Beautiful home nice area ,nice staff's excellent builders nice place live.

Here is the 2 problems : 1. Awful backyard. No normal level of ground from house to backyard. Moisture are always here. No special adhesive material under the mulch . That’s why all neighbors have a lot of white fungus into the mulch and a lot of insects which grows from the organic wet and fungus material because of no material was laid on the ground. Now we have a lot of problems with flies and fungus. So now we need to get rid of all mulch and rebuild a normal level of ground. 2. Awful cabinets qualify. The material is like a paper. Very fragile and sensitive. I think in 1 year the condition of kitchen cabinets will be very poor. 3. Impossible to use the doors with any rags because the doors are too low. ... More

Lennar really made the whole home buying process smooth and easy. I never thought the process of owning a home would be so easy. I would definitely recommend a Lennar home for anyone looking to buy a home.

The folks at Lennar from beginning to end were amazing. They kept me informed made sure I knew what to send in and were super responsive to questions even after the sale and transfer. It was a great experience. Thanks to all areas of Lennar for the superb customer service.

I just wanted to say that Jessica our New home consultant was great. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and proactive. We absolutely love how she handled our process.. Jessica is the reason why we are in our home today, kind and on top of her game. Now other the other Christina the loan officer was horrible, she stop responding, would say she’d call us back or follow up but never did. She made buying a home beyond stressful, if you ever see her as your loan officer run .

Poor responses from sales team. Support team was great, issues got resolved swiftly Disappointed that solar activation takes too long, and receive no status update at all. No one to reach for help

Very helpful through the process

Some things are not of good quality.

It was an overall great experience. We did not like that the closing date was decided strictly by the builder with no consideration given for our schedules. The closing team was excellent & very professional. They attempted to accommodate us within the constraints they were given by the builder.

Don't explain items until after sale

I think it's like any other townhome community. As far as the building when you basically are doing copy and paste construction there should be no flaws, sloppy workmanship happens.

Not very good. Would not recommend

Layne did a great job w sales . I also had clients who purchased and the overall experience was very good. Layne and his sales manager went out of their way to close properties. And your site superintendent Carl was excellent as well. The law firm though very busy with closings really got it together and I was able to get multiple properties closed in a short time . The incentives offered were great. Love the property and community.

The Arctic’s home buying experience was the wrist experience I’ve ever had and this is my 4th house. Not to mention the walk thru and inspections restrictions. I was not able to attend either of walk thru appointments because they refused to reschedule to accommodate my work schedule. Which the led to things not being done. I’ve already had several issues with the house including my door bell melting and smoking my garage door not being install properly as well as several other small issues like pan not being touched up, gauges in my walls that were not corrected. I would never recommend buying a lennar home or using lennar mortgage as they were extremely difficult as well very hard to get ahold of and required significantly more documentation then any other mortgage lender I’ve ever worked with. ... The process started off well, till the started asking unnecessary and irrelevant demands. Getting my refund needed an act of congress

The process was smooth from the beginning when meeting the Lennar sales representative;Information and communication has been on point ;Perks were top notch ;I got my mortgage with Lennar as well ,the Loan Officer explained all the options and details of the process very clearly;The construction manager offered a couple of tours of the home before closing ,going over all the materials and fine details of the home ,his enthusiasm was contagious.In summary amazing team Work all the way to closing .I am very pleased with Lennar and hope to enjoy my home for many years to come .Thank you!

It’s like buying a house using your IPhone. That’s how easy it was. Only mandatory in person contact was the signing with Notary. Highly recommend

Sloppy finish work on floors and trim work caulking. Ramon very helpful in trying to resolve issues. Learned I really received NO buyers incentives of any value when it was all said and done. Love the community and Floorplan, but cannot say I'm over the moon happy with everything.

I would never recommend a Lennar home to any of my friends or family.

We have not been able to use our microwave since we moved in. Since Lennar claims to have a warranty on the home, I wasn't too worried. Lennar would get it fixed. WRONG. We have been getting the run-around from Lennar since November. The breaker trips every time you use the microwave. This is a known issue with this brand of breaker panels but Lennar Builders decided to go cheap and use that panel anyways. The fix is very simple. Install a better breaker panel with new breakers. But Lennar won't do that. They are "checking with the manufacturer" every time I call them. I am not the only home experiencing this issue and we are all receiving the same treatment from Lennar. This problem needs to be resolved immediately before legal action is taken. I've spoken to other Lennar customers experiencing this and they share my sentiments. ... More
