We had a great homebuyibg experience with Lennar. From the very start and dealing with Vic all the way to final walk through with Thomas we always felt like we in the right place. Glad to call Lennar home!

Quick build. Sloppy job site. Not enough info about hoa or builder.

We are very happy with our home purchase and community. Any issues we have had since closing have been handled quickly and we have had clear communication with both Lennar and the contractors. I would recommend this builder and community.

They build their houses fast and rely on the fact you have a 1 year warranty to fix the things they messed up on. That is only the things you find. The workers try to cover up mistakes even when some are obviously wrong. POOR integrity on the workers and PM building the house.

I recently purchased a brand new everything is included lennar home unfortunately, i as well as many other homeowners in the community have had an avalanche of issues. Faulty/ low quality garage doors, low quality workmanship throughout house. A real disaster

My experience with Lennar professional people. Was the highlight of my moving in. Two weeks before I moved in my home. I had a walking through with the contractor David. He explained to me all the in and out of my home. From the inside to the outside. While walking through my home he had pointed out such things like the electric and water and what to notice about my home. If anything went wrong who to call. I had another walk through on the day before closing. I was introduced with another David this David gave me point on how to take care of my floors and where the emergency number if I ever needed help when the light went out or something going on with my gas range and tips on how to properly take care of my floors. Giving me tips on what to use and what not to use in order to get a better wearing out of them. He also pointed out name and numbers to call and where there numbers were location in my home if I ever needed them. They had made my day and move successfully. Building manager, onsite sales rep and local resources all went above and beyond. Lennar mortgage, they all sucked. Zero communication, always last minute needs, constantly asking for more information, for example they ran out credit via a hard pull three times in five months, and then asked us to explain why our credit was pulled, by them... Then when we rated them poorly the area manager or whomever called and tried to have us change the rating and twist the words so they looked like the good guys.

Overall, we had average experience. We wish the communication about closing date can be more transparency, we understand many factors could cause delay and actually are ok with it since we are not in hurry to move in. However, the last minute change on the home inspection date due to the construction is not ready as promised adding challenges to our moving timeline and extra time to coordinate and reschedule it.

The Sales person,Roy ,I give 5 STAR. He was very easy to communicate with. He always responded to our questions. Gerry, the construction manager, I give 5 STAR. He was also easy to reach and explained /answered our inquiries. OUR CLOSING ON 10/1/21 DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN DEPT & TITLE COMPANY. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER HOTEL, SINCE OUR CLOSING IN THE HOUSE WAS ON 10/3/21.

This is not the first time our family purchases a Lennar home which is the reason we are shocked and disappointed by the poor experience. Our home was delayed and finished months later than expected. At closing, items were not finalized. We were promised these items would be addressed in a timely matter. It has been months since closing and the customer service rep and construction manager are not responding to our inquiries as to when the “temporary items” will be finalized. To top it off, the interior finish has several poor quality products that were visibly damaged at installation. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

The construction supervisor support is outstanding and very helpful with quick response

Working with Lennar was a pleasurable experience in every way. Each Lennar employee that we worked with was a specialist in their area. There were no surprises and now that we are moved in we know we chose the right builder. Thanks Lennar!

House is well built, the Everything included feature is the best, appliances are top notch. We only did the floors and backsplash for the upgrade and that’s a big savings for us.

This home was poorly built. We has purchased a Lennar home before so it made sense to stick with Lennar as our MUCH less expensive home was built much better. I'm embarrassed to tell ppl about this $600K home because of the crooked walls, terribly low quality &very poor workmanship. Up until this purchase I raved about Lennar. No more! Now I guide ppl away from Lennar at all costs

It was a very smooth home-buying process. All the people involved were extremely professional and helpful. Homes were reasonably priced despite of the booming housing market.

They are responsive but make sure you get a new garage door. They are currently trying to make us keep our temporary used door which is in terrible condition.

Moved in with some issues and also quality of the work are not really well

My wife and i started to look for a 4 bedroom and Lennar had what we were looking at an affordable price. they gave us a lot for the money and we are happy with the warranty they are offering.

Lennar use to have a great reputation for a builder but all has changed today. They try maybe not enough workers but Lennar is not what it use to be. One reason I bought this house is because of Lennar's reputation but all has changed. Maybe this note will help them go back to the quality they use to have instead of trying to build more house than they can handle. Thank you!
