone but lender requires flood insurance based on old maps. Builder should address this by submitting LOMA's.

My home is beautiful and good quality. There's been a couple of very minor issues. I'm very happy.

After moving in, all the gutters were clogged and when I asked about them, they said that I was on my own after settlement , which I understand, but most people don't have large ladders to service their gutters.

As a Customer, I was totally reliant on Lennar and ***** which I'm very grateful for. Because I was in NY trying to get my home and that time go on the Market. The timelines was extremely important on both sides. And in the end it worked out.

After the walk through a lot things wasn't addressed and the final inspection not so good.

Builder was fair with looking over things before we wer showed before final closing. When office was called we got taken care of in decent time.

I've had a hard time getting a clear response from Lennar about the community mailboxes at Pecan Meadows. The local post office is adamant that Lennar has the community's mailbox keys, but when I called multiple people at Lennar including the head of *****, I'm being told that the post office has them. I even spoke with a regional superior from the post office who advised that someone at Lennar had misplaced the keys and now they're having to rekey all of the community boxes. This is not much of a surprise, as my house key was misplaced on my closing date and I was left without access for 3 hours until someone from Lennar was finally able to locate them. Bottom line is, I bought the home from Lennar and Lennar should get me my mailbox key. I don't care who owns the box. I'm 4 months from closing and still have no access to my box with no clear answer as to how I will be able to gain access once the boxes are rekeyed. Before this the Lennar process and actually getting into the house was easy. I didn't expect to move into a house so expeditiously and for the rate I received. I will say some of the workmanship wasn't the best. I did have to have doorstops redone and the threshold had a wide gap at the bottom of the entryway door. I also still had bright neon markings leftover from the builders, as well as paint specks on the floors and in the sinks. Thankfully, I was able to get in contact with the head builder who was able to address my issues quickly. ... More
