Purchasing through Lennar made this home buying experience the easiest. If we’re to purchase another home, we would definitely go with Lennar!

The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. Lennar is a good builder who builds affordable homes. But significant attention is needed in the workmanship and review process after each phase of the build. When a house was delivered to us, we were initially happy until we started noticing issues almost in every aspect of the new house. At some point the workmanship and readiness of drywalls/carpets etc. made us feel like the house was built on a hurry just to meet a date. I was so excited about purchasing a home with Lennar but unfortunately my excitement was short lived once I signed my settlement and received the keys to my new townhouse. Immediately I noticed the poor craftsmanship of my new build it was like the builder rushed putting the house together. There were noticeable errors and issues throughout my home that I’m still working with customer care to fix (which is a nightmare within itself). I reached out to the builder to address the issues and we scheduled a time to do a walk through inspection of my home and he never showed up for the appointment nor did he reach out to let me know that he couldn’t make it or to reschedule. I can’t believe the unprofessionalism of the builder. I should’ve known that this process would be a nightmare once I was misled by the builder about the size of my lot and the backyard which is a lot smaller than what was originally told to me. Another issue I had was with the Lennar title team, somehow my home insurance was not included in my closing cost like it was suppose to be so I had to scramble to make sure that a payment was made so my policy would not be canceled. My loan officer was great but the negligence of the Lennar title team is baffling. I wish I would’ve did my due diligence before purchasing with this development. We love our new home and the entire process was easy and minimal stress

The complete new home buying experience with Lennar was positive and easy. Every Lennar representative was professional and courteous and communicated well. The home is beautiful and was offered at a great price.

We were really involved with the building of our house from Day 1. We checked the construction progress everyday. We took a lot of pictures every step of the way and let the Building Manager know when we had issues. You're the buyer, take control!

We were and are excited about moving into the community of Ave Maria. Our purchase of the Ariaballa not so much! The quality and workmanship of this build has alot to be desired. Lennar was quick to take our money and when we notified them of the several issues it seems to have landed on deaf ears. From garage overhead doors that don't function, to missing trim, missing shower doors, several damaged and marked cabinets, and a long list of other items. Our suggestion would be to run as fast and far away from Lennar as possible!

Options available, during purchase I was not limited options.

We are happy to be in our new home! The community and surroundings are beautiful. There were several issues in the building process that needed immediate attention to fix. The customer is not in the loop. Our construction manager was helpful in resolving issues. The process to address home owners questions and concerns needs fixed. We will submit tickets to address our current issues. Providing home owner with touch up paint is a must. I’m bothered by paint issues every time I clean.

Great home in a great neighborhood. We can’t wait to see what the neighborhood grows into.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Our only complaint was the quality of the painting contractor. His work was very poor.

Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The entire team was great from the start of our buying process to now. They walked us through each step, answered all questions, followed up with us, addressed our concerns at our homesite. They are still there for us sending us updates and checking on us. Great team work!

Fit and finish for a upgraded home with everything included was poor. Follow through on commitments is poor as well.

Lennar being a big title n company i decided to trust their construction work but i was very disappointed. I thought inspection was not needed since it's a new built but i was wrong. Please make sure to do one. Found tons of issues. After almost 2 months of living in the New house. i am finding issues every day. I see tons of cutting corners poor built is it blame. I think lennar is more into quantity than quality. Which is very inconvenient for the home buyers. At least they respond for issues quick. I m very disappointed in the quality i got for the price i paid :(

I totally get we are I n a pandemic and things happen however. I believe the home I live in was built cheap and rushed. I was told the carpet was back order then all of sudden I have brown carpet with gray floors. Like seriously, everything else has a color match yet brown carpet is thrown in the mix. There were things incomplete during final walk thru and if I did not look as hard a lot of things would have went undone. There were spots of paint left all over the floor I was told it would be cleaned and of course it was not. I am having to call customer service due to things either are broke or not complete. I should have done my research a little more on Lennar Homes because I would not have purchased. I know my opinion will not matter however maybe the person reading this or shall I say the pile it will go into maybe one day may make a difference. ... More

Please help us with customer service. It's taking weeks and months to get things fixed. PLEASE HELP???!!!

It is a great experience to buy the new house built by Lennar. I like the floor plan. The project manager is knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Happy to own this house

With the limited choices the builder provides when selecting your home, you would expect minimal issues at Move in. This is not the case. Doors are not hung straight. Appliances are junk, but you are not allowed to upgrade. Paver entrances & driveways are splattered with paint, with no follow-up to pressure clean them for you. While I could go on, if the Builder had a Process of Inspecting a Home and correcting obvious issues prior to Closing, they would earn 5 stars from their Buyers.

We had a great experience with Lennar. From the sales team to construction, everyone was very helpful and answered any concerns we had throughout the process. Greg, Ross and Angela have made this experience so enjoyable. We love our new home.

Got two issues with in 2 months. One of those issues fix is not satisfactory.

In general our house buying experience with Lennar is great, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new construction houses.
